Public Tender Opening 1. Introduction Today, June 14, 2013, 1115 a.m., at the premises of the contracting authority – S.E. „State Road Administration”, the Evaluation Committee proceeded to the opening of tenders submitted by the deadline June 14, 2013, 1100am. The Chairman of the Evaluation Committee declares opened the meeting for the tender opening.

The secretary of the Evaluation Committee, read aloud the composition of the Evaluation Committee, specified the tender’s purpose and how it is conducted. It is also mentioned that the tender procedure is carried out in accordance with the Procurement Policies and Rules of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for the open tender procedure. 2. Opening of the Tenders The contracting authority’s representatives opened the tenders submitted by the deadline June 14, 2013, 1100a.m. in the presence of the Evaluation Committee members, invitees and tenderer’s representatives, in the order in which they were received and registered (refer to the Annex no.1). The Tender Opening Checklists, containing such information as the tenders prices, offered discounts, Tender Securities, etc., are filled in and thereafter signed both by the contracting authority’s representative and the tenderers’ representatives (refer to the Annexes no. 4 & 5). The presence of tenderers’ representatives is also recorded in a separate register of attendance signed by them (Annex no.3).
