COMERÞ INTERIOR

Comerþul cu amãnuntul - activitatea de vânzare amãrfurilor cãtre consumatorii finali, în general în cantitãþi mici ºiîn starea în care ele au fost cumpãrate, precum ºi vânzãrile cuamãnuntul prin magazine proprii ale întreprinderilorproducãtoare de bunuri.

Comerþul cu amãnuntul se desfãºoarã prin magazinespecializate, magazine nespecializate, prin corespondenþã,standuri în pieþe, chioºcuri ºi alte forme de comerþ.

DOMESTIC TRADE

Retail - the activity of selling the goods to the final consumers,generally in small quantities and as they were bought, as well asretail through own shops of the enterprises producing the goods.

Retail is developed through specialised shops, non-specialisedshops, by mail, market outlets, kiosks and other types of trade.

În valoarea comerþului cu amãnuntul nu se includ:– vânzãrile directe cãtre populaþie de produse agricole de

cãtre producãtorii agricoli (vânzãrile pe piaþa þãrãneascã);– vânzãrile de produse care nu sunt utilizate ca bunuri de

consum (cereale, seminþe, petrol brut etc.);– vânzãrile de alimente ºi bãuturi pentru consumul pe loc;– valoarea materialelor ºi pieselor de schimb aduse de

populaþie sau operatori economici unitãþilor pentru reparaþiiºi transformãri de îmbrãcãminte, încãlþãminte, produseelectronice ºi electrice, de mijloace de transport etc.;

– valoarea obiectelor supuse reparaþiilor sau transformãrilor.Comerþul cu ridicata - activitãþile de vânzare a mãrfurilor

(fãrã ca acestea sã sufere transformãri esenþiale faþã de starea încare ele au fost cumpãrate) în cantitãþi mari, cãtre comercianþi cuamãnuntul, utilizatori industriali ºi comerciali, colectivitãþi ºiutilizatori profesionali, alþi comercianþi cu ridicata sauintermediari de comerþ cu ridicata ºi nu cãtre consumatori finali.

În comerþul cu ridicata se includ ºi activitãþile de comerþprestate de intermediari de comerþ cu ridicata (activitãþilecomisionarilor, intermediarilor de mãrfuri, precum ºi toateintermedierile care se realizeazã în numele sau în contul terþilor)indiferent dacã vânzarea se face pe piaþa internã sau pentru export.

Valoarea vânzãrilor cu ridicata reprezintã volumulveniturilor rezultate din vânzarea mãrfurilor cu ridicata ºi/saucomisionul încasat de comisionari din activitatea deintermediere a comerþului cu ridicata.

În valoarea comerþului cu ridicata nu se includ:– vânzãrile de produse proprii efectuate de unitãþile produ-

cãtoare direct cãtre unitãþile comerciale sau alþi producãtori;– activitatea de bursã a mãrfurilor;– exporturile de produse proprii realizate direct de cãtre

unitãþile producãtoare.Comerþul cu amãnuntul ºi comerþul cu ridicata cuprind

veniturile realizate, atât în întreprinderile care au ca activitateprincipalã comerþul, cât ºi în întreprinderile cu alte activitãþi, careobþin venituri din activitatea de comerþ.

Datele valorice privind veniturile realizate sunt prezentateîn preþurile curente ale fiecãrui an, inclusiv TVA la comerþul cuamãnuntul ºi exclusiv TVA la comerþul cu ridicata.

Reþeaua comercialã a întreprinderilor cu activitate decomerþ cu amãnuntul reprezintã numãrul total de magazineexistent la sfârºitul anului.

Indicii de volum ai comerþului cu amãnuntul au fostcalculaþi în preþuri comparabile.

SERVICII DE PIAÞÃ

Serviciile de piaþã - activitãþi care fac obiectul vânzãrii ºicumpãrãrii pe piaþã, indiferent de momentul plãþii, tipul de preþpracticat (preþ de vânzare, tarif etc.) ºi modalitãþile de încasare.

Activitãþile de servicii de piaþã:– servicii de piaþã prestate în principal pentru populaþie;– servicii de piaþã prestate în principal pentru operatori

economici;– servicii de transporturi, depozitare ºi comunicaþii.

The value of retail does not include:– direct sales of agricultural products made by agricultural

producers to the population (sales on the peasant market);– sales of products not used as consumption goods (cereals,

seeds, crude oil a.s.o.);– sales of food and beverages for immediate consumption;– value of materials and spare parts brought by the population

or by economic operators for repairs and transformations ofclothing, footwear, electronic and electric products, transportmeans a.s.o.;

– value of objects to be repaired or transformed.Wholesale - the activities of selling the goods (without

suffering essential changes as compared to the situation as theywere bought) in great quantities, to retail sellers, industrial andcommercial users, collectivities and professional users, otherwholesale or intermediate sellers and not to final users.

Wholesale also includes trade activities provided byintermediaries of wholesale (activities of commissioners,intermediaries of goods, as well as all intermediate activities onown account or on behalf of thirds) no matter if the sale is ondomestic market or for exports.

The value of wholesale represents the amount of incomeresulted from goods wholesale and/or the commission cashed bythe commissioners from the activity of intermediate wholesale.

The value of wholesale does not include:– sales of own products carried out by producing units directly to

commercial units or other producers;– the activity of stock market;– exports of own products directly performed by producing units.

Retail and wholesale comprise the income achieved both bythe enterprises having trade as main activity and by the enterpriseshaving other activities, getting income from trade activity.

Value data on achieved income are presented in current pricesof each year, including VAT for retail and excluding VAT forwholesale.

Commercial network of retail enterprises represents totalnumber of shops existing at the end of the year.

Volume indices of retail were calculated under comparableprices conditions.

MARKET SERVICES

Market services - activities which are subject to sale andpurchase on the market, no matter of payment moment, type ofpractised price (sale price, tariff a.s.o.) and ways of cashing.

Activities of market services:– market services mainly rendered to the population;– market services mainly rendered to economic operators;

– services of transport, storage and communications.

Serviciile de piaþã prestate în principal pentrupopulaþie, pentru operatori economici ºi serviciile detransporturi, poºtã ºi telecomunicaþii cuprind veniturilerealizate, atât de întreprinderile care au activitate principalã deservicii, cât ºi de întreprinderile cu alte activitãþi principale, careobþin venituri din activitãþi de servicii.

Serviciile de piaþã prestate în principal pentru populaþiecuprind urmãtoarele activitãþi, conform CAEN Rev.1: hoteluri ºirestaurante (diviziunea 55); agenþii de voiaj (clasa 6330);închirierea bunurilor personale (clasa 7140); activitãþi fotografice(clasa 7481); activitãþi de secretariat (clasa 7485); activitãþirecreative (diviziunea 92) ºi alte activitãþi de servicii personale(diviziunea 93).

Serviciile de piaþã prestate în principal pentruîntreprinderi cuprind urmãtoarele activitãþi, conform CAENRev.1: tranzacþii imobiliare (diviziunea 70); închirierea maºinilorºi echipamentelor fãrã operator (grupele 711-713); activitãþi deinformaticã (diviziunea 72); cercetare-dezvoltare (diviziunea 73);activitãþi juridice, contabilitate ºi revizie contabilã (grupa 741);arhitecturã, inginerie, alte consultaþii tehnice (grupele 742, 743);publicitate (grupa 744); asanarea ºi îndepãrtarea gunoaielor,salubritate (diviziunea 90); alte servicii (grupele 745-747, clasele7482, 7486, 7487).

Datele valorice privind veniturile realizate sunt prezentateîn preþurile curente ale fiecãrui an, inclusiv TVA.

Indicii de volum ai serviciilor de piaþã prestate înprincipal pentru populaþie au fost calculaþi în preþuricomparabile.

Market services mainly rendered to the population, to theeconomic operators and services of transport, post andtelecommunications include income achieved both by enterpriseshaving services as their main activity and by enterprises havingother main activities, which obtain income from service activities.

Market services mainly rendered to the population includethe following activities, according to CANE Rev.1: hotels andrestaurants (division 55); travel agencies (class 6330); rentingpersonal goods (class 7140); photo activities (class 7481);secretariat activities (class 7485); recreative activities (division 92)and other activities of personal services (division 93).

Market services mainly rendered to the enterprisescomprise the following activities, according to CANE Rev.1: realestate transactions (division 70); renting machinery and equipmentwithout operator (groups 711-713); informatics activities (division72); research-development (division 73); juridical, accounting andaudit activities (group 741); architecture, engineering, othertechnical consulting (groups 742, 743); advertising (group 744);reclamation and refuse disposal, sanitation (division 90); otherservices (groups 745-747, classes 7482, 7486, 7487).

Value data on income are presented in current prices of eachyear, including VAT.
