The commitment and professionalism of over 1100 employees and the experience accumulated in designing and manufacturing lighting systems and luminaires.Between 1990 and 2002 , ELBA invested over 18 mil. PHILIPS and ELBA Street Lighting este prima firm mixt constituit de ELBA. Ea a luat fiin n anul 1997, prin asocierea cu Concernul Olandez PHILIPS, domeniul fiind producia i comercializarea de corpuri de iluminat stradal.Pe tot parcursul celor ase ani de existen ai firmei, efectul de sinergie determinat de activitatea celor doi parteneri, a funcionat din plin. Astfel, att ELBA ct i Philips i-au adus aportul la dezvoltarea afacerii prin intermediul personalului specializat, know-how-ului i experienei acumulate n domeniul iluminatului stradal, capacitii de inovare i managementului performant. n prezent, Philips and ELBA Street Lighting i ELBA ofer pe piaa iluminatului rutier din Romnia un pachet

complet de produse i servicii care constau n : O ofert bogat de corpuri de iluminat stradal de o excelent calitate, ce pot satisface necesitile n iluminat a oricrei zone: rezidenial, arter obinuit de trafic rutier, sau zon din mediul rural. Proiectarea, modernizarea, execuia i ntreinerea sistemelor de iluminat public stradal din mediul urban sau rural.

Excelenta colaborare a celor doi parteneri a condus la dou premiere de excepie pentru Romnia : n Timioara, o parte din arterele rutiere beneficiaz de un sistem de iluminat inteligent, ce realizeaz o reducere a consumului de energie electric de peste 30 %, ntre orele 24 - 05, fr a afecta calitatea iluminatului tehnic al drumurilor. n prezent se studiaz implementarea n zona Timioara Nord a primului Sistem de Gestiune Computerizat a Iluminatului Public din Romnia.

Bazndu-se pe faptul c adevratul beneficiar al produselor i serviciilor firmei este societatea, prin intermediul cetenilor si, echipa Philips and ELBA Street Lighting i-a stabilit ca i misiune "s construiasc acestora o lume mai bun".

Firma ELBROMPLAST s-a nfiinat n anul 2000, ca urmare a politicii de globalizare a afacerilor Grupului Plastivaloire Frana, a crui principal obiect de activitate este injecia reperelor de mas plastic. Intenia Grupului Francez de a gsi un partener pe pieele emergente din Europa de Est s-a datorat extinderii pe aceleai piee a unor clieni de renume ai firmei, cum ar fi: Solectron, Philips, SEB-Moulinex, MGE, VALEO.Alegerea firmei ELBA ca partener n noua afacere s-a bazat pe experiena vast pe care ELBA o are n injecia

de mas plastic, proiectarea, execuia si ntreinerea de scule i matrie de injecie, precum i poziionarea n apropierea punctelor de lucru ale clienilor.La trei ani de la semnarea parteneriatului, investiiile realizate se ridic la 6 milioane Euro i constau n construcia i echiparea cu tehnologia aferent a unei uzine complet noi, unde ELBROMPLAST i desfoar activitatea.

Astfel, cu o cifr de afaceri estimat pentru 2003 de 12 milioane Euro, ELBROMPLAST a devenit una dintre cele mai performante uzine ale Grupului Plastivaloire i una dintre cele mai mari investiii franceze n Romnia.

Aplicarea att de ctre ELBA ct i de ctre PVL Frana a unei filozofii de tip Ctigtor - Ctigtor a condus la capacitatea firmei ELBROMPLAST de a rspunde cerinelor extrem de pretenioase de pe piaa european a reperelor de mas plastic.

Firma ROSIGN s-a nfiintat n anul 2001, ca urmare a necesitii realizrii unor semnalizri rutiere care s asigure un trafic rutier i pietonal sigur i fluent, n condiiile intensificrii continue a circulaiei de persoane i autovehicule din Romnia.Alturi de ELBA, cellalt acionar principal al firmei ROSIGN este S.C. DRUMURI MUNICIPALE S.A. Timioara. Domeniul de activitate al firmei este cel al semnalizrilor i marcajelor rutiere, beneficiarii acestora fiind administraiile locale i prin intermediul acestora toi cetenii care locuiesc sau tranziteaz localitile respective. Semnalizare vertical : indicatoare de circulaie conform standardelor, borne de interzicere a accesului autovehiculelor, garduri de protecie pentru pietoni, stlpi pentru indicatoarele de circulaie, instalare de parapei de protecie i oglinzi de semnalizare ; Semnalizare orizontal : executarea de marcaje rutiere diverse, comercializarea de maini pentru marcaje rutiere, montarea de butoni reflectorizani, vopsirea pistelor de bicicliti, executarea de benzi sonore pentru reducerea vitezei autovehiculelor.

Semnalizare luminoas : Livrarea la cheie i ntreinerea instalaiilor de semaforizare pentru interseciile rutiere. Semafoarele utilizate sunt proiectate i fabricate de ELBA, gamele cele mai utilizate fiind Traffic Leader, cu grad de protecie sporit la praf, umezeal i ocuri mecanice i PRIMO, semafor destinat dirijrii traficului pentru prima main care ateapt n intersecie. Semnalizarea temporar vertical, orizontal i semnale luminoase aferente punctelor de lucru: indicatoare rutiere temporare, marcaje rutiere temporare cu vopsea sau folie i semafoare mobile de antier.

It was created in 1997, through the association with the Dutch Holding PHILIPS in the field of production and sale of street lighting luminaires.Along its six years life, the synergy of the two partners' efforts proved its worth. Both ELBA and Philips had a major contribution to the business development by bringing together specialized personnel, know-how and expertise accumulated in the street lighting field, innovation capacity and effective management.

Philips and ELBA Street Lighting and ELBA provide to the Romanian road lighting market a complete range of products and services consisting in:

A wide range of street lighting luminaires of outstanding quality, able to satisfy the needs of any type of area: residential, traffic roads or rural areas. The designing , upgrading, execution and maintenance of public street lighting systems in urban and rural settings.

The outstanding collaboration of the two partners led to two exceptional premieres in Romania : A part of the recently upgraded Timisoara roads benefit of an intelligent lighting system, reducing by 30% the power consumption between 24 - 05 hours, without affecting the quality of the technical street lighting. The implementation of the first Computer Assisted Public Lighting Management System, currently under study in the Timisoara Nord area.

Relying on the fact that society , through its citizens, is the real beneficiary of the company's products and services , the team of Philips and ELBA Street Lighting aims to "build them a better world".

The ELBROMPLAST company was established in 2000, as a consequence of the globalization strategy of the French based Plastivaloire group, with the core activity of injecting plastic components . The intention of the French partner to find a partner for emerging markets in Eastern Europe was caused by the arrival on such markets of worldwide famous clients such as Solectron, Philips, SEB-Moulinex, MGE, VALEO.

The selection of ELBA as a partner into the new business was based on the vast ELBA experience in plastic injection, designing, manufacturing and maintenance of injection moulds and tools, as well as the convenient location close to factories of the clients.

Three years after the conclusion of the partnership, the investments carried out amount to 6 mil. Euro consisting mainly in building and equipping of a completely new plant as a platform for ELBROMPLAST operations. With an estimate turnover of 12 mil. EURO in 2003, ELBROMPLAST became one of the most performant plants in the Plastivaloire Group and one of the large French investments in Romania.The "win - win" strategy adopted both by PVL France and ELBA led to the capacity of the ELBROMPLAST company to satisfy the extremely demanding requirements of the plastic parts European market.

The ROSIGN company was established in the year 2001, as a consequence of the necessity to manufacture road signallings that would ensure a secure and fluent road and pedestrian traffic, since the vehicle and pedestrian circulation in Romania has continuously intensified.Beside ELBA, the other main shareholder of the ROSIGN company is S.C. DRUMURI MUNICIPALE S.A. Timisoara. This company's activity field is road signallings and markings , its customers being the local administrations and , through them , all the citizens that live or transit through the respective towns.

The ROSIGN offer consists in : Permanent road signalling :

Vertical signalling : traffic indicators according to standards, stone posts for the interdiction of the vehicle access, protection fences for pedestrians, poles for traffic signs , installing protection parapets and signalling mirrors ; Horizontal signalling : manufacturing of various road markings, selling of machines for road markings, mounting of reflecting buttons, painting the bicycle tracks, manufacturing of sound bands for the decreasing of the vehicle speed.

Luminous signalling : supplying and maintenance of the traffic lights installation for crossroads. The employed traffic lights are designed and manufactured by ELBA, the most employed ranges being Traffic Leader, with increased protection against dust , damp and mechanical shocks and PRIMO, a traffic light designed for guiding the traffic for the first car waiting in the crossroad. Temporary vertical, horizontal signalling and luminous signals for work posts: temporary road signs , temporary road markings with paint or foil and mobile traffic lights for construction sites.

Equipped with the logistics, technology and know-how specific in the field, the ROSIGN employees aim to provide for the customers the best solutions, equipment and materials necessary for an efficient and modern road signalling.
