INTRODUCEREAnul acesta, zeci de mii de proaspei absolveni

de pe malul drept al Nistrului finalizeaz studiile

liceale i mndri ctig titlul de abiturient, titlu

care le ofer ansa s-i continue studiile ntr-o

instituie superioar de nvmnt, majoritatea

fac rnd la U*M, A*EM, US*F i alte Uuuri

sau UEuri - abrevieri pn atunci ciudate pen-

tru absolventul moldav, dar deja realitate pentruacei 23,128 de tineri sau tinere nmatriculai n

anul de studiu 2010/2011. De 6 ori mai puini -

3787 absolveni de pe malul stng al Nistrului

finalizeaz coala medie sau liceul pentru a porni

spre acelai drum al studeniei.

NU TOATE DRUMURILE MERG LACHIINU?!Problema pe care o vd muli tineri din Republica

Moldova n sistemul educaional e c sunt foarte

multe categorii de persoane pot acapara locul

bugetar, iar o component important a acestui o

reprezint invidia neagr la unii sau alb la alii,pe cei din stnga Nistrului care, cum vorbesc

gurile rele, primesc spuma locurilor bugetare

din sistemul universitar autohton. Wow! Zic eu

la prima vedere, fiind optimist o vd ca o ans

de reintegrare a tineretului de pe ambele maluri

ale Nistrului.

VIAA BATE FILMULPentru absolvenii instituiilor din stnga Nistrului

au fost rezervate n anul 2011 - 475 de locuri

n 15 universiti din Moldova, dintre acetia au

fost nmatriculai 395 de tineri, dintre care: 215

absolveni ai liceelor cu instruire n limba romn

(din cei 230 absolveni care au finalizat studiile n

coalile cu predare n limba romn) i 180 (din

acei 3787 absolveni de pe malul stng) n baza

atestatelor altor coli din regiune, adica mai puin

de 5% (sau s fiu exac t: 4,75%) dintre elevii de pe

malul stng prefer s fac studiile n Moldova.

N COMPARAIEGuvernul Romniei a oferit n anul 2011 - 2580

burse universitare absolvenilor moldoveni, sau

11,15 % din numrul total al absolvenilor licee-

lor din Moldova. Numrul de burse acordate

de statul vecin crete n fiecare an, chiar dac

numrul absolvenilor moldoveni este n decliniar doritorii de a prinde un loc peste Prut este

direct proporional cu cozile din lunile august la

Consulatul Romniei n procesul de depunere a

actelor pentru studii. Este Romnia mai eficient

n procesul de reintegrare cu Moldova dect

Moldova n raport cu transnistria?!

COSTURI15 800 lei - aceasta este suma medie pe care

bugetul de stat al Moldovei l achit per fiecare

student bugetar, printr-un simplu calcul matemat-

ic, obinem nici mai mult, nici mai puin 6 241 000

lei nvestii n anul 2011 n rentregirea tinerilor de

pe ambele maluri ale Nistrului.

CONCLUZIEReintegrarea rii prin intermediul educaiei arfi o soluie mai mult dect eficient a rii i ar

apropia malurile Nistrului, Nelson Madela zicea

c Educaia este cea mai puternic arm pe care

voi o putei folosi pentru a schimba lumea.. Astfel

statul trebuie s regndeasc politica public

n acest domeniu i s creeze premise pentru

asimilarea absolvenilor din stnga Nistrului, iar

o investiie financiar e mai mult dect necesar

n acest sens: locuri bugetare, n special cu

predare n limba rus pentru a atrage etnici rui

sau ucraineni, burse atractive, locuri n cmine,faciliti la servicii publice etc. Germania a nvestit

$1.9 trilioane n procesul de re-unificare, noi vrem

rentregire pe condiii voluntare, vorba popular

INTRODUCTIONYear by year, tens of thousands of freshly graduated

students out of high schools from the right bank of

the Nistru river are finishing their studies and win the

title of almost students enrolled in higher education

system. Big majority of them are making huge lines

at bigest universities of Moldova, such as Moldova

State University, Technical University of Moldova,

Academy of Economic Studies or State University of

Medicine and Pharmacy, it is a reality for the 23,128

young people enrolled in the 2010/2011 academic

year by all acredited universities of Moldova. 6 times

less or to be more accurate - 3787 students are

graduating the schools at the left bank of the Nistru

river, and as their peers from right bank they get

ready for the summer adventure called Admission to

Universities.

NOT ALL ROADS GO TOCHIINU?!The problem which is usually often discussed by

Moldovan students is the large amount of peoplewho got privileged having a state paid scholarship,

and a large amount of those rummors says that

young people from the left bank of the Nistru river or

also called transnistria region got the largest num-

ber of budget financed places in the universities of

Moldova. Instantly, as being an optimist I say Wow!,

well done! , if its really true, its a good tool of inte-

gration between youth on both sides of Nistru river.

LIFE BEATS THE FILMIn 2011 there were 475 budget financed slots in 15

universities of Moldova for the young people from

transnistria, from which, in the same year: 395 stu-

dents were enrolled - 215 of them graduated lyceums

which were following Moldovan syllabus *(out of

230 students which finished those schools under

Chisinau control) plus just 180 students (out of 3787

which graduated schools in transnistria) which makes

almost 5 % (or to be accurate 4,75%) interested in

doing their studies in Moldova.

TO COMPAREIn 2011, the Government of Romania offered - 2580

budget financed slots for the Moldovan students,

which makes 11,15% from the total amount of

the pupils which graduated that year in Moldova.

Romania is increasing each year this amount, even if

number of students which graduates high schools in

Moldova decrease, and the number of young people

which go to study in Romania is direct proportional

with the huge lines at Romanian Consulate dur ing the

admission session. Is Romania more efficient in the

process of integration with Moldova than Moldova is

with transnistria?!

COSTS15 800 lei (around 1300 USD) - this is the average

price for a state paid scholarship each year, using

a simple mathematic exercise we get per average 6

241 000 lei (520 000 USD) invested in the education

and integration of the young people from left bank of

the Nistru river in the field of higher education.

CONCLUSIONReintegration of the country through education would

be a good solution and instrument of strengthen

ties among young people from the both sides of the

Nistru river as Nelson Madela said that Education

is the most powerful weapon which you can use to

change the world. Moldovan Governement should

renew the policy in this field and establish a better

environment for assimilation of the students from left

bank into Moldovan society and a financial investition

is a must: more budget slots, especially for Russian

and Ukrainian ethnic groups, attractive scholar-

ships, facilities with dorms and other public services.

Germany invested $1.9 trillions in the process of re-

unification, but we try to do it on voluntary basis,

which is not apparently working well, as a quote

says: Put the effort and God will help you

395 students from transnistria were enrolled in the universities of Moldova

215 of them graduated lyceums which follow Ministry of Education from

Chisinau syllabus and 180 students from the schools of transnistria
