../01+22NOTĂ DE PREZENTARE

Transform3rile societ34ii române5ti din ultimii ani, dezvoltarea 5i r3spândirea informaticii, p3trunderea

elementelor moderne de comunica4ii 5i tehnologii informatice  î n 4ara noastr3, impun o preg3tire

diversificat3 a tinerilor  î n acest domeniu. Disciplina „Tehnologia Informa4iei 5i a Comunica4iilor”, din

cadrul ariei „Tehnologii”, trebuie s3 asigure dobândirea unor cuno5tin4e de utilizare a calculatorului 5i a

programelor, de tehnologia informa4iei 5i comunic3rii la nivel de cultur3 general3, necesare unor

activit34i cu caracter aplicativ utile  î n mediul  î n care  î 5i vor desf 35ura activitatea.

Pornind de la faptul c3 nu exist3 domeniu de activitate unde s3 nu se prelucreze 5i s3 nu se transmit3 

informa4ii atât  î n cadrul domeniului respectiv cât 5i spre exteriorul lui, afirm3m c3 azi informa ţ ia este 

 foarte pre ţ ioasă, ea trebuie stocat3, prelucrat3 5i transmis3  î n condi4ii care asigur3 corectitudine 5i 

exactitate, deci la nivel profesional.

Dezvoltarea deprinderilor moderne de utilizator, adic3 preg3tirea elevilor astfel  î ncât s3 poat3 

beneficia de lumea calculatoarelor, respectiv s3 poat3 folosi avantajele ştiin ţ ei calculatorului, trebuie s3 

stea  î n aten4ia  î nv343mântului preuniversitar.

Informatica a p3truns ast3zi  î n cele mai variate domenii, deci indiferent de profesia pe care o va alege un

tân3r, la viitorul lui loc de munc3  î n mileniul III, cu siguran43 va avea nevoie de cunoaşterea modului

de utilizare a unui instrumentar informatic. Este nevoie ca ini4ierea tinerilor din toate 5colile î n

utilizarea calculatoarelor s3 se fac3 la un nivel pe care  î l numim azi nivel de cultură  general ă.

Tehnologia informa4iei, prin specificul ei, este esen4ial legat3 de lucrul individual pe un calculator, deci

dezvoltă deprinderea de a lucra individual. Pe de alt3 parte, prin intermediul re4elelor de calculatoare

este posibil schimbul de informa4ii  î ntre mai mul4i utilizatori de calculatoare mult mai efi-cient decât

prin orice alt3 metod3 clasic3.

Educarea elevilor  î n spiritul unei activităţi desf ăşurate  î n grup,  î n colaborare, se finalizeaz3 prin 

predarea TIC-ului orientat3 pe proiecte. Obi5nuirea elevilor cu responsabilit34i, cu r3spunderea privind

finalizarea propriei munci 5i asigurarea  î nl3n4uirii unor elemente realizate  î n paralel,  î i va preg3ti  î n modcât se poate de clar pentru o activitate pe care cu siguran43 o vor  î ntâlni  î n viitor.

Educarea elevilor pentru realizarea unor produse utilizabile, dezvoltarea spiritului inventiv şi

creator apare ca un obiectiv impus de sistemul economic  î n care tr3im 5i vom tr3i 5i  î n viitor. Indiferent 

de con4inutul aplica4iei, ceea ce realizează elevul, trebuie să  fie utilizabil; altfel spus, trebuie să aibă 

toate calit ăţ ile unui produs.

Datorit3 implica4iei pe care tehnologia informa4iei o are azi  î n toate profesiile, rezult3 caracterul ei

interdisciplinar . Deci, nu putem vorbi despre Tehnologia Informa4iei 5i a Comunica4iilor pur 5i simplu. 

Ea nu poate fi privit3 ca o disciplin3 independent3 5i nu poate fi 4inut3  î ntre bariere create artificial.

Elevii trebuie să  î nţeleagă conexiunile dintre tehnologia informaţiei/utilizarea calculatorului şi

societate 5i s3 fie capabili s3 se adapteze dinamicii schimb3rilor determinate de aceste conexiuni.

În conformitate cu planurile-cadru de  î nv343mânt pentru ciclul superior al liceului, aprobate prin ordinul

ministrului educa4iei, cercet3rii 5i inov3rii nr. 3410 / 16.03.2009, este prev3zut3 disciplina Tehnologia 

 Informa ţ iei şi a Comunica ţ iilor pentru:

filiera teoretic3, profil real, specializarea 5tiin4ele naturii,  î n curriculumul diferen4iat, 2 ore / s3pt.

Având  î n vedere nevoile educa4ionale ale elevilor c3rora li se adreseaz3 prezenta program3 5colar3,  î n ciclul

superior al liceului, disciplina Tehnologia Informa ţ iei  şi a Comunica ţ iilor  este consacrat3 sistemelor de

gestiune a bazelor de date.

În elaborarea programei 5colare au fost respectate principiile de proiectare curricular3, specifice

curriculumului na4ional, valorificându-se  î n acela5i timp tendin4ele domeniului pe plan interna4ional 5i

opinii ale unor profesori cu o bogat3 experien43 didactic3.
