    1.1 Domeniul de aplicare 1.1 ScopePrezenta norma se aplica in rafinariile Petrom OMVpentru realizarea componentelor de conectare aaparatelor de masurare presiune.

    This standard is valid in Petrom OMV refineries for thedesign of pressure measuring equipment connectioncomponents.

    Prezenta norma poate fi utilizata si pentru alte locatii. This Standard can also be applied for other locationdepartments.

    Functiile profesionale mentionate in prezenta norma vorfi intelese la genul neutru.

    The function descriptions in this standard are to beregarded as gender-neutral.

    1.2 Norme si reglementari 1.2 Standards and regulations

    In coroborare cu prezenta norma se vor respectadispozitiile, normele si directivele legale valabile inRomania, in varianta lor aflata in vigoare, care suntmentionate in Anexa 1.

    In conjunction with this Standard, the respectivespecifications, standards and directives legallyapplicable in Romania and stated in Annex 1 should betaken into account in their named or currently validform.

    2.0 CONSTRUCTIE 2.0 CONSTRUCTION

    Tuburile de racordare vor fi executate conformprevederilor DIN 16 282 (pentru tub drept, tub cotit,sifon si tub in forma de U sau circular).

    The connecting pipe pieces are to be manufacturedsimilar to DIN 16 282 (for straight tube, angled tube,siphons in U-tube or circular tube forms).

    Toate tuburile de conectare a aparatelor de masurarepresiune vor fi realizate intotdeauna din acelasi material(otel carbon sau otel austenitic).

    All pressure measuring equipment pipe connectionsalways to be made of the same material(carbon steel or austenitic steel).

    Desenele de mai jos prezinta varainta de executie dinmaterial austenitic. Pentru cerinte speciale, care impunutilizarea de otel-carbon, poate fi prevazuta o grosimemai mare a peretilor.

    The drawings shown below demonstrate the design inaustenitic material. The wall thicknesses could begreater for special requirements in whichcarbon steel is to be used.

    Pentru sudare se va aplica o metoda de sudare in gazinert wolfram (WIG), iar ca forma a rosturilor deimbinare se vor executa numai cordoane de sudura de

    colt HV (EN ISO 9692-1, numar de referinta 1.9),cordon V (EN ISO 9692-1, numar de referinta 1.3) siimbinare sudata conform EN 1708-1 Nr. curent 5.1.4.

    For welding, only the TIG welding process and as aweld form only a single-bevel butt weld (EN ISO 9692-1, Ref. No. 1.9) or single-V butt weld ( EN ISO 9692-1,

    Ref. No. 1.3) and welded joints acc. to EN 1708-1,running no. 5.1.4 are to be used.

    La sudare trebuie acordata atentie realizarii uneiradacini de imbinare continuu sudate.

    Care is to be taken in welding that a continuous rootpass is produced.

    The tube inner diameter is to be drilled out after that.

    De asemenea, trebuie sa se prezinte un certificat decalificare in operatii de sudura conformDirectivei EN 287-1;2006.Pentru reparatii estenecesara autorizarea ISCIR

    Furthermore, proof of welding qualification to ENDirective 287-1;2006.

    For reparations the authorization from ISCIR isnecessary.

    The firm who performs the welding operation mustshow certificate for welding activity.

    3.0 RECEPTIE 3.0 ACCEPTANCE

    AMC-urile trebuie sa indeplineasca cerintele DirectiveiEuropene 97/23/EN (transpusa in legislatiaromaneasca prin HG 584/2004).

    The M & C equipment must comply with the EuropeanDirective 97/23/EN (transposed into Romanianlegislation by HG 584/2004).

    4.0 LICHID DE SEPARARE 4.0 SEPARATION LIQUID

    La alegerea lichidului de separare pentru vasele deseparare trebuie avut in vedere ca acesta sa nu poatasa faca amestec cu produsul ce trebuie masurat (deregula hidrocarburi).

    When choosing a separation liquid for the separatorvessel, it is to be ensured that no mixing with theproduct to be measured (a hydrocarbon as a rule) canoccur.

    De asemenea, lichidul de separare trebuie sa ramanain stare lichida si la temperaturi ale mediului ambiant depana la -20C, iar la anumite presiuni de regim tre buiesa nu se vaporizeze, chiar si la temperaturi mai inalte;de asemenea, intotdeauna trebuie sa aiba o densitatemai mare decat cea a produsului de masurat.

    Furthermore, the separation liquid must remain in theliquid state even at ambient temperatures down to-20C and may not evaporate even at highertemperatures at the corresponding operationalpressures and must always have a density higher thanthat of the product.

    Din aceste motive, in majoritatea cazurilor se utilizeaza,ca lichid standard de separare, un amestec glicol-apa,cu o densitate peste 1000 kg/m.

    For these reasons, a glycol-water mixture with a densityof over 1000 kg/m is used as the standard separationliquid in most cases.
