Capacitatea de pastrare a calduriifoarte bune proprietati izolatoare, k mediu 1.15W/m2K. Capacitate de izolare fonicafoarte buna, izolare fonica RW>42dB. Ventilare mixtase poate regla singur prin ventilare naturala, fara a se baza pe sistemul de aer conditionat al cladirii.
