PRASETIYA MULYAFUTURE LEADERS SCHOLARSHIP

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prasetiya Mulya Business School awards up to two scholarships for full-time MagisterManajemen (MM) students each year.

Subject Areas and Type of ScholarsOpen to highly talented and qualified potential leaders from financially disadvantaged families.Preference is given to any student who possess the necessary aptitude, personal qualities andinterest in management.

Detail of the AwardTwo scholarships are available each year covering tuition fees, books and living allowance fora maximum tenure of 20 months.

Program AdmissionThe full time MM Prasetiya Mulya program runs two intakes each year. The admission processbegins three to four months before the program intake. The program is preceded by a compulsorymatriculation program which starts in early March or July.

I. Eligibility Criteria1. Indonesian citizen who can demonstrate leadership potential and interest in and

commitment to community and national development.

2. Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any legally accredited Indonesian oroverseas university. A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25 (on a 4.00 scale) isrequired.

3. Applicant must be under 30 years of age when lodging the application.4. Preferably having a minimum of two-years full time professional work experience after

completion of the undergraduate degree when lodging the application5. Preferably having International or Institutional TOEFL minimum score of 550 (paper

based) or 213 (computer based)6. Not currently enrolled in a graduate or post-graduate program or school nor already

owning Master's degree or equivalent7. Not in receipt of other equivalent award or scholarship offering similar or other benefits at

the time of the award

8. Pass Prasetiya Mulya admission screening process.

Any applicant proven to have forged information in his/her application form or any of thedocuments attached therein will be immediately disqualified.

General Information

II. Further RequirementsApplicants also must:1. Demonstrate leadership potential.2. Demonstrate interest in and commitment to community and national development.3. Attend all stages of the selection process conducted by Prasetiya Mulya Future Leaders

Scholarship Committee.4. Comply with the application rules and regulations as stipulated by Prasetiya Mulya Future

Leaders Scholarship.

III. Nature of Award1. The scholarship's worth is approximately between IDR 70,000,000,- to

IDR 110,000, 000.- per student, for the duration of study.The scholarship covers the following:

- Prasetiya Mulya Magister Management application fee.- Tuition fees, for the duration of study;- Living allowance, to support living costs during period of study;- Literature allowance, to purchase textbooks required for study;

2. The scholarship is intended for full-time/regular class study only.3. Scholarship recipient is not permitted to undertake any form of employment at any time

during the course of study, unless to fulfill requirements form Prasetiya Mulya BusinessSchool or in the form of internship.

IV. Duration of Award1. The scholarship is provided for a maximum of 20 months. No extension will be granted.2. If scholarship recipient fails to complete his/her study within the allocated time frame,

he/she is still entitled to continue the study. However, Prasetiya Mulya Business Schoolis not obliged to provide any further financial or other support.

3. The scholarship recipient is obliged to complete his/her study within the time frame statedin scholarship agreement. Failure to complete the study within this time frame will resultin a penalty imposed whereby the scholarship recipient must return 50% of the total

amount of scholarship fund already disbursed.4. Continuation of scholarship is subject to scholarship recipients satisfactory academicand academic process.

V. Break From StudyScholarship recipient is not entitled to take any study breaks other than term or semesterbreaks scheduled by Prasetiya Mulya Business School without prior written approval fromPrasetiya Mulya Business School

VI. EmploymentThere is no obligation for the scholarship recipient or Prasetiya Mulya Business School toengage in any form of future employment. Prasetiya Mulya Business School does not oblige

scholarship recipients to work for Prasetiya Mulya Business School.

VII. Penalties1. Prasetiya Mulya Business School will impose penalties for non-compliance with

scholarship terms and conditions, including but not exclusive to academic and non-academic performance and participation in mandatory activities. Penalties may be in theform of reduction of funding, suspension of funding, or termination of scholarship funding.

2. Should the scholarship recipient decide to withdraw from the scholarship scheme, anyfunds already disbursed by Prasetiya Mulya Business School as part of scholarshipcoverage must be fully repaid by the scholarship recipient.

VIII. Termination1. The scholarship will cease when a recipient is no longer enrolled as a student:

When the university issues an academic record (transcript) indicating the completion ofstudy.When the recipient is forced to withdraw or cannot continue his / her studies due toillness or any other reason.

2. The scholarship will be immediately terminated if:

The scholarship recipient fails to fulfill his / her obligation or fails to meet the requiredacademic performance level; or,The scholarship recipient proves to have forged information in his / her application andany of the documents attached therein; orThe scholarship recipient is dismissed from the study program or expelled from theuniversity for any reason; orThe scholarship recipient is involved in any illegal activities e.g. drug abuse andtrafficking or any other form of criminal activities.

3. The scholarship will be terminated if the scholarship recipient does not pass theacademic and non academic evaluation conducted by Prasetiya Mulya Business Schoolevery 4 (four) months and fails to improve his / her performance within the givenprobation period.

VIII. Other Tasks and ObligationsScholarship recipient must:1. Act in accordance with Prasetiya Mulya Business School's rules and regulation.2. Actively participate in personal development programs designed by Prasetiya Mulya

Business School3. Maintain the requirement minimum GPA of 3.4 (out of 4.00 scale)4. After successful completion of the program the scholarship recipient is expected to join

IKAPRAMA (Ikatan Alumni Prasetiya Mulya) in its program and activities.
