    2. Cementul primar acelular fibrilarextrinsec

    apare imediat dup formarea variantei fibrilare intrinseci,care este baza sa de depunere

    acoper cele dou treimi ale rdcinii este extinsi adesea este singurul tip de cement prezent

    formare: prin mineralizarea progresiv a fibrelor de colagen provenite dinligamentul parodontal, inserate anterior n marginea fibroas acementului primar acelular fibrilar intrinsec (ME)

    aceste fibre de colagen sunt denumite fibre Sharpey

    procesul de mineralizare se deruleaz prin depunereasubstanelor anorganice de jur-mprejurul i printre acestefibre

    instalarea unui anumit grad de inflamaie este un element aproapenormal la nivelul jonciunii dentogingivale chiar din momentul erupiei

    dobndirea caracterului epitelial nekeratinizat la acest nivel(experimente animale cu regim strict de igienorali antibiotice duc lakeratinizare)
