Este o tehnologie relativ simpl, cu ciclu scurt, uor de realizat i controlat; se aplic n maximum 2 ore comparativ cu vopsirea care necesit 2 zile pentru a aplica dou straturi, cu timp de uscare

Posibilitate de aplicare pentru o gam larg dimensional de piese de la organe de asamblare (uruburi, piulie, aibe .a.) pn la elemente de construcii de lungime pn la 20 m (stlpi, parapei, grinzi etc.)

Posibilitatea de acoperire a pieselor cu configuraie complicat, asigurndu-se o depunere compact i uniform chiar n zonele greu accesibile, pe muchii i coluri, deci o protecie integral a pieselor

Aderen excelent la suportul feros datorit substratului metalurgic de Fe-Zn format prin reacia direct de aliere la temperatura de 450-460C

B3-2. Zincare Termica Prescriptii.Cerinte

O bun proiectare a produselor pentru zincarea termic necesit: Prevederea de guri tehnologice pentru umplerea, circulaia i scurgerea soluiilor de la

pregtirea suprafeelor i a zincului topit, la extragerea reperelor din aceste bi.

Evacuarea gazelor din compartimentele nchise (aerisirea) pentru evitarea exploziilor.

Mijloace de manipulare a produselor (urechi, guri de prindere .a.).

1. Gurile pentru aerisire i scurgere trebuie s fie ct mai mari posibil. Diametrul minim al gurilor este precizat n Tabelul urmtor:

ABu 2. Gurile pentru aerisire i scurgere trebuie s fie amplasate diagonal opuse unele fa de

altele, la punctele superioare i inferioare ale produsului, aflat n poziia n care se face zincarea termic. Aceste guri trebuie s fie vizibile din exterior, pentru a putea fi controlate uor i pentru sigurana produsului. Profilele foarte lungi cu goluri interioare pot necesita guri de aerisire suplimentare pentru a mbunti scurgerea soluiilor de pregtire i a zincului topit n vederea obinerii unei acoperiri de calitate.

Recomandri suplimentare asupra proiectrii produselor care urmeaz s fie zincate termic se pot gsi n SR EN ISO 14713 i n alte publicaii ale ANAZ.
