B3-1. Zincare Termica

� Este o tehnologie relativ simplă, cu ciclu scurt, uşor de realizat şi controlat; se aplică în maximum 2 ore comparativ cu vopsirea care necesită 2 zile pentru a aplica două straturi, cu timp de uscare

� Posibilitate de aplicare pentru o gamă largă dimensională de piese de la organe de asamblare (şuruburi, piuliţe, şaibe ş.a.) până la elemente de construcţii de lungime până la 20 m (stâlpi, parapeţi, grinzi etc.)

� Posibilitatea de acoperire a pieselor cu configuraţie complicată, asigurându-se o depunere compactă şi uniformă chiar în zonele greu accesibile, pe muchii şi colţuri, deci o protecţie integrală a pieselor

� Aderenţă excelentă la suportul feros datorită substratului metalurgic de Fe-Zn format prin reacţia directă de aliere la temperatura de 450-460°C

D tă de viaţă foarte lungă (50 80 de ani) datorită grosimilor de strat

B3-2. Zincare Termica – Prescriptii.Cerinte

O bună proiectare a produselor pentru zincarea termică necesită:� Prevederea de găuri tehnologice pentru umplerea, circulaţia şi scurgerea soluţiilor de la

pregătirea suprafeţelor şi a zincului topit, la extragerea reperelor din aceste băi.

� Evacuarea gazelor din compartimentele închise (aerisirea) pentru evitarea exploziilor.

� Mijloace de manipulare a produselor (urechi, găuri de prindere ş.a.).

1. Găurile pentru aerisire şi scurgere trebuie să fie cât mai mari posibil. Diametrul minim al găurilor este precizat în Tabelul următor:

ABu 2. Găurile pentru aerisire şi scurgere trebuie să fie amplasate diagonal opuse unele faţă de

altele, la punctele superioare şi inferioare ale produsului, aflat în poziţia în care se face zincarea termică. Aceste găuri trebuie să fie vizibile din exterior, pentru a putea fi controlate uşor şi pentru siguranţa produsului. Profilele foarte lungi cu goluri interioare pot necesita găuri de aerisire suplimentare pentru a îmbunătăţi scurgerea soluţiilor de pregătire şi a zincului topit în vederea obţinerii unei acoperiri de calitate.

Recomandări suplimentare asupra proiectării produselor care urmează să fie zincate termic se pot găsi în SR EN ISO 14713 şi în alte publicaţii ale ANAZ.
