J42. Invelitori intr-un strat din foi polimerice
01. SUMAR
Capitolul cuprinde / descrie invelitori intr-un strat din foi polimerice, incluzand straturile de control vapori, termoizolatie (peste sau sub membrana hidroizolatoare) si material de finisaj din paci de pavaj sau pietris. De asemenea permite si specificarea de inlocuire a invelitorilor existente cu un strat de membran hidroizolanta.
Tipurile de folii hidroizolatoare specificate in aceasta sectiune includ urmatoarele: • Membrane hidroizolante din EPDM (monomer de etilendiena), folie bituminoasa preturnata,
PVC (policlorura de vinil) sau similare.
02. PERFORMANTE SISTEM General: Furnizati produse de tip folie hidroizolanta care au fost produse si instalate pentru a stabili
si mentine etansarea permanenta la apa.
03. ASIGURAREA CALITATII Se vor livra produse ale caror parametri de performanta sunt descrisi in certificatul de conformitate
sau in agrementul tehnic emis in conformitate cu legea 10 din 1995 privind calitatea in constructii, legea nr. 608 din 2001 privind evaluarea conformitatii produselor (republicare), HG 622 din 2004 privind stabilirea conditiilor de introducere pe piata a produselor pentru constructii si HG 766/1997 pentru aprobarea unor regulamente privind calitatea in constructii.
Lucrarile trebuie sa fie conforme cu: • NP 040-02 Normativ privind proiectarea, executarea si exploatarea hidroizolatiilor la cladiri • SR 61:1997 Bitum. Determinarea ductilitatii • SR 137:1995 Materiale hidroizolante bitumate. Reguli si metode de verificare • STAS 60:1969 Bitumuri • SR EN 13956:2006/AC:2006 Foi flexibile pentru hidroizolatii. Foi hidroizolante de material
plastic si cauciuc pentru acoperis. Definitii si caracteristici. • SR EN 13967:2005/A1:2007 Foi flexibile pentru hidroizolatii. Foi de material plastic si de
cauciuc de etansare împotriva umezelii, inclusiv foi de material plastic si de cauciuc pentru etansarea cuvelajelor. Definitii si caracteristici.
• SR EN 13984:2005/A1:2007 Foi flexibile pentru hidroizolatii. Foi de material plastic si de cauciuc utilizate ca straturi pentru controlul vaporilor. Definitii si caracteristici.
• SR EN 14909:2006 Foi flexibile pentru hidroizolaŃii. Foi hidroizolante de material plastic şi cauciuc de etanşare la umiditate. DefiniŃii şi caracteristici.
• C 217-83 Normativ tehnic privind compozitia si executia hidroizolatiei din folie PVC pentru acoperisuri.
• C 234-91 Normativ tehnic privind compozitia si executia unui strat de hidroizolatie dintr-o foaie de PVC stratificat pentru acoperisuri industriale si civile.
• C 37-88 Normativ pentru compozitia si executia invelitorilor pentru acoperisuri de cladiri. • C 172-88 Normativ pentru fixarea si montarea invelitorilor si peretilor. • Normativ cadru privind detalierea continutului cerintelor stabilite prin Legea 10-95 • NP 068: 2003 Normativ privind proiectarea clădirilor civile din punct de vedere al cerinŃei de
siguranŃă în exploatare. • P118: 1999 Normativ de siguranŃă la foc a construcŃiilor. • Normative si instructiuni-cadru in vigoare de securitate si sanatate in munca aplicabile in
timpul constructiei. General: Furnizati materiale identice cu cele ale caror caracteristici de performanta indicate au fost
determinate in acord cu metodele de testare standardizate in Romania, sau de alte organizatii de inspectie si testare acceptabile pentru autoritatile in drept. Identifica produse cu marcaje a testelor aplicate si organizatiile de inspectie.

Calificarile fabricantului: obtineti materiale de hidroizolare de fiecare tip cerut de la un singur fabricant in cea mai mare masura posibila. Furnizati materialele secundare (auxiliare) doar din cele recomandate de fabricanti materialelor primare (principale)
Montatorul: O firma cu nu mai putin de cinci proiecte de hidroizolatie similare din punct de vedere al
cerintelor acestui proiect cu performante satisfacatoare in serviciu si care este acceptabila fabricantului materialelor primare de hidroizolare.
Sedinte inainte de montaj: Inainte de montajul membranei si lucrarilor asociate, se vor intalni la
santier cu montatorul fiecarui component al lucrarilor asociate, reprezentantii agentiilor de inspectie si testare (daca e cazul) si montatorul lucrarilor necesitand coordonare cu lucrarile de hidroizolare. Examinati selectia materialelor si procedurile de urmat in derularea lucrarii. Se va notifica Proiectantul General cu cel putin 48 de ore inainte de desfasurarea sedintei.
04. CONDITII DE SANTIER Substrat: Incepeti lucrul dupa ce constructia suport, deschiderile si golurile au fost realizate iar
suprafetele sunt eliberate de zone cu apa stagnanta sau in curgere, gheata si chiciura. Verificati ca betonul este uscat, neted si eliberat de colturi iesite ascutite sau aspre, poros, segregari, cu adancituri si iesinduri.
Vremea: Incepeti cu hidroizolarea si lucrarile asociate doar cand conditiile de vreme existente sau
probabile va permit ca lucrarea sa fie realizata in acord cu recomandarile si cerintele de garantie.
05. GARANTIE Garantie: Prezentati o garantie scrisa realizata de fabricant care este de acord sa repare sau sa
inlocuiasca membrana din folie hidroizolanta defecta in material sau manopera intr-o perioada de timp specificata ca garantie.
Perioada de garantie: Zece ani de la data finalizarii intregii constructii daca nu este altfel specificat.
06. PRODUSE A. FOLIE HIDROIZOLANTA DIN EPDM (PVC)
Monomer etilen propilen diena (EPDM) ori policlorura de vinil (PVC) armata cu tesatura formata intr-o folie flexibila de grosime data, nu mai putin de 1.5mm conform cu urmatoarele:
• Duritate: 50 la 70 plaja A, conform standardelor • Rezistenta la intindere (10Mpa), conform standardelor • Elongatie maxima 300%, conform standardelor • Temperatura de sfarmare: (-59grade C), conform standardelor • Rezistenta de imbatranire la caldura: Cresterea duritatii este de maximum 15 puncte,
reducerea in elongatie este de maxim 30%, si pierderea rezistentei la intindere de maxim 15 %( 168 ore la 116 grade C), conform standardelor
• Rezistenta la imbatranire cu ozon : Nici o spartura dupa 168 ore expunere la esantion 50% elongatie la 40 grade C si 100MPa ozon, conform standardelor
• Rezistenta la absorbtia de apa: Mai putin de 0.5% crestere de volum dupa 72 ore imersie (la 100 grade C), conform standardelor.
B. FOLIE BITUMINOASA PRETURNATA Folie bituminoasa preturnata armata cu tesatura de poliester in greutate minima formata intr-o folie
flexibila de grosime data, nu mai putin de 3mm conform cu urmatoarele: • Duritate: 250 N la sfasierea in cui, 20 kg la poansonare conform standardelor • Rezistenta la intindere longitudinal, transversal (600Mpa), conform standardelor • Elongatie maxima 40%, conform standardelor. • Temperatura de flexibilitate la frig: (-15grade C), conform standardelor • Rezistenta dupa imbatranire la caldura: Stabilitate dupa imbatranire la 90 grade C si
flexibilitate la 0 grade C conform standardelor • Alte caracteristici : Punct de topire 130 grade C penetrare 40 1/10mm at 25 grade C Punct
de rupere –15 grade C, Clasa de combustibilitate C4, conform standardelor.

• Rezistenta la apa- Permeabilitate: Mai putin de 10 bari conform standardelor C. MATERIALE AUXILIARE Adeziv si banda de rost: Furnizati tipuri de compusi adezivi si benzi recomandati de fabricantul de
folie hidroizolanta pentru legatura cu substratul (la cerere), pentru coaserea hidroizolatiilor in membrane si pentru hidroizolarea rosturilor intre membrana si sorturi, suprafetele adiacente si strapungeri prin membrana.
Materiale de sorturi: Mai putin unde este indicat altfel furnizati tipurile de folii flexibile din materiale
pentru sorturi la recomandarea fabricantului de folii hidroizolatoare. Strat protector: Furnizati tipul de strat protector recomandat de fabricantului de folie hidroizolatoare.
Adaugati adezivul recomandat de fabricant.
07. EXECUTIE A. PREGATIRE
General: Respectati instructiunile fabricantului pentru pregatirea suprafetei. Pe planseele de beton, imediat inainte de plasarea foliei hidroizolante, slefuiti sau indepartati
mecanic usor de pe suprafata protuberantele care ar putea strapunge si compusi de priza care ar putea interfera cu sistemele legate deplin. Curatati platforma de materiale prin maturare si aspirare.
Pe peretii verticali de fundatie prelucrati suprafetele unde este necesar pentru o fixare buna si
aderenta a foliei hidroizolante. B. INSTALAREA (MONTAJUL)
Respectati instructiunile fabricantului pentru manevrare si montaj materiale de hidroizolare Coordonati montajul materialelor de hidroizolare cu lucrarile asociate pentru a furniza un sistem
complet. Aceasta va fi in acord cu recomandarile fabricantului si al montatorului implicati in lucrari. Programeaza montajul cu scopul de a minimiza expunerea materialelor de hidroizolare in foi.
Sigilati strapungerile prin membrana. Lipiti la suprafetele verticale iar unde este indicat sau
recomandat de fabricant lipiti la suprafetele orizontale. Conform cerintelor acoperiti suprafetele expuse ale membranelor si sorturilor. Respectati
recomandarile fabricantului pentru aplicarea si uscarea acoperirilor. Placi de protectie: Conform cerintelor instalati placi de protectie peste membrana definitive in accord
cu cerintele fabricantului atat pentru foile de hidroizolatie cat si pentru materialele de protectie C. CONTROLUL
Incercari pe santier : Asa cum este solicitat de Proiectantul General, inainte ca membrana sa fie protejata cu pietris sau alte lucrari se executa o incercare pentru infiltratii cu 25 cm adancime de apa mentinuta peste punctul de maxim pentru 24 de ore. Se repara zonele cu infiltratii si se repeta procedura pana la eliminarea infiltratiilor D. CURATIREA
General: Dupa definitivare se elimina orice materiale si pete de pe suprafetele vizibile cauzate de lucrarile de hidroizolatie. E. PROTECTIA
General: Protejati membranele terminate in timpul montajelor altor materiale sau procese de peste membrane pe toata perioada constructiei. Nu permiteti traficul de orice tip peste membrane neprotejate.
