1 Compensator de montaj

Caracteristici si avantaje

• Permit ajustari longitudinale de pana la 50 mm

• Este prevazut cu tiranti pentru blocarea la lungimea necesara

• Faciliteaza modificarile ulterioare in configuratia retelei de conducte

• Montaj usor cu ajutorul unei chei dinamometrice

• Dispunerea circulara a bolturilor de prindere elimina necesitatea altui sistem de ancorare

• Nu pot exista scurgeri dupa ce garnitura a fost presata

• Pot fi produse la comanda, in functie de necesitatile clientului.

3.1 Cuplaje mecanice

• Cuplaje mecanice flexibile (permit deplasari axiale ale conductelor)

• Rezistente la coroziune - protejate 100% cu cauciuc

• Se pot folosi pentru cuplarea conductelor din beton, otel, fonta, PAFSIN, PVC s.a.

• Eforturi radiale scazute

• Preiau deplasari axiale si tolerante ale diametrelor conductelor

• Imbina rezistenta inalta cu flexibilitatea

• Instalare in zone cu acces limitat

• Gama completa include cuplaje drepte, in trepte, reductii, cuplaje de reparatie (cu balama) si adaptoare cu flansa

• Diametre: 48mm - 4000mm

• Presiune de lucru pana la PN25 (in functie de diametru)

• Carcasa din inox sau otel protejat

• Garnituri din EPDM, NBR sau Viton

• Pot fi fabricate pentru orice diametru

• Verificate in aplicatii industriale, industria marina si constructii

• In serviciu de peste 25 de ani in medii si conditii de lucru diferite

• Cuplaje articulate care permit mansonarea exterioara a conductei in zona avariei

• Solutie permanenta de reparatie

• Se pot utiliza in reparatii pentru conducte sub presiune

• Instalare usoara in zone cu acces dificil
