Regulamentul Concursurilor Internaţionale Şcolare Winners1. Invităm permanent toate Instituţiile Educaţionale din România şi alte ţări la Concursurile WINNERS. Orice instituţie doritoare are dreptul să participe la aceste concursuri prin elevii din cls. I-XII, achiziţionând revistele Winners, în condiţiile anunţate în invitaţie, în revistele Winners şi pe site-ul Coordonatorului Winners, indiferent dacă din anumite motive care nu ţin de noi nu au primit o invitaţie la ediţia curentă sau cele precedente. 2. Toate Instituţiile Educaţionale participante la Concursurile Winners au obligaţia de a lua cunoştinţă de Regulamentul Concursurilor înainte de achitarea revistelor (chiar şi şcolile care afl ă din alte surse decât din invitaţie), din momentul înscrierii considerându-se acceptate toate condiţiile de organizare, corectare si premiere ale Concursurilor Winners. 3. Participarea la un concurs pentru o secţiune se face cu minim 15 elevi în cazul în care numărul total, la nivel de şcoală, la toate cele şapte concursuri, este sub 50 de concurenţi. Şcolile cu puţini participanţi se pot înscrie la o altă şcoală cu mulţi participanţi sau se vor grupa cu o altă şcoală cu puţini participanţi. Elevii se pot înscrie la toate secţiunile. Este permisă şi înscrierea elevilor ce nu studiază limba engleză la clasă. Nu este necesară comunicarea numelor elevilor pe o fi şă separată, acestea se completează de către ei înşişi pe fi şa de concurs; excepţie de la această regulă se face doar pentru clasa I, unde învăţătorul completează înainte de concurs doar clasa, materia şi datele personale de concurs ale elevului. 4. Fiecare secţiune de concurs se susţine simultan, la nivel internaţional, de regulă în instituţiile educaţionale şi constă într-un test grilă în general cu 16-22 întrebări (16 subiecte clasa I si la matematica clasele V-XII, 22 la clasele II-XII) fi ecare având 5 variante de răspuns, dintre care numai una corectă, iar pentru clasele III – XII există încă un subiect, non – grilă, obligatoriu, pe verso-ul fi şei de răspuns. Ultimul subiect non-grilă este de departajare, reprezintă proba de baraj şi Etapa Internaţională a Concursurilor Winners, permiţând accesul la marile premii. Numai daca se rezolvă corect toate subiectele grilă, se va corecta şi puncta ultimul subiect non-grilă. Este permisă utilizarea ciornelor în timpul concursului, dar acestea vor fi păstrate de către participanţi. Împreună cu revistele. Atenţie! Aviz amatorilor! Acolo unde suspiciunea de copiere va fi foarte mare, chiar evident- statistic sau în alt mod- subiectul non-grilă nu va mai fi corectat iar punctajul obţinut la subiectele tip grilă va fi scăzut considerabil inclusiv elevilor studioşi şi merituoşi care au permis altora, mai puţin studioşi şi merituoşi, să copieze după ei.5. Revistele ce conţin şi subiectele Concursurilor Winners plus fi şele de răspuns se trimit pe adresa şcolii, pe numele organizatorului principal, iar dacă nu este stabilit, pe numele organizatorului cu cei mai mulţi concurenţi. Imediat după primire, coletul se desface în prezenţa D-nei/ D-lui Director, se verifi că numărul de reviste şi fi şe-grilă primite, apoi se sigilează şi se redeschide doar în ziua stabilită pentru concurs. Nu răspundem pentru eventuala neprimire a revistelor înainte de proba de concurs datorată poştei, înscrierii incorecte, târzii sau incomplete şi nici pentru neprimirea răspunsurilor elevilor datorată poştei.6. Programul din ziua concursului este următorul: ora 8:40 - intrarea elevilor în săli, desigilarea coletelor; ora 8:50 - se împart fi şele de răspuns si se completează cu atenţie (a se vedea punctul 7); ora 9:10 - după ce fi şele de răspuns s-au completat, se împart revistele conţinând subiectele de concurs;ora 9:15 - 10:55/11:35 -derularea concursului. Elevii vor lucra individual timp de maxim 100 de minute (cu excepţia concursului de Matematică la care vor lucra maxim 140 de minute). ora 10:55/11:35 -se strâng fi şele speciale cu răspunsuri.Fişele trebuie orientate la fel, aranjate pe clase descendent (clasa cea mai mică deasupra), separarate pe clase prin orice modalitate observabilă, introduse în faţa clasei în plicul de retur şi expediate în aceeaşi zi (prin curier, recomandat sau cu confi rmare de primire, pentru siguranţă; păstraţi un xerox sau o scanare a lucrărilor şi pentru a le verifi ca părinţii concurenţilor), eventual împreună cu propuneri de organizare, sugestii de premiere şi observaţii clare şi argumentate cu obiectivitate, referitoare la subiectele de concurs, pe adresa din antet. Solicităm cu insistenţă a nu se trimite fi şele cu răspunsuri de la mai multe secţiuni in acelasi plic sau în aceeaşi zi. Nu este permisă desfăşurarea concursurilor în alte zile sau ore decât de comun acord cu coordonatorii Winners. 7. Înainte de începerea fi ecărei probe de concurs, cadrele didactice indrumatoare vor verifi ca completarea corectă şi obligatorie a următoarelor opt rubrici: Rubrica 1 - se completează numele şcolii, localitatea şi judeţul; Rubrica 2 - datele de contact ale elevului: e-mailul, tel. mobil şi tel. fi x; Rubrica 3 -se umple cercul corespunzător clasei. ATENŢIE! la concursul de limba engleză, în cazul în care cadrul didactic îndrumător va considera că subiectele primite sunt peste sau sub nivelul concurenţilor, le va indica acestora un alt test întreg (o clasă) de subiecte potrivite, de la o altă clasă, corespunzătoare nivelului lor de pregătire/anului de studiu (se va alege un singur test întreg corespunzător unei clase şi nu subiecte din diferite clase). Elevii vor bifa pe fi şă doar clasa aleasă pentru test; Rubricile 4, 5 - scrierea numelui şi a primului prenume, apoi neapărat umplerea cercurilor corespunzător numelui şi prenumelui; Rubrica 6 - se umple cercul corespunzător secţiunii la care concurează elevul în acea zi; Rubrica 7 - se completează numerele de telefon si e-mailurile părinţilor;Rubrica 8 - se umple (total, dar fară să se depăşească) un singur cerc corespunzător răspunsului ales, la fi ecare dintre subiecte.Notă: se recomandă mai întâi rezolvarea pe ciorne, apoi completarea rubricii cu răspunsurile corecte, evitându-se astfel ştersăturile care conduc automat la anularea răspunsului respectiv.8. Pentru clasele III-XII punctajul unui test-grilă ( notat P 3-12 ) este dat de formula: P 3-12 = (nr. răspunsuri corecte realizate de către elev / nr. total de subiecte tip grilă) x 50 + 40 puncte din ofi ciu. P 3-12 este cuprins între 40 si 90 puncte. Punctarea lui P 3-12 se face prin rotunjire la punct . Pentru rezolvarea perfectă a subiectului non-grilă se acordă 10,00 puncte, astfel punctajul fi nal maxim posibil este de 100,00 puncte.Pentru clasele I-II punctajul unui test-grilă ( notat P 1-2 ) este dat de formula: P 1-2 = (nr. răspunsuri corecte realizate de către elev / nr. total de subiecte tip grilă) x 60 + 40 puncte din ofi ciu P 1-2 este cuprins între 40 si 100 de puncte. Punctarea lui P 1-2 se face prin rotunjire la punct. 9. În cazul unui subiect formulat greşit (existenţa mai multor variante corecte de răspuns, greşeală de tipografi e sau alte erori) se acordă punctajul maxim pentru acel subiect. În acest sens, organizatorii pot trimite odată cu fi şele de răspuns observaţii clare şi argumentate cu obiectivitate. 10. Toti concurenţii din clasele I-XII care obţin maxim 69 de puncte vor primi diplome de competitivitate. Pentru clasa I se oferă diplome de menţiune de la 70-92 puncte, premiul III pentru 93-95 puncte, premiul II pentru 96-99 puncte şi premiul I pentru 100 puncte.Pentru clasa a II-a se oferă diplome de menţiune de la 70-94 puncte, premiul III pentru 95-96 puncte, premiul II pentru 97-99 puncte şi premiul I pentru 100 puncte.Pentru clasele III-XII se acordă diplome de menţiune pentru punctaje de la 70 la 87 puncte, premiul III pentru 88-89 puncte, premiul II pentru punctaje de la 90 la 97 puncte şi premiul I de la 98 la 100 puncte.Marile premii se acordă în ordinea descrescătoare a punctajelor pentru concurenţii care rezolvă şi subiectul non-grilă. În caz de difi cultate în repartizarea premiilor se poate lua în considerare numărul de premianţi la nivel de instituţie educaţională şi mediile şcolare. Se acordă si un premiu pentru şcolile cu o participare mare (peste 400 de elevi). Se acordădiplomă organizatorilor cu minim 15 concurenţi în total.Premiile şi diplomele vor fi primite aproximativ în ianuarie pentru ediţia din toamnă şi în luna mai pentru ediţia din primăvară. 11. Organizatorii locali din instituţia educaţională vor completa toate certifi catele; de asemenea şi diplomele ce se acordă fi ecărui elev, la fi ecare secţiune, punctajul obţinut, datele acestuia şi dacă este cazul, Premiul I, II, III sau Menţiune, la afl area clasamentului, afi şat pe site. 12. Eventualele contestaţii se pot face în termen de 72 de ore din momentul afi şării rezultatelor pe site-ul Winners. Contestaţia valabilă se face în scris prin poştă, doar de către organizatorul principal din şcoală, după ce un organizator local i-a verifi cat în scris răspunsurile concurentului după copia lucrării; această verifi care scrisă şi semnată trebuie să însoţească contestaţia. 13. În cazul în care, din diverse motive, premiul nu este ridicat în maxim trei luni de zile de la data oferirii lui (data premierii), va fi retras defi nitiv caştigătorului acestuia şi va intra în fondul de premiere viitor. Nu suportăm cheltuielile legate de deplasarea pană la locul de plecare în tabără sau la punctul nostru de lucru.14. Organizatorii şi concurenţii au obligaţia să consulte permanent site-ul nostru pentru a fi la curent cu eventualele modifi cări de program, regulament, premiere sau organizare privind Concursurile Winners. 15. Coordonatorul Internaţional Winners işi rezervă dreptul de a lua măsurile necesare unei bune derulări a întregului program Winners, inclusiv ajustarea prezentului regulament, cu o înştiinţare prealabilă. 16. Toate materialele expediate către coordonatorul Winners devin proprietatea acestuia din momentul recepţiei lor şi ar putea fi folosite în acţiuni de publicitate şi marketing. 17. Amintim organizatorilor locali, elevilor si părinţilor dreptul nostru de a ne selecta colaboratorii. 18. Încheierea contractului de parteneriat este facultativă şi nu este o condiţie a participării la concurs. Doritorii pot totuşi încheia acest contract pe perioadă nedeterminată ( se poate lista de pe site-ul nostru).
