• 1983-1989- professional experience in accountancy-financial area for production entities: costs services, prices, predictions financial analyses, documentation as well as activities in research institutions;

• Theoretical studies and counseling for numerous economical entities and non-governmental entities in the financial and accountancy area were acknowledged by the two professional institutions of Romania, CECCAR and CAFR. That determined the sustaining of numerous courses concerning IAS, Tax Law and Financial Audit.

• Over 22 years of experience in financial and accountancy area for entities, research institutions; counselor and financial analyst in private companies. The academic area, the foreign research programs have completed the theoretical and practical experience in the field of financial audit and internal audit, The professional experience is the result of many financial audit agreements for several economics entities and nongovernmental institutions:

- Foreign private capital societies: Japanese, German and Austrian;

- Societies with private capital from Romania: Bucharest, Brasov – Covasna

- Foreign companies from Germany, Austria with permanent headquarters through fiscal representative, their projects being financed by foreign funds: PHARE, BERD, ISPA.

- Nongovernmental companies: financial audit for agreements financed MEC (Ministry of Education and Culture) and UE.

- Counselor for many public institutions concerning the organization and implementation of the internal public audit: Bucharest, Constanta, Brasov

- Counselor for economical entities for organizing the internal audit.
