Instructiuni importante de siguranta

Va multumim ca ati ales acest produs. Pentru a va garanta siguranta sisanatatea dumneavoastra, va rugam sa folositi corect aparatul. Va rugam sapastrati acest manual la indemana.

1. Este important sa cititi intregul manual inainte de a incepe asamblarea side a folosi aparatul. Aparatul poate fi folosit in siguranta si eficient doardaca acesta a fost asamblat, intretinut si folosit adecvat. Esteresponsabilitatea dumneavoastra sa va asigurati ca toti utilizatoriiaparatului au fost informati cu privire la atentionarile si precautile caretrebuie respectate.

2. Inainte de a incepe antrenamentul, consultati doctorul pentru a va asiguraca nu aveti nici o problema medicala sau fizica care ar putea sa va puna inpericol sanatatea si siguranta sau care ar putea sa va impiedice sa folositicorect aparatul. Urmati sfaturile doctorului daca sunteti sub tratament careva poate afecta ritmul batailor inimii, tensiunea sau nivelul colesterolului.

3. Tineti cont de semnalele transmise de organism. Efectuarea de exercitiiincorecte sau excesive va poate afecta sanatatea. Intrerupetiantrenamentul daca aveti oricare dintre simptomele: durere in piept,respiratie neregulata, intreruperea respiratiei, ameteala sau greata. Inacest caz trebuie sa consultati doctorul inainte de a va continuaantrenamentul.

4. Nu lasati copiii sau animalele in preajma aparatului. Acest aparat a fostcreat pentru a fi folosit doar de catre adulti.

5. Asezati aparatul pe o suprafata solida, plana, acoperita pentru a va protejapodeaua sau covorul. Pentru a fi in siguranta, asigurati-va ca pastrati odistanta minima de 0.6 m in jurul aparatului.

6. Inainte de a incepe antrenamentul, verificati daca toate piesele: suruburi,piulite si saibe, sunt fixate si stranse corect. Daca auziti vreun zgomot intimpul asamblarii sau a utilizarii, incheiati antrenamentul imediat. Nufolositi aparatul pana cand nu a fost remediata problema.

7. Computerul are multe functii, iar valorile acestora vor fi afisate in functie detipul exercitiului, va reamintim ca valoarea pulsului nu poate fi folositapentru diagnosticare, ci este doar orientativa.

8. Purtati haine si incaltaminte adecvata pentru antrenament. Evitati purtareahainelor largi care s-ar putea agata de aparat sau care v-ar putearestrictiona sau impiedica miscarea.

9. Acest aparat a fost conceput pentru a fi folosit acasa si in spatiu interior.Greutatea maxima permisa a utilizatorului este 110 KG.

10.Aveti grija sa nu va afectati spatele atunci cand ridicati sau mutati aparatul.11.Va rugam sa pastrati aceste instructiuni si uneltele de asamblare pentru a

le avea la indemana.12.Acest produs nu este potrivit pentru a fi folosit in scop terapeutic.

a. Asamblati ghidonul(6) pe suportul ghidonului(17) folosind saiba arc(10) si surubul(9), apoi fixati clema capac (8).

b. Conectati firele trunchiului(20) folosind firele consolei(13a), fixati consola (13) pesuportul ghidonului(17) folosind surubul(12).Introduceti firele pulsului mana (11) in locasul din spate al consolei(13).

Instructiuni exercitii de incalzire

Exercitii de intindereIndiferent de conditia fizica, inainte de a incepeantrenamentul trebuie sa faceti cateva exercitiide intindere. Muschii incalziti se vor intinde maiusor, de aceea incalziti-va timp de 5-10 minute.Va recomandam urmatoarele exercitii deintindere, de cinci ori, numarati de cel putin 10 ori.Realizati aceste exercitii si dupa ce ati efectuatantrenamentul.

1. Atingerea degetelor picioarelorAplecati-va usor in fata relaxandu-va spatele siumerii pe masura ce va intindeti spre degetelepicioarelor. Coborati atat cat este posibil si repetatide 15 ori. Apoi relaxati-va, dupa care repetati de 3ori (fig. 1).2. Intinderea tendoanelorIntindeti piciorul drept. Asezati-va talpa in directiacontrara corpului. Intindeti-va spre calcai atat cat vaeste permis. Mentineti aceasta pozitie si numaratipana la 15. Relaxati-va. Repetati si pentru piciorulstang. Apoi relaxati-va si repetati de 3 ori pentrufiecare picior (fig. 2).3. Intinderea calcaielorAsezati-va la perete cu piciorul stang in fata celuidrept si cu mainile inainte. Pastrati intins picioruldrept si piciorul stang pe podea, apoi inclinatipiciorul stang si inclinati-va in fata prin miscareasoldurilor spre perete. Mentineti aceasta pozitie sirepetati pe cealalta parte numarand pana la 15.Apoi relaxati-va si repetati de 3 ori pentru fiecarepicior (fig. 3).4. Intinderea muschiului CvadricepsSprijiniti-va de perete cu o mana, indreptati-vamana in spate si trageti in sus piciorul drept.Aduceti-va calcaiul cat mai aproape de fese.Mentineti aceasta pozitie si numarati pana la 10-15.Relaxati-va, apoi repetati si pentru celalalt picior, detrei ori pentru fiecare picior (fig. 4).5. Intindere interioaraUniti-va talpile cu genunchi indreptati inafara.Trageti-va picioarele cat mai aproape posibil de interior. Incet impingeti-va genunchii sprepodea. Mentineti aceasta pozitie si numarati pana la 15. Apoi relaxati-va si repetati de 3 ori(fig.5)

We thank you for choosing our product. To guarantee your safety and health,

please use this equipment correctly. Please read the information as below

carefully before using this equipment.

1. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the

equipment. Safe and effective use can only be achieved if the equipment

is assembled, maintained and used properly.

2. Before starting any exercise program you should consult your doctor to

determine if you have any medical or physical conditions that could put

your health and safety at risk, or prevent you from using the equipment

properly. Your doctor’s advice is essential if you are taking medication that

affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.

3. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can

damage your health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following

symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, extreme

shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness or feelings of nausea. If

you do experience any of these conditions you should consult your doctor

before continuing with your exercise program.

4. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is

designed for adult use only.

5. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for

your floor or carpet. To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least

0.6meters of free space all around it.

6. Before using the equipment, check that the nuts and bolts are Assemblely

tightened. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective

components while assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear

any unusual noises coming from the equipment during use, stop

immediately. Do not use the equipment until the problem has been rectified.

7. There are many functions of the computer, which value will show when

using the equipment according the amount of exercise ,here warmly

remind you that the value of heart pulse just give you some reference.

8. Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose

clothing that may get caught in the equipment or that may restrict or

prevent movement.

9. This equipment is designed for indoor and family use only。Maximum

weight of user: 110KG.

10. Care must be taken when lifting or moving the equipment so as not to

injure your back

11. Please save this manual and assembling tools well.

12. The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.

a. Assemble front stabilizer (34) and rear stabilizer (38) to main frame (40) with bolt (33),

arc washer (19) and nut (35);

b. Assemble pedal (36L/R) to the crank (56) with spanner.

connect it with the tension control (16).

c. Assemble the tension control (16) on the handlebar post (17) with screw (14) and arc

washer (15).

d. Assemble handlebar post (17) on mainframe (40) with screw (18) and arc washer (19).

a. Insert saddle post (25) into mainframe (40), lock it with knob (39) after adjust it to suitable

position;

b. Lock the horizontal seat post (29) on saddle post (25) with bolt (26) and washer (27);

a. Assemble the handlebar (6) on handlebar post (17) with spring washer (10) and screw

(9), attach the clamp cover (8);

b. Connect trunk wire (20) with console wire (13a), lock the console (13) on the handlebar

post (17) with screw (12);

c. Insert the hand pulse wire plug (11) into the back hole of console (13);

Quick Start Guide

Stretch exercise

No matter how you do sports, please do some stretch

at first, The warm muscle will extend easily, so warm

up yourself with 5-10minutes, Then We suggest the

following stretch exercise, five times.10counts for

each time or longer do these exercise again after

sports.

1. Toe Touch

Slow bend forward from your waist, letting your

back and shoulders relax as you stretch toward

your toes, Reach down as far as you can and hold

for 15 counts. And then relax, repeat 3 times.

2. Hamstring Stretch

Sit with your right leg extend. Rest the sole of your

left foot against your right inner thigh. Stretch

toward your toe as far as possible. Hold for 15

counts. Relax and then repeat with left leg

extend .Then relax and repeat 3 times for each

leg.. (picture 2)

3. Calf-Achilles Stretch

Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of the

right and your arms forward,

Keep your right leg straight and the left foot on the

floor, then bend the left leg and lean forward by

moving your hips toward the wall, Hold, then

repeat on the other side for 15 counts .Then relax

and repeat 3 times for each leg (picture 3)

4. Quadriceps stretch

With one hand against a wall for balance, reach

behind you and pull your right foot up .Bring your

heel as close to your buttocks. hold for 10-

15counts,relax.Repeat three times for each

foot.(picture 4).

5. Inner Thigh Stretch

Sit with the soles of your feet together with your

knees pointing outward. Pull your feet as close into

your groin as possible. Gently push your knees

towards the floor. Hold for 15 counts.Then relax

and repeat 3 times.
