Unde ar trebuie sa mergem?, am intrebat.

Ah, oriunde doresti, a raspuns – la restaurant in B, putem lua cina acolo si imi poti spune/povesti

totul despre tine.

As vrea sa te aud pe tine intai/primul, am spus, vorbeste-mi despre misterul/secretul tau. // As

A scos din buzunarul sau o cutiuta de marochin (Piele de capră sau, rar, de oaie sau de vițel,

tăbăcită vegetal pentru a căpăta lustru și finețe) cu inchizatoare de argint si mi-a inmanat-o. Am

deschis-o. inauntru era fotografia unei femei. Era inalta si slaba/fragila si in mod

ciudat/bizar/straniu pitoreasca/vie cu ochii mari si misteriosi si cu parul despletit. Arata ca o

vizionara si era invelita in blanuri scumpe/luxoase.

Dl.Nicolae Manolescu reproşează Internetului că nu are “spirit critic”. Nu-l bănuiesc pe

distinsul profesor şi critic literar că face o confuzie regretabilă între mediu, mijloc, suport

şi conţinut. Spaima că reţeaua web este o ameninţare la adresa culturii, a literaturii, a

spiritualităţii şi chiar a umanităţii e una, însă, de actualitate pentru foarte mulţi intelectuali

care nu exersează mijlocul numit Internet. Cum sunt din fire optimist, cred că noile

tehnologii ale informaţiei şi ale comunicării vor face actul lecturii din ce în ce mai

democratic, oferindu-ne, într-o mare de informaţii şi între miliarde de acte de divertisment,

şi produse culturale de calitate. Cartea ca obiect de hârtie care provoacă sinestezii nu va

dispărea şi va fi, pentru cei iniţiaţi, o altă formă de rezistenţă în post-posmodernitate sau

post-istorie. Lectura va avea un tot mai pronunţat caracter utilitar şi info-educaţional, iar

cartea de valoare estetică va interesa doar pe cei care vor găsi în gimnastica limbajului şi a

gândirii şi în construcţiile ficţionale temeiuri pentru devenire şi pentru un altfel de a fi. Aşa

cum poezia şi umanitatea noastră nu vor dispărea din cauza tehnologiilor, nici cartea pe

suportul de hârtie nu va urma profeţitul sfârşit!

The critical spirit is not dependent on the Net or facebook!

Mr. NicolaeManolescu complains thatinternat has no "critical soul/mind/spirit". I do not suppose

that the distinguished professor and literary criticmakes a regrettable confusion between the

environment, means, support and content. The fear that the web is a threat to culture, literature,

spirituality and even of humanity is one, however/but, actuality/present/timely for very many

intellectuals who didn’t practice the mean called Internet. Howi am naturally optimistic,i believe

that new information and communication technologies will make the act of reading to become

more democratic, giving us, in a world of information and between billion of

entertainment,quality cultural products. Book as paper object that causes synesthesia will not

fade and will be for the initiates, another form of resistance in post postmodernism or post-

history. Reading will have a more pronounced character and info-educational utility and

aesthetic value book will interest only those who will find in gymnastics language and thought

and fictional buildings grounds for making a different being. As poetry and our humanity will

not disappear because of technology neither the paper book will follow the predicted end!

Eseul:

Easter in my family

I come from a faithful family and for us Easter means cleaning by fasting, prayer, confession,

communion and ends with the peerless time when we bring light into the house for its

importance and significance for those who live in it. So/such/like thatI used the little ones who

want to share with us the joy and keep the lamps light on the way home.

In the old house we were four brothers, three girls and a boy, and our parents for each Easter,

but also for Christmas, although we have grown up, always kept the tradition – that the second

day, after we all brought light to our houses, we gather in the evening to our parents’ house along

with our children.

There is great joy in our parents' house when we all meet again. My husband and i, with our two

boys of 14 and 5 years, along with my brothers and nephews, whom awaits different surprise

from grandparents. These came to be the only time we see each other all together, because we

rarely coincide in the year to get everyone in the same period when I visit.

Last year my mother died and many things came to our mind and we told them as if she was

there with us. Probably the most difficult is for my dad and we and our children are like therapy

for him.

I love spending time with my sisters in the kitchen preparing food together and telling different

things to each other, and getting amused by watching on the window our children participating in

the courtyard at all sorts of games. Every year they are others and only then, by the remarks, we

seem to notice the difference. Our husbands’ laugh enjoying themselves on a glass of wine at the

table remind us that we are not alone and the time seems not enough for us to share / confess to

each other. It's weird when we realize that our husbands, adults in the real word,look like meek

children in father's presence eager to hear opinions on different things, although he is now a

simple man from the countryside but with the experience of a life lived in the city.

Maybe i cannot say in words the joy i fell when we meet again every time but the look in my

father's eyesworths a thousand words when grandchildren gather around him and he looks to us

<i don’t need words, that look says what we meant for him>.

These are times when we fill with positive energy and we realize that there’s nothing more

important like a united family.

Trad engl-rom:

In toata acesata perioada am vazut-o de foarte multe ori si totusi aerul misterios nu o parasea/a

ramas misterioasa. Cateodata credeam ca este intr-o relatie cu un alt barbat, dar parea atat de

inabordabila incat nu puteam sa cred asta/nu imi venea sa cred asa ceva. Mi-a fost foarte greu sa

ajung la o concluzie, deoarece ea era ca unul dintre acele cristale ciudate pe care le vezi intr-un

muzeu, care intr-un moment sunt clare, iar in altul mate/difuze. Intr-un final m-am hotarat sa o

cer de sotie: eram dezgustat si plictisit de acea discretie permanenta pe care o impunea la fiecare

vizita a mea si in putinele scrisori pe care i le trimiteam. I-am scris la biblioteca sa o intreb daca

se poate vedea cu mine/ne putem vedea lunea viitoare la 6. Mi-a raspuns ca da si eram in al 7-lea

cer de bucurie. Eram ingragostit nebuneste de ea/mort dupa ea: in ciuda misterului ei, am crezut

atunci – ca datorita lui, acum imi dau seama. Nu, femeia in sine trebuia iubita. Misterul m-a

chinuit, m-a infuriat/scos din minti. De ce m-a dus destinul pe drumul asta?//De ce m-a pus

destinul in situatia asta?

Luni, 12 mai 2014, ora 18.00, Institutul Cultural Român Budapesta organizează în

saloanele sale cea de a treia ediţie a programului “TransArte”, care alătură muzica de jazz

poeziei contemporane din România. Dacă la primele două ediţii publicul a avut ocazia să se

întâlnească cu grupul de jazz “3Circles” şi poetul Ioan Es. Pop, respectiv cu saxofonistul şi

clarinetistul Nicolas Simion şi poetul Ion Mureşan, de această dată Marius Mihalache va

completa prin interludii muzicale lectura poetului Dan Mircea Cipariu. Acesta va recita în

limba română o selecţie de poeme din cel mai recent volum al său de versuri „singurătatea

vine pe facebook” (2012), concomitent cu proiecţia lor, în traducere literară în limba

maghiară. “Voi fi oaspetele ICR Budapesta, graţie invitaţiei doamnei Gabriela Matei,

directoarea acestei instituţii care pariază, în ultima vreme, pe relaţia spectaculară dintre

poezie, blues şi jazz. Cu ocazia sărbătoririi Zilei Europei la Budapesta, Marius Mihalache –

de care mă leagă colaborări artistice puse la cale de prietenul nostru Mike Godoroja–   va

susţine un concert pe 11 mai 2014 alături de muzicieni importanţi din Europa. Pentru

TransArte, pe 12 mai 2014, de la ora 18.00, la sediul ICR Budapesta, voi citi câteva poeme

din “singurătatea vine pe facebook”, Editura Tracus Arte, poeme ce vor fi proiectate în

maghiară, în traducerea lui Lajos Nagy. Poemele mele vor rezona cu sonurile vrăjite ale

Dan Mircea Cipariu and Marius Mihalache in a show "TRANSART" ICR Budapest

Monday, May 12, 2014, 18.00, Budapest Romanian Cultural Institute organizes in its halls/wards

the third edition of the "TRANSART " which joins jazz contemporary poetry in Romania. If at

the first two editions the audience had the opportunity to meet with a group of jazz " 3Circles"

and with the poet John Es. Pop,respectively with saxophonist and clarinetist Nicolas Simion and

the poet Ion Muresan, this time Marius Mihalache will supplemente by musical interludes the

reading of the poet Dan MirceaCipariu. It will recite in Romanian a selection of poems from his

latest book of poems "loneliness comes on facebook " (2012 ), along with their projection in

literary translation in Hungarian. "I will be the guest of ICR Budapest, thanks to the invitation of

Mrs. Gabriela Matei, the director of this institution that bets, lately, on the dramatic relationship

between poetry, blues and jazz. On the occasion of Europe Day in Budapest, Marius Mihalache -

which binds me artistic collaborations planned by our friend Mike Godoroja - will perform on

May 11, 2014 with important musicians in Europe. For TRANSART on 12 May 2014 at 18.00,

at the ICR Budapest, I will read a few poems from "loneliness comes on facebook", Tracus Arts

Publishing, poems that will be designed in Hungarian, translated by Lajos Nagy. My poems will

resonate with Marius Mihalache 's magic tonalities!"said Dan MirceaCipariu.

Licensetheme

The subject of this essay reveals the thought that worries me the most lately - 'the license

theme’. All teachers are exceptional and do a great job in the classroom. All the teachers told us

that if we want to give the license to a particular matter, we must decide by the end of second

years or in the early three. I must admit it's a difficult choice and currently my attention is

turning to Spanish literature.

I love Spanish, - at the job I had as a director command at ' Mango ' for a period of years I

wanted, at each output in Spain I had to do (for each order ), to know to speak Spanish. I like to

read, to discover new things. It's true that at my age and with two children of 14 and 5 yearsi no

longer have time for learning as I wish. When studying Spanish literature, I was captivated by

writers like Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra;i discover with great pleasure and enthusiasm: Lope

de Vega ,Tirso de Molina , Calderón de la Barca and many others.

Among the examples listed above, I stopped at Cervantes, as he wrote El Quijote. I was

fascinated by the adventures presented as the main character become mad because chivalry

books. The way in which he describes all the events that were happening to the main character, it

makes me believe that the narrative technique used is brilliant, maybe i would bind my theme to

this narrative technique.

I was captivated by this story, which if Miguel de Cervantes wouldn’t have written, the writer

Gabriel GarcíaMárquez would not have had the inspiration for the book which even won the

Nobel Prize of Literature in 1982 , One Hundred loneliness, a book translated in over 27

languages.

i was stimulated by my teacher’s attention and kindness with which she receptive my intention to

give degree license at Spanish. She even gave some studies, which explains in detail the

highlights of the book. I haven’t got time to read them and see on what should Ichannele.

El Quijote, is an inexhaustible work, because each student who has chosen or will choose to

analyse it for the degree will highlight things from his point of view, and that makes every

dissertation on Quijote to be original.

At this moment is very difficult to tell for sure but I think this is the beginning.

Teamwork

Teamwork is defined as a joint action by a group of people, in which each person

subordinates his or her individual interests and opinions to the unity and efficiency of the group.

Teamwork is the act of working together and putting in joint efforts to achieve a common goal or

mission.

Firstly, team work makes you perform better and produce better result. In a team every

member is responsible for success. It is a combination of strengths, covering up the individual

weaknesses. The strengths and weaknesses of team members are complemented. Hence the goal

is achieved with the maximum efforts.

Secondly, when there is brainstorm session to find a solution for a problem, there is high

probability of obtaining many different and creative ideas. This effort enables the team to obtain

many alternatives and implement the best action plan and assign the tasks to the people involved.

On the one hand, teamwork helps individuals raise their self-esteem. Every team member feels

important and needed. When each person is aware of his/her role and is part of a team, person

gets a sense of belonging. The person uses his/her talents maximum and creativity to do the best.

On the other, teamwork promotes unity, rapport and bonding. When people working together are

ready to give and take, help and support one another because the main focus is to accomplish

their mission. All the team members have a common goal to achieve. 

And the most important thing is that teamwork helps individuals develop personal

responsibility. Even though the main focus is the team's goal, each person knows that he is

accountable and is responsible to do his part or role. As a result every team member has

accountability for the part of the task. Another important thing is that in teamwork people find it

easy to learn new skills.

Teamwork for me is the actions that members in a group take in order to achieve a

common goal, which is much greater than the personal aspirations of each team member.

Communicating openly, working towards conflict resolution and supporting each team members

in achieving a common objective are the three key aspects of teamwork.

Munca în echipă este definita ca o acțiune comună facuta de către un grup de oameni , în

care fiecare persoană se subordonează intereselorsi opiniilor sale individuale pentru unitatea și

eficiența grupului . Munca în echipă este actul de a lucra împreună și de a face eforturi comune

pentru a atinge un scop sau misiune comună .

În primul rând , munca în echipă te face sa functionezi mai bine pentru a produce

rezultate mai bune . Intr-o echipa fiecare membru este responsabil pentru succes . Este o

combinatie de forte , care acoperă punctele slabe individuale . Punctele forte și punctele slabe

ale membrilor echipei sunt completate . Prin urmare, obiectivul este atins cu eforturi maxime .

În al doilea rând , atunci când nu există sesiune de idei geniale pentru a găsi o soluție

pentru o problemă , există o probabilitate mare de a obține mai multe idei diferite și creative .

Acest efort permite echipei sa obțina mai multe alternative și să pună în aplicare cel mai bun plan

de acțiune și sa atribuie sarcinile pentru persoanele implicate . Pe de o parte , munca în echipă

ajută persoanele sa-si creasca stima de sine . Fiecare membru al echipei se simte important și

necesar . Atunci când fiecare persoană este conștientă de / rolul său și este parte dintr-o echipa ,

persoana are un sentiment de apartenență . Fiecare persoana isi foloseste talentele intr-o forma

maximă și creativita pentru a face ce este mai bine . Pe de altă parte , munca în echipă

promovează unitatea , raportul și conectarea . Atunci când oamenii lucrează împreună sunt gata

să dea și să ia ,se ajuta și se sprijina unul pe altul , deoarece accentul principal este de a -și

îndeplini misiunea lor . Toți membrii echipei au un scop comun pe care sa-l atinga .

Și cel mai important lucru este faptul că munca în echipă ajută persoanele să-si dezvolte

responsabilitatea personală . Chiar dacă accentul este obiectivul echipei , fiecare persoană știe că

ea este responsabila pentru partea ei sau pentru rol ei . Ca urmare fiecare membru al echipei are

responsabilitatea pentru o parte a sarcinii . Un alt lucru important este faptul că în munca în

echipă oamenii consideră că este ușor sa învăți noi abilități .

Lucrul în echipă pentru mine reprezinta acțiunile pe care membrii unui grup le fac , în

scopul de a atinge un obiectiv comun , care este mult mai mare decât aspirațiile personale ale

fiecărui membru al echipei . Comunicarea în mod deschis despre lucru pentru rezolvarea

conflictelor și susținerea fiecarui membru al echipei în atingerea unui obiectiv comun sunt cele

trei aspecte cheie ale lucrului în echipă .
