Seciuni tubulare

Ruukki EN 10219 Programul de producie al Ruukki include seciunile tubulare circulare, ptrate i rectangulare din benzi de oel laminat la cald prin formare la rece i sudare. Seciunile tubulare ptrate i rectangulare, precum i seciunile circulare cu diamentru mic (D 323,9 mm) sunt sudate longitudinal prin metoda de sudare cu frecven nalt (HFW). Seciunile circulare cu diametru mare (D 355,6 mm) sunt sudate elicoidal prin metoda de sudare cu arc electric acoperit (SAW).

S355J2H - Clasa standard a oelurilor RuukkiClasa standard a oelurilor este S355J2H. Pentru aceast clas, Ruukki garanteaz compoziia chimic, n conformitate cu tabelul 2 i proprietile mecanice, n conformitate cu tabelul 3.

Proprieti de galvanizare la cald (Opiunea 1.7)Grosimea stratului de zinc obinut n timpul galvanizrii la cald, ca funcie a coninutului de Si a oelului, este prezentat n tabelul 5. Oelul de clas standard S355J2H este furnizat cu coninut de siliciu garantat la 0,15 0,25% Si. Dac s-a efectuat o galvanizare la cald adecvat, grosimea stratului de zinc (peste 100 m) cel mai des solicitat este obinut datorit acestui coninut de Si. Codul SI/B se utilizeaz pentru un coninut de Si de 0,15 0,25% Si n confirmarea comenzii i pe etichetele de ambalare. Prin acord, clasele oelului pentru seciunile tubulare (cnd T < 6,3 mm) sunt, de asemenea, disponibile cu un coninut de siliciu i fosfor de Si + P 0,04%, ceea ce permite obinerea unui strat de zinc cu o grosime mai redus (sub 100 m) prin galvanizare la cald. Coninutul de siliciu i fosfor Si + P 0,04% rezult din codul SI/A din confirmarea comenzii i de pe etichetele de ambalare. Cerina privind coninutul de siliciu i fosfor trebuie convenit mpreun cu cererea i comanda.

Condiii tehnice de livrare pentru seciunile tubulareStardardul european EN 10219 pentru seciunile tubulare formate la rece a fost acceptat n rile membre CEN, unde acesta nlocuiete standardele naionale anterioare (tabel1). Seciunile tubulare sudate longitudinal1) furnizate de Ruukki respect cerinele de baz ale standardului EN 10219, precum i urmtoarele cerine suplimentare: Sunt ndeplinite urmtoarele opiuni ale standardului EN 10219 pentru clasele de oel din tabelele 3 i 4: 1.2 Valoarea maxim garantat pentru carbonul echivalent al oelurilor pentru structuri; 1.3 Coninutul elementelor de aliere este menionat n documentul de inspecie; 1.4 Valoarea maxim garantat pentru carbonul echivalent al oelurilor cu granulaie fin; 1.5 Pentru clasa de oel S460, sunt garantate urmtoarele procente V + Nb +Ti 0,22% i Mo + Cr 0,30%; 1.6 Proprietile de rezilien pentru calitile JO i JR sunt verificate; 1.7 Seciunile tubulare din oel se preteaz pentru galvanizarea la cald; 1.8 Nu se efectueaz lucrri de reparaii de sudur pe materialul de baz al seciunilor tubulare. Tolerana la grosimea peretelui seciunilor tubulare profilate este garantat la -5% / +10%, oricum, tolerana minim este 0,2 mm, iar tolerana maxim este 0,5 mm. n plus, clasa de oel Ruukki S355J2H are urmtoarele caracteristici: - Valoarea energiei eliberate la impact de 34 J/cm2 este garantat la o temperatur de -40C - Sunt garantate valori mai bune dect cele prevzute de standardul EN 10219 pentru carbonul echivalent i compoziia chimic (tabelul 2).1) Condiiile tehnice de livrare pentru seciunile tubulare sudate elicoidal vor fi agreate separat pentru fiecare comand.

Tolerane dimensionalePentru seciunile sale tubulare, Ruukki garanteaz o toleran mai bun a grosimii peretelui dect se solicit n standardul EN10219. Celelalte tolerane dimensionale sunt stabilite cu respectarea standardului EN 10219, tabelul 6. Alte tolerane mai pot fi aplicate prin contract.

Certificat de inspecieSeciunile tubulare sunt livrate cu un certificat de inspecie EN 10204, conform celor convenite n contractul de comand. n general, se emite certificatul de inspecie EN-10204:2004-3.1. Analiza pe arj este raportat n conformitate cu standardul EN 10219-1 opiunea 1.3.

LungimeLungimile standard sunt 6 i 12 metri, iar pentru seciunile tubulare ptrate i rectangulare mari (ncepnd de la dimensiunile de 100 x 100 / 120 x 80 mm) chiar i 18 metri. Seciunile ptrate i rectangulare sunt disponibile, ca livrri din fabric, n lungimi specificate de pn la 12 metri sau 24 de metri, n funcie de mrime, iar seciunile circulare, n lungimi specificate de pn la 12 sau 16 metri.

Clase de oeluriPrin contract, Ruukki produce seciuni tubulare conform standardului EN 10219 din clase de oel nealiat (tabelul 3) i oeluri cu granulaie fin (tabelul 4). Alte clase de oel sunt produse la comand.3

Protecie de suprafaSeciunile tubulare se livreaz fie fr protecie de suprafa (specificaie: uscat) sau unse uor, conform prevederilor contractului. Prin acord, seciunile tubulare pot fi, de asemenea, livrate sablate i grunduite.

IdentificareSeciunile tubulare sudate longitudinal de la Ruukki sunt marcate cu o etichet continu de jet de cerneal, care conine urmtoarele informaii: - Emblema Ruukki - Dimensiunile produsului - Numrul de identificare pentru a asigura c seciunile tubulare finite pot fi localizate n datele corespunztoare privind produciile i materialele.

Seciunile tubulare profilate sunt certificate cu aprobarea UHP, conform reglementrilor germane privind construciile, avnd inclusiv dreptul de a utiliza semnul U n etichetarea produciei.

Dimensiunile i proprietile n seciunetransversal ale produselor tubulare Dimensiunile i proprietile n seciunea transversal ale produselor tubulare sunt menionate n tabelele 9 12. Proprietile n seciunea transversal au fost calculate utiliznd dimensiunile transversale nominale H, B, D i T ale seciunilor tubulare profilate i raza nominal exterioar de col R, care este indicat n partea superioar a tabelelor 9 i 10 i care este n conformitate cu standardul EN 10219. Seriile recomandate sunt indicate cu x n tabele. Acelea sunt dimensiunile pe care Ruukki le produce n mod regulat. Deoarece gama de mrimi existent n depozite poate diferi de seriile recomandate, disponibilitatea mrimilor trebuie verificat ntotdeauna nainte la retaileri sau la birourile de vnzare ale Ruukki. Seciunile tubulare sudate elicoidal se produc numai n baza unui acord separat.

AprobriSistemul certificat ISO 9001 privind calitatea managementului se aplic ntregului lan de producie. Seciunile tubulare profilate au tipul de aprobare SITAC din Suedia (Typgodkaennandebevis 4828/84), iar producerea acestora este controlat de SBS (Svensk Byggstalkontroll). Societatea de clasificare Germanischer Lloyd (GL) a certificat c Ruukki poate efectua inspecia produselor pe propria sa rspundere. Inspeciile pentru certificatele de testare 3.1 C/GL, solicitate pentru clasificarea navelor, precum i tampilarea produselor cu emblema GL pot fi efectuate cu respectarea sistemului de calitate a managementului, fr prezena unui inspector independent. Autorizarea este valabil pentru urmtoarele dimensiuni (n mm): - 100 x 100 - 300 x 300 - 120 x 80 - 400 x 200 - 139,7 - 323,9

Toate dimensiunile exterioare sunt msurate cu minimul distanei B pentru seciunile tubulare ptrate i minimul distanei H pentru cele rectangulare; minim distana din D cnd ne uitm din capatul seciunii. Distana minim trebuie s fie 100 mm. Pentru D/T>100 toleranele vor fi agreate la emiterea comenzii. Supranlarea maxim a cordonului de sudur de la interiorul la exteriorul seciunii tubulare ( 355.6 1219 mm) sudate elicoidal prin procedeul de sudare sub flux (SAW): 3.5 mm pentru T 14.2 mm si 4.8 mm pentru T>14.2 mm.
