1.0 GENERALITATI

1.1 Domeniu de aplicare

Prezenta norma este valabila in cadrul Petrom OMV pentru conceptia constructiilor metalice, cum sunt de exemplu, schelele aparatelor, puntile peste conducte, podeste, scari etc

Pentru realizarea structurilor metalice, hale, recipienti si tancuri, prezenta norma este valabila exclusiv pentru acele parti de constructie care au legatura cu ele (punti, trepte, scari, si balustradele suportilor de conducte etc.)

1.0 GENERAL

1.1 Scope

This standard applies within the Petrom OMV Corporation for the design of steel structures such as equipment supports, pipe bridges, platforms, ladders, etc.

For the building of steel skeleton structures, halls, containers, and tanks, this standard applies only for the associated constructional parts (platforms, steps, ladders and railing pipeline supports, etc.).

1.2 Norme si prescriptii

Impreuna cu prezenta norma se vor respecta dispozitiile, normele si directivele valabile in Romania, in varianta lor aflata in vigoare, care sunt mentionate in Anexa.

Nu consideram enumerarea noastra ca fiind una completa.

Daca intre diferitele dispozitii, reglementari, norme si directive apar diferente sau contradictii, iar aspectele respective nu sunt in mod expres clarificate prin prezenta norma, se va aplica reglementarea cu formularea cea mai restrictiva.

In cazul in care prevederile se exclud reciproc, atunci se va aplica reglementarea prevazuta de legislatia din Romania.

Intra in responsabilitatea executantului sa verifice daca prevederile prezentei norme sunt adecvate scopului lucrarii respective. Aplicarea normei nu il degreveaza pe executant de raspunderea pe care o are in calitate de antreprenor profesionist si responsabil.

Daca executantul are obiectii cu privire la una dintre prevederile stabilite, el il va informa imediat in scris pe angajator despre acest lucru

1.2 Standards and regulations

The respective specifications, standards and directives legally applicable in Romania and specified within the Annex, should be taken into account in their currently valid form.

This listing is not claimed to be complete.

In the event of deviations or conflicts arising between the various specifications, standards and directives, and where there is no firm definition provided by this standard, the strictest formulation is to be applied in each case.

Where they are mutually exclusive, the Romanian statutory regulations will apply.

The Contractor will be responsible for checking the appropriateness of this standard for the intended purpose. The application does not relieve the Contractor of his responsibility as specialist and independent entrepreneur.

If the Contractor has reservations concerning an agreed definition, he must notify the Client of this in writing without delay.

1.3 Documentatii de executie 1.3 Working documents

Livrarea documentatiilor de executie, respectiv a documentaiilor de detalii se va face in momentul inaintarii comenzii, corespunzator definitiilor descrise in cele ce urmeaza:

The delivery of construction drawings and detailed specifications is to be defined at the time of awarding the contract and according to the definitions described below.

1.3.1 Proiectare prin beneficiar, desene de

detaliu prin furnizor 1.3.1 Construction by Client, detailed drawings

by Contractor

Furnizorul primeste toate datele privind sarcinile, statica constructiei si schite pentru executie cu aprobare de la beneficiar.

The Contractor is provided with all necessary loading specifications, construction statics, and master drawings for the construction, complete with release note from the Client.

Furnizorul face toate calculele statice necesare detaliilor, desene de ansamblu, desene de detaliu pentru executie si montaj, liste de materiale etc. pentru realizarea corespunzatoare a constructiei.

The Contractor provides all necessary detailed static calculations, survey drawings, workshop plans and detailed assembly drawings, parts lists, etc. for the professional execution of the construction.

Desenele de detaliu se elibereaza pentru executie de catre beneficiar cu nota de aprobare pe desen.

The Client will approve the detailed drawings for execution by means of a suitable release note.

1.3.2 Proiectare si desene de detaliu prin furnizor 1.3.2 Construction and detailed drawings by the Contractor

Furnizorul primeste calculele statice preliminare si desenele draft. In aceste documentatii se pot gasi toate datele privind sarcinile/incarcarile necesare pentru dimensionare.

The Contractor receives the pre-statics and the draft drawing. These documents contain all the load information required for dimensioning.

Furnizorul trebuie sa verifice daca documentatiile primite sunt complete pentru realizarea calculelor de statica si a desenelor enumerate in continuare si sa solicite imediat datele de completare de la responsabilul de proiect Petrom OMV.

The Contractor is obliged to check the received documents for completeness with regard to preparing the statics and drawings listed below, and will contact the project manager at Petrom OMV promptly for any supplementary information that may be required.

Furnizorul face toate calculele de statica si schitele pentru constructia prevazuta de el, pe baza desenelor draft.

Based on the drafts, the Contractor will prepare all the necessary static calculations and master drawings for the intended construction.

Schitele pentru constructie vor fi aprobate de beneficiar pentru realizarea desenelor de detaliu.

In order to carry out the detailed planning, the Client will release the master drawings for construction.

Furnizorul se obliga sa ia in considerare completarile, dorintele sau corectarile facute in exemplarul eliberat, in desenele de detaliu.

For the detailed planning, the Contractor is obliged to take the effected additions, wishes or corrections of the released drawings into account.

Furnizorul face toate calculele statice necesare, desenele de executie si de detaliu de montaj, liste de materiale necesare etc. pentru realizarea constructiei.

The Contractor provides all necessary detailed static calculations, survey drawings, workshop plans and detailed assembly drawings, parts lists, etc. for the professional execution of the construction.

Desenele de detaliu se elibereaza pentru executie de catre beneficiar cu nota de aprobare pe desen .

The Client will approve the detailed drawings for execution by means of a suitable release note.

Beneficiarul isi rezerva dreptul de a dispune verificarea conformitatii documentatiilor pentru constructie ale furnizorului de catre un specialist independent.

The Client reserves the right to have the Contractor's construction documents checked for conformity by an independent expert.

1.3.3 Constructia si desenele de detaliu prin

Punerea la dipozitie a tuturor calculelor statice necesare (calculele statice preliminare si detaliile de statica, schitele si desenele de executie, listele de materiale/cantitati etc.) cu nota de aprobare liber pentru executie, prin beneficiar.

The Client will provide all the necessary static calculations (pre- and detailed statics, master drawings, shop drawings, parts lists, etc.) with a suitable note released for execution.

Furnizorul va verifica daca documentatiile primite sunt complete, va nota erorile si neclaritatile si in urma unei discutii cu beneficiarul se va ingriji de inlaturarea acestora si va solicita imediat datele de completare de la responsabilul de proiect Petrom OMV.

The Contractor is obliged to check the received documents for completeness, indicate errors and unclear points, and ensure their remediation by consultation with the Client, and will contact the project manager at Petrom OMV promptly for any supplementary information that may be required.

Forma aleasa pentru realizarea documentatiilor va fi specificata de responsabilul de proiect al Petrom/ OMV in cererea de oferta si va fi stabilita prin contract la acordarea acestuia.

The method for preparing the documents must be specified by the project manager at Petrom OMV in the tender, and will be fixed in the contract after awarding.

2.0 MATERIALE – CERINTE MINIME 2.0 MINIMUM MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS

Materialele utilizate trebuie sa corespunda ultimei editii a normelor enumerate in Anexa.

The materials used must comply with the most recent issue of the standards listed in the Appendix.

Materialele indicate reprezinta cerintele minime. The specified materials represent the minimum requirements.

2.1 Materialele pentru constructii metalice in

zone cu intemperii 2.1 Materials for outdoor steel constructions

Pentru schele, constructii de sustinere, estacade conducte, trepte, balustrade pentru trepte in domeniile de temperatura normala si joasa, se vor utiliza materiale care sa aiba urmatoarele calitati minime:

For framework, supporting structures, pipe bridges, platforms, stairs, ladders, and handrails exposed to normal and low outdoor temperatures, materials with the following minimum qualities are to be used:

In cazurile de solicitare deosebita, materialul se va alege corespunzator cerintelor, de comun acord cu beneficiarul.

Dovada materialelor utilizate se va face prin prezentarea certificatului emis de producator, conform EN 10 204.

Verification of the material used is to be provided by means of a factory certificate acc. to EN 10 204.

3.0 IPOTEZE DE CALCUL SI PROIECTARE 3.0 LOAD ASSUMPTION AND DESIGN

3.1 Generalitati 3.1 General

Pentru determinarea sarcinilor se vor aplica prevederile din normele corespunzatoare, daca prin prezenta norma sau prin alt gen de date nu se solicita valori mai mari de catre beneficiar.

When determining the loads, the corresponding standards are applicable, unless this standard or any other specifications require higher values from the Client.

Proiectarea se va face in orice caz, conform Normelor Petrom OMV 201, 202 si 206.

In all cases, the design must be in accordance with Petrom OMV Standards 201, 202, and 206.

3.2 Ipoteze de calcul 3.2 Load assumptions

3.2.1 Sarcini permanente 3.2.1 Permanent loads

Ca sarcini permanente se considera greutatile proprii, precum si din constructia portanta, aparate, masini, conducte si armaturi.

Permanent loads include dead weights as well as the weight of supporting structures, equipment, machines, pipework, and fittings.

3.2.2 Sarcini utile 3.2.2 Live loads

Pe langa valorile din normele de calcul se vor considera si sarcinile utile mentionate in desene sau in tabelul de sarcini pentru conducte, recipienti, masini etc.

Besides the normal values for calculation, the live loads of pipework, equipment, machines, etc. specified in the drawings or load tables, are applicable.

In plus, se vor lua ca baza, sarcina de trafic pentru suprafetele pe care se poate circula, conform normei Petrom OMV 206:

Moreover, the following live loads on walkable surfaces according to Petrom OMV Standard 206

— - 5,0 kN/m2 pentru treptele izolate, podete in schelele aparatelor, podete la cuptoare si cazane si pentru recipientii orizontali,

— 5,0 kN/m2 for individual stairs, platforms in equipment supports, platforms on furnaces and boilers, and horizontal containers,

— - 5,0 kN/m2 structura cu trepte — 5,0 kN/m2 for stair support structures, — - 2, 5 kN/m2 pentru podete circulare la

coloane si la recipientii verticali. — 2,5 kN/m2 for circular platforms around

columns and upright containers are to taken into account, as a base.

Daca se fac depozitari permanente de materiale de lucru si de intretinere, gradul de incarcare va fi stabilit impreuna cu cei ce exploateaza instalatia, in functie de cerintele respective.

In case of continuous storage of operating and maintenance materials, the loads must be determined with the relevant plant, according to the respective requirements.

3.2.3 Sarcini suplimentare la montaj sau exploatare

3.2.3 Additional loads during assembly or operation

Se vor avea in vedere sarcinile si fortele temporare, care se pot produce la montajul partilor de instalatie.

Lateral loads and forces, as can occur during the assembly of plant components, must be taken into account.

Forte care apar la extragerea fasciculelor tubulare: Sunt sarcini izolate (sarcini orizontale, care pot sa apara la procesele de intretinere in timpul exploatarii).

Bundle pulling forces: Individual loads (horizontal loads, as can occur in the course of maintenance work during operation).

Forte care apar la extragerea fasciculelor tubulare: HZ = 1,5 x greutatea greutatea fasciculului tublar

Bundle tension: HZ = 1,5 x bundled weight

Utilizarea de dispozitive de extragere fascicule tubulare va fi pusa de acord cu beneficiarul.

The use of bundle pulling equipment must be agreed with the Client.

In cazul mai multor schimbatoare de caldura pe aceeasi structura metalica, se va lua in considerare cel mai nefavorabil caz.

In case of several heat exchangers on a supporting structure, the respective worst case is to be assumed.

Forte care apar la extragerea fasciculelor tubulare vor fi comunicate de responsabilul de proiect al Petrom OMV.

Bundle pulling forces are to be disclosed by the project manager at Petrom OMV.

Soc de macara: In cazul sarcinilor dinamice (de soc) prin solicitari orizontale si verticale (de exemplu macarale mobile etc.) de soc se aplica sarcinile conform normelor europene corespunzatoare.

Crane shock: In case of shock loads through horizontal and vertical loads (e.g. travelling cranes, etc.) the loads are to be calculated according to the corresponding European norms.

Protectie impotriva incendiilor: Se va lua in considerare protectia impotriva incendiilor care trebuie realizata la constructie, conform Normei Petrom OMV M 3001.

Fire protection: The constructional fire protection to be installed according to Petrom OMV Standard M 3001 must be taken into account.

Sarcini verticale: de 10,0 kN trebuie sa poata fi preluate in oricare punct, la alegere.

Vertical loads of 10,0 kN must be applicable at any location.

3.2.4 Forte statice la vant 3.2.4 Static wind loads

Acumularile prin sarcini la vant, precum si determinarea suprafetelor de atac ale vantului, vor fi determinate si demonstrate de furnizor conform normei SR ENV 1991-2-4:2004 Eurocod 1, in functie de locatia respectiva.

Assumptions about wind loads, as well as the determination of surface areas exposed to wind loads, are to be established and verified by the Contractor according to SR ENV 1991-2-4:2004 Eurocode 1, taking the respective construction site's location into account.

Se vor lua in considerare pozarile prevazute , respectiv traseele de conducte posibile.

The planned or possible piping layout must be taken into account.

Ca sarcina minima a conductelor (in conditii de sarcina maxima la vant) se poate lua jumatate din sarcina conductei (greutatea proprie a conductei + izolatie + umplutura etc.), daca nu se poate face un calcul mai exact.

If a more precise calculation is not made, the minimum pipe load (under simultaneous full wind load) can be assumed to be half the pipe run load (dead pipe weight + lagging + filling, etc.).

3.2.5 Forte seismice 3.2.5 Earthquake loads

Efectul seismelor va fi demonstrat conform SR EN 1998:2005 Eurocod 8 in functie de locatia respectiva.

The effect of earthquakes is to be determined according to SR EN 1998:2005 Eurocode 8, taking the respective construction site's location into account.

Pentru constructiile pentru care exista pericolul sa fie supuse la oscilatii se vor stabili la fiecare caz particular, decizii speciale si se va prezenta un certificat de conformitate.

For structures liable to vibration, special definitions are to be agreed on an individual basis, and a certificate of conformity is to be provided.

3.2.6 Sarcini exercitate de zapada si de gheata 3.2.6 Snow and ice loads

Se calculeaza conform SR EN 1991-1-3:2005 - Eurocod 1 in functie de locatia respectiva.

To be determined according to SR EN 1991-1-3:2005 - Eurocode 1, taking the respective construction site's location into account.

3.2.7 Oscilatii 3.2.7 Vibrations

Se vor lua in calcul oscilatiile si fortele acestora, cauzate de vant, vibratii determinate de traficul masinilor in zona s.a.m.d.

Vibrations and their resulting loads, as caused by wind, vibration of machines, etc. must be taken into account.

Pentru calculul suportilor, fundatiilor s.a.m.d. se vor lua ca baza pentru calcul si vor fi cerute de la responsabilul de proiect al beneficiarului, pozitia centrului de greutate, marimea si directia de atac a tuturor fortelor si sarcinilor, inclusiv toate mentiunile speciale ale producatorului echipamentului ce urmeaza a fi amplasat pe constructia respectiva.

When calculating supports, foundations, etc., the centers of gravity, sizes, and directions of all loads and stresses, including all special notes of the machine manufacturer, are to be requested from the Client's project manager as basis for calculation.

3.2.8 Tensiuni termice 3.2.8 Thermal stresses

Se vor demonstra tensiunile termice care apar datorita schimbului de caldura. Apoi, la dezvoltarea constructiva a structurii metalice se va lua in considerare dilatatia termica a aparatelor.

Thermal stresses due to temperature changes are to be verified. Furthermore, the thermal expansion of equipment must be taken into account during the design of steel structures.

3.3 Proiectare 3.3 Design

3.3.1 Structurile metalice aferente aparatelor 3.3.1 Equipment supports

Determinarea sarcinilor pentru acumularile generale de sarcini se face conform Normei Petrom OMV 206, punctele 2.1 pana la 2.6

Determination of the loads for the general load assumptions is done according to Petrom OMV Standard 206, Sections 2.1 to 2.6.

CONSTRUCTION

Realizarea calculului static se face in forma de elaborare a documentatiilor de baza care se stabileste la transmiterea comenzii conform punctului 1.3 al prezentei norme.

Execution of the static calculations is done using methods determined when awarding the contract in accordance with the working documents specified in Section 1.3 of this standard.

Calculul se va face astfel incat sa respecte directiva si standardele corespunzatoare in ceea ce priveste intocmirea, documentatia si verificarea calculelor statice.

The calculations must be drawn up in such manner that they are comprehensible in accordance with the corresponding guidelines relating to the preparation, documentation, and testing of static calculations.

4.1 Cazuri de sarcini 4.1 Loading cases

In realizarea calculului se vor avea in vedere, intre altele, urmatoarele criterii:

Based on the master drawings, overview drawings & plans are to be created by the Contractor, with all the flowcharts required for assembly, and the details for the construction supervisor for checking the assembly.

Desenele de executie trebuie sa contina toate dimensiunile si datele importante ale elementului de constructie reprezentat. Vor fi reprezentate detaliile pentru imbinarile de constructie, cum sunt:

The workshop drawings must contain all the essential dimensions and specifications of the represented construction part. Details for constructional connections such as:

guseele, coltarele cadrelor, numarul, marimea si distantele intre suruburi si / sau nituri.

gusset plates, frame corners, quantity, size, and distances between bolts and/or rivets are to be indicated.

Desenele de executie cuprind suplimentar: materiale, prelucrarea, procedeul de sudura si materialele de adaos pentru sudura si daca este cazul, vor fi verificate de un inginer specializat in suduri al furnizorului.

Moreover, workshop drawings must contain the materials, processing, welding procedures and supplementary welding materials, and are to be checked by a welding expert of the Contractor if necessary.

Documentatiile, asa cum sunt ele stabilite in Norma Petrom OMV J 1001, punctele 1.3.1 si 1.3.2, vor fi inaintate beneficiarului spre aprobare, in doua exemplare, la un termen care se va stabili la inmanarea comenzii.

For the purpose of release, documents specified in Petrom OMV Standard J 1001, Sections 1.3.1 and 1.3.2, and determined when the contract is awarded, must be made available to the Client in duplicate within a time limit agreed when contract is awarded.

Aprobarea desenelor se va face conform intelegerii privind intocmirea documenatiilor.

Release of the drawings is done according to the agreements made for their preparation.

Pentru aprecierea calculelor statice, acestea vor fi predate, intr-un exemplar, la un termen care se va stabili la inmanarea comenzii.

For the purpose of evaluation, the static calculations must be made available singly within a time limit agreed when the contract is awarded.

Furnizorului i se restituie un set din desenele transmise conform aprobarii de la punctele 1.3.1 pana la 1.3.3. si este obligat sa faca gratuit completarile, modificarile, respectiv corecturile dorite.

One set of the released documents according to Sections 1.3.1 to 1.3.3 will be returned to the Contractor, who is obliged to carry out the required additions and/or corrections free of charge.

Aprobarea de catre beneficiar nu il exonereaza pe furnizor de raspunderea pentru corectitudinea dimensiunilor si a constructiei alese, corespunzator calculelor statice, precum si a conditiilor in vigoare pentru contract.

The release by the Client does not absolve the Contractor from the responsibility for the correctness of dimensions and the selected construction according to the static calculations, nor from the applicable contract conditions.

Pentru distribuirea interna a desenelor, la prima editie si la fiecare modificare, se va transmite, fara a fi ceruta, o copie beneficiarului.

For the purpose of internal distribution of the drawings, the first issue and every change is to be made available to the Client unasked in form of a TRANSPARENT blueprint.

Together with the release of the drawings, the correctness of the invoicing basics will also be checked. Possible additions must be taken into account.

Comandarea de lucrari, respectiv de materiale demarate inainte de aprobarea realizata conform punctelor 1.3.1 si 1.3.3, se face pe riscul furnizorului.

Work and/or material scheduling that is started before the release according to Section 1.3.1 to 1.3.3, is done at the Contractor's sole risk.

5.6 Documentatie 5.6 Documentation

Revizuirile finale ale tuturor documentatiilor intocmite de furnizor in asa numitul stadiu “As built” ( = planuri de situatie cu toate inregistrarile, care corespund starii reale realizate), vor fi inaintate beneficiarului dupa incheierea lucrarilor de montaj.

The final revisions of all the documents drawn up by the Contractor in the “As built” status (= resource plans with all entries, which correspond to the actual executed status) must be handed over to the Client when assembly is completed.

Denumirea documentatiilor se va face conform normelor Petrom OMV enumerate la punctul 5.0.

Marking of the documentation is done according to the Petrom OMV Standards listed in Section 5.0.

Nature and quantity of the status documentation to be provided are to be specified in the tender, and will be agreed when the contract is awarded.

Beneficiarul isi rezerva dreptul de a dispune verificarea documentatiilor pentru constructie ale furnizorului de catre o persoana de specialitate, independenta.
