The DMC 635 / 835 / 1035 V Vertical Machining Centres by DECKEL MAHO are remarkable at any level. Proven and with improved technology, maximum reliability,user-friendly handling and a large work area give these machines a wide range ofapplications. Operators of the DMC 635 / 835 / 1035 V machines can manufactureparts at the highest technological level for a variety of operations, ranging from smallto medium batch sizes, shop floor or large-scale manufacturing, to diverse tasks intraining facilities or automated serial production. Key features include state-of-the-art control technology, 3D-workpiece simulation, 30 m/min rapid traverse and shortchip-to-chip times. A small machine footprint due to the C-frame design and the excellent price / performance ratio are additional benefits of this machine series.

Efficient high-tech components at an attractive price.

The machine design of the DMC 635 / 835 / 1035 V series is effective at deliveringcustomer value with low investment costs combined with high production output.This goal is achieved by spindle speeds of 10,000 rpm, high rapid traverse speeds of 30 m/min and a 20× tool magazine with a double gripper for tool exchange timesof 1.6 seconds. The sturdy, cast-iron C-frame design ensures maximum rigidity andprovides the basis for high milling precision. Digitally-controlled drives combinedwith roller guideways lead to short positioning times and with the highest degree ofprecision. Choose from Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc CNC controls with advanced3D-software to arrive at the finished workpiece in the shortest possible time.

High standards and customised options for even greater productivity.

All machines of the series are built on the extremely sturdy C-frame design. This construction design maintains a solid base yet with a reduction in space requirements. In addition, the roller guideways on all axes ensure stability and precision. The proven 3-point support simplifies installation and reduces machine set-up time. The optional “job package” includes a chip conveyor, rinsing pistol and a liquid / air-cooling switch, for increased process safety and reduced maintenance. Options such as a 14,000 rpm or 18,000 rpm motor spindle, a 30 or 60 slot tool magazine, diverse production packages and automation solutions are available wherever more productivity is required.

The most significant highlight of the new machine design is the DMG ERGOline®

Control with a 19" screen. The larger screen allows the integration of additionalDMG SOFTkeys® and additional status information. Both the screen and the operatorpanel can be perfectly adjusted to fit the ergonomic requirements of the operator.This also applies to the optional seat or the mousepad. The DMG SMARTkey® allowspersonalised authorisation with individual access rights. Apart from the Siemens 840D solutionline, the Heidenhain iTNC 530 and Fanuc 32i are also available. All CNC controls feature large memory capacity and extremely fast processors.
