C. Mobilitatea personalului
Președinta i-a mulțumit Juliei Ferger pentru munca valoroasă depusă în cadrul Comisiei IMCO și i-a urat succes la noul său post în biroul Secretarului General adjunct.
De asemenea, aceasta a urat bun venit lui Pablo Sanz, care o înlocuiește temporar pe Elena Mainardi, care se află în concediu de maternitate.
D. Raport de misiune în urma delegației în Letonia
Președinta a informat deputații cu privire la faptul că toate traducerile raportului de misiune al delegației care s-a deplasat în Letonia în perioada 16-17 februarie 2015 vor fi disponibile pe site-ul de internet al Comisiei IMCO după data de 26 martie. Raportul este deja disponibil în

The decisions of the coordinators meeting of 21 January were approved by written procedure on 3rd February 2015 with the modification agreed on point 4. Items 5 to 13 (timetables, delegated and implementing acts and expert groups, petitions, motions for resolution, mandate on package travel and miscellaneous) have been approved by written procedure.

Unfair commercial trading practices in the food supply chain (JF/DA)

AGRI has requested to the CCC its association under rule 54, by letter of 13.11.2014. IMCO coordinators examined this request on 8.12.2014, and responded by offering cooperation under a "Rule 53+" arrangement. AGRI insisted on Rule 54 and provided an informal proposal for division of competences on 9 February (annex 5). Coordinators followed the IMCO rapporteur reiterating their offer for “53+”.

3.3 Seating arrangement at Committee meetings
In conformity with Rule 206, Coordinators agreed that parliamentary assistants are welcome to be present at committee meetings. However, they cannot occupy the seats reserved for MEPs. The only exception allowed is when they are asked by the rapporteur on a legislative report, to assist them during the discussion of their report. In no other circumstance the assistant can be seated next to the rapporteur.

Coordinators took note of the recommendations regarding documents transmitted for scrutiny and if no objections are received by 3rd of March close of business they will be deemed approved.

7 Hearings
7.1 Hearing on EEA and Switzerland
Coordinators endorsed the proposal of the rapporteur to organise a two-hours public hearing In the context of IMCO's INI Report on "EEA-Switzerland: Obstacles with regard to the full implementation of the internal market". It could provide Members with further evidence regarding existing implementation issues and possible avenues on resolving them.
The rapporteur will submit, for further consideration, the list of experts to be invited.

8 Missions
In accordance with the updated Bureau Decision on committee missions outside the three places of work of the European Parliament (within the European Union, the candidate countries and the EEA countries), and the Conference of Presidents Decision of 10 April 2014 on Implementing provisions governing the work of delegations and missions outside the European Union, the following is clarified in respect of the IMCO missions for 2015:
Ad hoc delegations to countries outside the EU, carried out in line with Article 21 of the Implementing provisions, are not counted within the annual quota of 25 places for missions;
o As a rule, ad hoc delegations are made up of seven members (Chair included)
appointed in accordance with the d'Hondt system (including non-attached Members): EPP: 3 - S&D: 2 - ECR: 1 - ALDE: 1
8.1 IMCO mission to the USA, 20-24 July 2015 (travel time included)
Coordinators agreed to explore the possibility to go to Silicon Valley. The purpose of the delegation to the USA is to get first-hand information on the implications of technological developments for consumer protection in the digital environment.

8.3 IMCO mission to Netherlands
The Chair informed Coordinators that she will circulate soon some possible dates (second semester) for the mission to Netherlands.
9 Scrutiny
9.1 Organisation of Scrutiny time in Committee
Coordinators agreed in principle that the topics to make the subject of scrutiny have to be carefully selected. They also agreed to consider the final framework for the organisation of the Scrutiny exercise by the Committee via written procedure on the basis of the outline provided by the secretariat.
Organisation:Scrutiny sessions could be organised once every month at the beginning of Committee meeting for about 30 minutes. Members could be invited to submit to the Secretariat any topics they would like to raise at the next month's Scrutiny session and the coordinators would ultimately decide on the topics selected and the most appropriate format/tool.
Decision: the Chair invited coordinators to provide their remarks to the secretariat via written procedure on the structure and the potential lists of items (6) to be considered by Friday 27 February cob.
9bis INIs and Studies
At the request of the ALDE group, Coordinators agreed to consider the focus of the INI on “Aligning the current consumer legislative framework to the digital era” item by written procedure.
10 Miscellaneous
10.1 Demonstration of the ODR Platform at the European Parliament
Coordinators took note of the demonstration which will take place at the request of Mrs Róża Thun und Hohenstein, Rapporteur on the Regulation on online dispute resolution ('ODR'). The European Commission will give a live demonstration of the ODR Platform (still in a testing phase) on 3 March 2015, from 14:00 to 16:00, at the European Parliament (room tba). This event will be open to all interested MEPs, advisors and staff.

10.2 Proposals for new STOA projects
Decision: Coordinators took note of STOA’s invitation to submit new proposals for projects by 27 February 2015. STOA would also welcome suggestions for modifying, broadening the scope of the current five priority areas or even adding new ones.
10.3 Digital Single Market Working Group - Challenge of Competences
The ITRE Committee addressed a letter to the CCC, contesting the creation of the IMCO DSM Working Group by arguing that its draft programme considerably oversteps on ITRE competences.
Decision: the secretariat will circulate to the attention of coordinators a draft reply in response to the ITRE letter.
10.4 Buying services everywhere in the EU – 9 February 2015
Coordinators took note of the detailed summary of the one-day conference on buying services in the EU.
