    Albuquerque, NMToday will be an excitingday with everyonegetting acquainted withfellow travelers as we

    begin our tour to include New Mexico, Colorado,Utah, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming with manyexciting attractions along the way. This will be avacation to be remembered forever.

    Wed, July 24 Moab, UTOur route takes us through Farmington, NM thennorth to Cortez, CO. Crossing into Utah we routethru Moab to the Red Cliffs Lodge, located on theColorado River, and our home for tonight.

    Thu, July 25 Salt Lake City, UTEnjoy a leisurely morning and visit the Museum ofFilm and Western Heritage before departing RedCliffs. Tonight we overnight in beautiful Salt LakeCity, located at the foot of the Wasatch Mountains.

    The city is also home to Utahs most popular touristattraction, Temple Square, home of the six-spiredMormon Temple.

    Fri, July 26 Butte, MTContinuing to the north our route will take usthrough Pocatello, Idaho, named for a Chief of theShoshone-Bannock Tribes who donated the land thecity now occupies. Have your camera ready as westop by the falls in Idaho Falls, located on the SnakeRiver, before we continue into Montana.

    Sat, July 27 Whitefish, MTThe Smokejumper Visitor Center located nearMissoula is the largest active smokejumper base inthe nation and our visit will educate us about themen and women who risk their lives in fightingforest fires. Our next 2 nights will be in the smalltown of Whitefish and is just a short drive to Glacier

    National Park.

    Upon entering GlacierNational Park we boardscenic red buses which takeus on the "Going-to-the-SunHighway into the park and tothe Continental Divide. With alocal guide to narrate andmany photo stops along theway, this may be the most magnificent drive in theworld. Declared a park in 1910, Glacier National Parkis nature's unspoiled domain and contains a millionacres of the finest mountain scenery in America.

    Mon, July 29 Great Falls, MTDeparting eastward around the park, our route takes usto the town of Great Falls, located on the MissouriRiver. We will tour the Lewis and Clark InterpretiveCenter which details the famous 1804-1806 trek,

    Tue, July 30 Yellowstone National ParkToday we head south to Helena, the capital ofMontana, and continue to Bozeman, home to MontanaState University. This evening we will be entering thenorth entrance of Yellowstone National Park andovernight at Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel.

    Wed, July 31 Flagg Ranch, WYWith a local guide aboard our motorcoach, we will beready for a day of sightseeing in Yellowstone NationalPark. Established in 1872, it is the world's oldestnational park. Included in our tour will be MammothHot Springs, Old Faithful, Upper and Lower Falls andFountain Paint Pot. Our destination for 2 nights isFlagg Ranch, located on the banks of the Snake Riverbetween Yellowstone and Grand Teton NationalParks.

    Thu, Aug 1 Flagg Ranch, WY

    This morning we take one of the most scenic drives ofthis trip as we enter Grand Teton National Park. Wewill be stopping for photo opportunities along with

    visits at Colter BayVisitor Center and theChapel of Transfigura-tion. A highlight oftoday will be our floattrip on the Snake Riverwith experiencedguides in each raft.Watch for wildlife and

    great views of the Te-tons. You will have

    free time for browsing in Jackson, the supply pointand activity center for ranchers in the area.

    Fri, Aug 2 Casper, WYContinuing across the Cowboy State of Wyoming ourroute will take us eastward through ranching countryto Casper. Located on the North Platte River the townwas the convergence for the Oregon Trail, MormonTrail, Bridger Trail, Bozeman Trail and Pony ExpressTrail.

    Sat, Aug 3 Denver, COWe start our day with a visit to the National HistoricTrails Interpretive Center which brings to life theexcitement, hardships and triumphs of the people whoetched their stories in American history. Stop in

    Cheyenne at the Frontier Days Old West Museumwhich includes a horse-drawn vehicle collection andclassic western art.

    Sun, Aug 4 Amarillo, TXRouting across Colorado and New Mexico we willenter The Lone Star State", with our overnightdestination being Amarillo.
