PROMETAL® PSV este un sistem deplafon metalic casetat format dinpanouri modulare de 600x600mm carevin montate pe o structura T la vedere.Este indicat pentru a fi utilizat in spatiicomerciale sau publice acolo unde estenecesara existenta unei suprafete rezi-stente si foarte usor de intretinut.Incazul in care panourile perforate suntcaptusite cu un material izolator fonicse obtine o absorbtie marita a sunetu-lui asigurand in acest fel o acusticaambientala optima. Fiind foarte usor deinstalat si manevrat, tavanul casetat,permite accesul usor la instalatiiletehnice suspendate iar orice interventiesi intretinere a acestora sa se poataefectua intr-un timp optim.

PROMETAL® PSV is a system of falseceilling consisting of panels, generallyin modules 600x600 mm installed on“T” sight structure. I t i s par t icu la r l y su i tab le fo r application in commercial or publicareas, where a resistant, long-lastingsurface and easy maintenance arekey criteria.
Perforated panels combined with insulating materials are extremelysound-absorbent, which guaranteesan excellent acoustic effect. The false ceiling panels are easy to install, and allow access to any overhead service for replace andmaintenance.

AVANTAJE
Este ideal pentru spatiile unde se impu-ne o intretinere si curatenie ciclica,acolo unde este obligatorie instalareaunui tavan care nu este poros pentru aoferi un inalt grad de igiena.Se monteaza foarte repede pe o struc-tura de 15 mm sau 24 mm.Plafoanele suspendate ascund instala-tiile electrice, sanitare, de ventilatie sauorice traseu tehnic ce se afla suspendatdeasupra plafonului, si permit accesulin ori ce punct, datorita faptului ca semonteaza doar prin greutate proprie.

IZOLAREACUSTICA (FONICA)
Pentru a asigura o buna izolareacustica trebuie sa se opteze pentru panouri perforate care sunt captusite pe interior cu un filtru negru si lipit la cald.
IZOLARE TERMICA
Izolarea termica se realizeaza cu ajuto-rul unei saltele din vata minerala desticla sau a altui material cu conducti-vitate termica similara, asezata deasu-pra plafonului casetat.

When more efficient sound-absorptionis r equ i r ed , we p ropose the application of non woven fabric sealed by hot gluing on the back ofperforated panels (see list of perforation patterns)
THERMAL INSULATING
Thermal insulation can be achievedwith application of absorbing pads orother insulating materials which canbe selected on the market for the specific applications.

SERVICES INTEGRATION
The system easily accommodatesessential facilities such as:
Modular light fittings, spotlights;
Air diffusers of different shape (linear,square or round);
Security devices, water sprinklers andsmoke detectors.
STORAGE AND HANDLINGCeil ing components must be stored in a dry interior location.
They must remain in original packing until installation.
Car tons must be s tored and oriented as per instructions.
Special care must be used duringhandling and opening of boxes toavoid damages.
CLEANING
For a correct cleaning:
Dust should be removed from thesurface by wiping with a clean softcloth;
Grease and fingerprints should beremoved with a mild householdcleaner suitable for this use;
Don’t use abrasive cleaners orscrub the surface.
SERVICII INTEGRATE
Flexibilitatea sistemului permite mon-tarea foarte usoara a urmatoareloraccesorii:Corpuri de iluminat printre care se potenumera canale luminoase, plafoniere,spoturi incastrate, etc;
Sisteme de ventilatie: grile de absorb-tie si refularea aerului, anemostate,ventilatoare;
Sisteme de siguranta, cum ar fi, sprin-klere, senzori de fum, etc.
MANIPULARE SI DEPOZITARE
Panourile se depoziteaza in spatiiuscate si acoperite.
Panourile se pastreaza in ambalajulpropriu pana in momentul instalarii lor.
Cutiile trebuiesc asezate si pozitiona-te conform indicatiilor existente pe ele.
Pentru a evita deteriorarea produseloreste necesara atentie la manipulare sila desfacerea ambalajelor.
INSTRUCTIUNI DE INTRETINERE
Pentru o intretinere corecta trebuiescrespectate urmatoarele instructiuni:
Panourile pot fi sterse de praf cu ocarpa moale si curata.
Eventualele pete de grasime vor ficuratate cu ajutorului unui detergentfin, special pentru acest tip de produs.
A nu se folosi detergenti duri saucarpe dintr-un material abraziv,Curatirea se face prin simpla stergeresi in nici un caz prin frecare.

ASSEMBLYPanels are simply laid into standard ‘T’shaped exposed grid of 24 mm or 15 mm.The hanging system consists of rigidrod hangers with eyelets, clipped in aspring which permits a millimetricadjustment so as to obtain a perfectlyflat and horizontal position of the falseceiling.

Sistemul de suspendareal tavanului este format din tiranti rigizidin otel zincati si o lamela elastica, careasigura un reglaj milimetric, ceea ce per-mite obtinerea unei planeitati perfecte atavanului casetat.
