Caracteristici: Etansarea sistemului: Garnitura centrala cu grosimea de 9, 14 si 19 mmEtanseitatea la aer si la apa este realizata cu ajutorul garniturii centraledispusa intre profilul de presiune si montant – traversa si doua garniturilaterale dispuse intre montant, traversa si geam, garnituri ce au si rolul deintrerupere al puntii termiceEtansarea la exterior a geamului se realizeaza cu doua garnituri identice, dispuse lateral pe profilul de presiune.Sistemul prezinta rezistenta si stabilitate corespunzatoare, atat la solicitarilestatice (greutate proprie si temperatura) cat si la solicitarile dinamice (vant, socuri, trafic, cutremur), cu conditia fixarii corespunzatoare a montantilor pe structura cladirii (Legea nr. 10-1995 privind calitatea in constructii)

Utilizare: Fatade pentru constructii civile si industriale in variantele: clasic, semistructural si structural

Rezistenta si stabilitate:

Stabilirea marimii actiunii seismice conform Eurocodului 100 - 06 Normativ pentru proiectarea antiseismica a constructiilor si ST 035-2000Specificatie tehnica privind cerintele si criteriile de performanta pentru verificarea antiseismica a peretilor cortina.

Siguranta in exploatare:

Seria RSW 50 prezinta siguranta in exploatare datorita alcatuirii panourilor de inchidere, fixe sau mobile, cu ajutorul profilelor de presiune, precum si de adincimea corespunzatoare a faltului (20 mm)

Siguranta la foc: Conform Normativului de siguranta la foc a constructiilor P118-99clasa de combustibilitate este Co. Rezistenta la foc este de 15 min.Procedeul asigura impiedicarea transmiterii incendiilor prin interior si prin exterior timp de 30 min.

Izolatie termica: Rezistenta termica se calculeaza pentru fiecare caz in parte conformC107/3-05, in functie de tipul profilului, al vitrajului si de raportuldintre aria ramei si aria totala a elementului vitrat

Izolatia hidrofuga: Este realizata prin trei serii de garnituri din monomer-etilen propilen dienaEPDM (doua garnituri de etansare a panourilor de inchidere si o garnituracentrala de intrerupere a puntii termice, plasata intre montant, traversa siprofilul de presiune)

Observatii: Greutatile profilelor sunt teoretice. Acestea pot varia in limitele ± 6%Pentru profilele vopsite greutatea se va majora cu 3 ÷ 5%

Dimensions: width of the mullion and transom: 50 mmGlass thickness: 4 ÷ 36 mm

Features: Seal of system: Central gasket with thickness 9, 14 and 19 mmSeal at air and water made central gasket situated between pressure plate and mulion – transom and two gaskets situated between mulion, transom and glass. These gaskets made also thermical breaking.Seal to outside of the glass made two identical gaskets situated laterally onthe pressure plate.Our system has suitable resistance and stability at static applicationes (own

weight and temperature) and at dynamic applicationes (wind blow, shockes, traffic and earthquake), on condition that the fastening of muliones on the structure of the building to be proper (acc. To Law no. 10-1995 concerningquality constructiones)

Painting: Electrostatic painting according QUALICOAT standards

Aplication: Front parts for civil and industrial constructiones in variantes: classic, semi - structural and structural.

Resistance and stability:

Dimension of earthquake action acc. to Euro - cod 100 – 06 : Normative for anti – seismic designing of constructiones and ST 035-2000 : Technical specification concerning requirements and performance criteriones for anti –seismic verification of curtain walls.

Working safety:

RSW 50 series has working safety because of shutting panels construction, fixed or mobile, with pressure plates, as well as deep of groove (20 mm)

Firesafety:

Acc. to Fire safety normative of constructiones P118-99, class of combustion is Co. Fire resistance is 15 min.The construction prevents the propagation of fire through inside and outside30 min.

Thermicalinsulation:

Thermical resistance will be calculate for each of case acc. to C107/3-05,in terms of profilles type, stained – glass and the report between metal areaand stained – glass area.

Waterproofinsulation:

Waterproof insulation fulfils with three series of gaskets of EPDM.(two gaskets for shutting panels and one central gasket for thermical Breaking, situated between mulion – transom and the pressure plate)

Remarks: Weight of the profiles is theoretical.There is a tolerance betweenthe theoretical and the actual weight, wich is up to ± 6%Additional weight due the color is up to 3 ÷ 5%
