Configurarile reprezentate mai sus sunt recomandari de montaj care pot fi utilizate pentru orice tip de montaj. Fiecare element de turn poate fi folosit ca si element inferior pentru varful macaralei in macaraua independenta standard avand inaltimea corespunzatoare sub carlig. Configuratiile de turn care nu sunt reprezentate aici, cu o gama largita de inaltimi de lucru sub carlig sau cu diferite sectiuni de turn sunt posibile, insa in prealabil trebuie contactat producatorul pentru a fi verificate si confirmate in scris de catre acesta pentru fiecare caz in parte si inainte de inceperea montarii macaralei.
