    Statia de uscare gaze are rolul de a elimina o cantitate cat mai mare de vapori de apa din gazele provenite de la sonde sau din statiile de comprimare. Aceasta cantitate eliminata se reflecta in punctul de roua al gazului la iesirea din statia de uscare (valoarea acestuia sa fie cat mai scazuta,

  • Configuratia de baza : o contactor glicol o condensator glicol superior o schimbator de caldura TEG sarac/TEG bogat (treapta I) o vas separator de degazare o filtru particule TEG o filtru carbon activ TEG o coloana fractionare o refierbator TEG (incalzire cu arzatoare cu gaz) o coloana stripare TEG o acumulator TEG o pompe circulatie TEG o racitor TEG sarac (racire cu aer) o separator gaz combustibil o schimbator de caldura TEG sarac/TEG bogat (treapta II) o panou local de control

    Optional poate fi echipata cu (depinde de parametrii gazului si cerintele beneficiarului) :

    o racitor gaz o pompe de transfer auxiliare glicol o tanc stocare glicol o oxidizer

  • TRIETHYLENEGLYCOL (TEG) GAS DEHYDRATION STATION
