Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. The admission is valid and final only after the
establishment of complete eligibility by the actual verification of all certificates in original and
subject to the approval of The Director of Technical Education and The Anna University. You should

2. Intimation of allotment from Tamilnadu Engineering Admissions, Chennai.
3. Mark list of Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent qualifying examination along with two
Xerox copies
4. Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate (From the Head of the Educational Institution in which
the candidates last studied)
5. Original Community Certificate card with Gopuram seal and 2 xerox copies duly attested (For
candidates other than OC)
6. Certificate of Physical Fitness
7. Students Particulars Form (Affix one passport size photo in the appropriate space)
8. Acknowledgement of Demand Draft paid towards the tuition fees issued by the Secretary, Tamilnadu
Engineering Admissions.
9. Eligibility Certificate from Anna University from the candidates other than HSC of Tamilnadu
All the applicants are informed that the original certificates produced at the time of
admission will be retained in the institute and will not be returned till the completion of the course
under any circumstances whatsoever. To meet any need for the certificates for scholarships,
application to other institutions, etc. the applicants are advised to take sufficient copies of all the
certificates before submitting them to the institute.
IMPORTANT
The candidate should ensure that correct marks are furnished by him / her in the
application form.
The candidate is informed that if, after proper scrutiny of his / her marks, it is found
that the marks furnished by him / her in the application form are not correct, then:
i) He/She will forfeit the admission no matter at what stage of the course he/she is at the time.
ii) He/She will be debarred from pursuing the studies for a period of three years.
iii) Legal action will be instituted against him/her for furnishing wrong details.
