RULADA DE PATEU

Pentru umplutura:

300-350 g pate de ficat (porc)100 g unt1 lingura mustar1 lingura mascarpone2 oua fierte tari1/2 gogosar (mai mare) murat- tocat cubuletecateva fire parunjel verdesare, piper

PREPARARE:In acest timp frecam pateul de ficat cu unt, adaugam mustar , asezonam cu sare si piper si amestecam. Incorporam apoi gogosarii si ouale tocate cubulete, patrunjelul tocat fin si omogenizam compozitia.
