Toate transformatoarele izolate in ulei comercializate de SC TRAFOTECH SRL sunt construite conform standardelor IEC 60076. SC TRAFOTECH SRL comercializeaza transformatoare, autotrans-formatoare monofazate, trifazate si transformatoare de tip SCOTT.

Miezul magnetic Miezul transformatoarelor comercializate de societatea no-astra este obtinut printr-un proces tehnologic ultra modern numit COR (= cold rolled graine oriented magnetic steel), in urma car-uia se obtine un miez magnetic foarte permeabil, izolat pe ambele par-ti continand un strat subtire de material anorganic, numit CARLYTE. Prin acest proces tehnologic modern impreuna cu metode STEP LAP 45o se garanteaza o reducere a pierderii in gol, reducand curentul pierdut si nivelul de zgomot. Numarul etapelor procesului tehnologic si inductia magnetica sunt optimi-zate pentru puterea transformatorului.

Bobinajul de Medie Tensiunea si Joasa Tensiune Bobina primara si secundara a transformatorului este fabricata din aluminiu sau cupru electrolitic, avand izolatia din hartie celulozica pura. Aceste bobine sunt sectiuni ovale sau circulare si sunt de tip concentric cu axial cu stalpii miezului. Bobina MT este fabricata din sarma sau banda metalica cu disc con-tinuu in relatie cu tensiunea sub sarcina si puterea transformatorului. Toate bobinele MT si JT sunt izolate cu hartie celulozica in asa fel incat sa opreasca orice stres mecanic si electric. Circulatia uleiului si necesarul de racire este asigurat prin canele largi asezate intre straturile bobinelor. Izolatia intre MT; JT si miez este realizat prin cilindrii de carton compresat. Bobina de JT este obtinuta printr-un strat de conductor unic, care confera o dielectritate mai mare decat clasa de temperatura a transformato-rului si o foarte mare rezistenta mecanica. Dupa asamblarea bobinelor MT si Jt, care alcatuiesc partea activa a transformatorului, acestea sunt expuse la un ciclu de vacum termic pentru dezumiditificarea si deshidratarea izolatiilor. Procesul tehnologic descris mai sus , asigura o inalta calitate a pro-dusului si un termen lung de functionare.

Comutatorul de ploturi pentru ajustarea tensiunii primare Ajustarea tensiunii primare se realizeaza printr-o manevra a co-mutatorului de ploturi cand transformatorul nu este sub tensiune, comutand comutatorul in pozitia indicata de catre manualul de utilizare.

Izolatoarele Izolatoarele de MT si JT sunt fabricate din portelan emailat de culoare maro,conform standardelor europeene in vigoare. Izolatoarele sunt fixate deasupra cuvei si pot fi inlocuite fara deplasarea miezului din cuva transformatorului.

Cuva Toate transformatoarele izolate in ulei de pana la 6300 KVA pot fi echipate cu panouri ondulate. Pentru puteri mai mari se utilizeaza radiatoare special dezvoltate, produse din otel laminat.Presiunea radiatoarelor este testat separat pentru fiecare in parte, inainte de a introduce bobinele in cuva.Cuva transformatoarelor poate fi realizata fara conservator pana la max. 6300 KVA. Peretii exteriori ai cuvei sunt protejate aplicandu-se o vopsea rezistenta la apa de tip RAL 7031 conform specificatiilor ENEL sau de tip RAL 7033 cu un strat de vopsea de 100 micron conform standardelor europeene.

Magnetic core Core transformers sold by our company is achieved through a pro-cess called Ultra Modern COR (= cold rolled grain oriented magnetic steel), following which we obtain a highly permeable magnetic core, stranded on both sides containing a thin layer of inorganic material, called CARLYTE. Through this process along with modern technological methods to guar-antee a 45o STEP LAP loss reduction goals, reducing lost and current noise. Number stages of technological process and magnetic induction are optimized for power transformer. Windings of medium voltage and low voltage Primary and secondary coil of the transformer is made of aluminum or copper electrolyte, with isolation of pure cellulose paper. These coils are sections are oval or circular and concentric with the axial type with core pillars. MT coil is made of metal wire or tape drive continuously in relation to the load voltage and power transformer. All coils are isolated MT and JT cellu-lose paper so that you stop all electrical and mechanical stress. Oil circulation and cooling requirements is provided by canele large coils placed between the layers. Insulation, MT, JT and core is made from compressed cardboard cyl-inders. JT coil is achieved by a single conductor layer, which gives a greater strength than the temperature of the processor class and a great strength. After assembly of MT and JT coils, which make up the active part of the transformer, they are exposed to a cycle of thermal vacuum insulation for dezumidification and dehydratation. Manufacturing process described above, provide a high quality product and a long operating time.

Ploturi switch to adjust primary voltage Primary voltage adjustment is achieved by handling the switch when the processor is not under voltage, switching the switch in the position indi-cated by the instruction manual.

Insulators Of MT and JT insulators are made of porcelain enameled brown, european standards in force. Isolators are fixed above the tank and can be replaced without moving the core of the transformer vat.

Tank All remote transformers oil up to 6300 kVA are equipped with corru-gated panels. For higher power is used specially developed radiators made with cold rolled and laminated steel. Radiator pressure tested separately for each one, before entering coils in vat. Tank transformers can be made without pre-servatives until max. 6300 KVA. The exterior walls of the tank is protected by applying a paint resistance to water type according to the specifications ENEL RAL 7031 or RAL 7033 type with a coat of 100 micron european standards.
