Audi cast aluminium wheels are subjected to constant strain during daily use. Comprehensive testing ensures that they nevertheless

fulfill the high quality standards required of them. Complex casting processes also lead to very strong components, and the multiple

coats of high-quality paint do not just create a stunning look but also offer effective protection against scratches.

1 Cast aluminium wheels, 5-arm parabola design

Exceptional design, perfectly matched to your A8.

With high-gloss turned arms, size 9 J x 20. For tyre

size 265/40 R 20.

2 Cast aluminium winter wheels, 7-arm design

Classic complete winter wheel, size 7.5 J x 17 with

235/60 R 17 tyres.

Snow chains¹

For an improved grip on snow and ice.

Wheel bag

Four-piece set with practical handles enables easy and

clean transportation and storage of complete wheel

packages. Tear-resistant plastic material. The wheel

bolts can be stored in the outer pockets.

Valve caps

The 4 metal valve caps with the embossed Audi logo

provide better protection for the valve against dust,

dirt and moisture. Available for rubber, metal and

aluminium valves.

1 Ski and luggage box (480 l)¹

Ski box for winter sports equipment and other items of

luggage. Lockable and can be opened from both sides.

Easy-to-clean thanks to smooth surface. Also available

with a capacity of 450 l or as a compact luggage box

with a capacity of 370 l. (Can only be used in conjunction

with the carrier unit.)

2 Cycle fork mount

Easy to handle. Lockable. Suitable for cycles with a

quick-action lock on the front wheel. Maximum load

17 kg. (Can only be used in conjunction with the carrier

unit.)

3 Ski and snowboard rack

For convenient transport of up to 6 pairs of ski or 4

snowboards. Lockable. (Can only be used in conjunction

with the carrier unit.)

4 Cycle rack for the trailer towing hitch

Lockable rack for up to 2 cycles with a maximum load of

50 kg. Optional: the extension kit for a third cycle. Quick

installation thanks to simple plug-in mechanism. The

cycle rack can be very easily folded away to open the

luggage compartment.

Trailer towing hitch

Electrically swivelling. Ball head and ball joint coupling

made from forged steel, operated via buttons in the

luggage compartment. Including trailer stabilisation

system via the Electronic Stabilization Programme ESP.

Carrier unit

Carrier unit for various roof rack modules such as cycle

mount, kayak rack and ski and luggage box. The profile

section is made from anodised aluminium tube. The

carrier is easy to install and lockable. Maximum permis-

sible total weight of carrier, modules and load 90 kg.

Even if it will still be a few years before the youngsters are driving themselves,

Driving an Audi.

This was the day that Georges de Mestral

received his patent for velcro. He thus

posed a challenge for the Audi developers

of today: the velcro test. Children’s shoes

or jackets often have velcro fastenings

which become stuck to the material and

cause wear. The test therefore involves

pulling velcro strips off the child seat

covers repeatedly in order to test their

durability. Only when the fibres have

passed this and many other tests are they

good enough to be processed into an Audi

child seat. But the design, as well as the

quality, must satisfy the high demands of

Audi. That is why the individual threads

are dyed according to the exact specifica-

tions of our designers, so that they

perfectly match the interior of an Audi.

It practically goes without saying that

the cover materials are Oeko-Tex certified

and breathable.

Communication

1 Audi child seat youngster

Offers excellent comfort thanks to intelligent belt

guidance. The backrest is adjustable in height and width.

Adaptations can be made via a viewing window for size

adjustment. Suitable for children from 15 to 36 kg

(approximately 3½ to 12 years). Also available: the

Audi baby seat for infants weighing up to 13 kg and the

Audi child seat with ISOFIX for children from 9 to 18 kg.

Audi children’s world

The comfort pillow and blanket, neck support, comfort

towel and baby sleep sack offer a feeling of security for

your child. The Audi plush steering wheel, comfort cloth,

baby toy chain and cuddly animal ensure fun and games.

To match the child seat designs.

2 Adapter cables for Audi music interface

Enable connection of various iPod models and other

portable media players. Operation via the MMI® system

if the function is supported by the media player.

Additional adapter cables are required to connect

portable media players, further information is available

from your Audi partner.

1 Premium textile floor mats

Cut to the dimensions of the Audi A8 floor. Made from

hard-wearing, densely woven velours. They are attached

to the vehicle by means of additional backing and the

fastening points provided on the floor. With A8 logo.

2 Rubber floor mats

Exact-fit. Improved protection from heavy soiling. The

floor mats are attached to the vehicle by means of the

fastening points on the vehicle floor. With A8 logo.

3 Boot liner

Custom-made luggage protection. Washable, robust and

resistant to acid. The lip around the edge better protects

the luggage compartment floor from any leaking fluids.

Also available: Boot tray with non-slip pattern for

improved grip and additional protection. Takes up little

space.

4 Coat hanger

For jackets, coats and other items of clothing. The coat

hanger is fastened to the front head restraints.

Fire extinguisher

Installed in the vehicle interior, ensuring that it is close

at hand in emergencies. Specially developed fastening

concept. Extinguisher can be easily released from its

bracket at the press of a button. Practical one-hand

operation makes it easy to use.

The operating buttons with 3 programmable presets are

incorporated in the sun visor. The garage door opener

can be used to open and close garage and exterior doors.

In addition, control of security and lighting systems is

possible.¹

2 Vehicle cover

Exact-fit, in Anthracite, with Audi logo, made of breath-

able and anti-static material. Piping accentuates the

shape of the vehicle. Perfectly protects your vehicle from

dust and dirt. For indoor use only.

3 Audi Tracking Assistant

and Audi Tracking Assistant plus², ³

Enable a stolen vehicle to be located and tracked via

GPS/GSM technology in 27 European countries. Avail-

able in 2 variants. Audi Tracking Assistant plus with

automatic driver identification and intelligent restart

obstruction.

Mud flaps

Made from high quality plastic. Reduce paint damage

and dirt around the sills and the rear apron panel.

Available in sets of two for the front and/or rear.

Loading-sill protective sheet

The exact-fit loading-sill protector made from transpar-

ent sheeting provides the bumper with better protection

against damage when loading or unloading the boot.
