profitable enterprise with Rs 125Cr Sales in two years. He has long stints in Senior positions with Eicher Motors and Royal Enfield
• He has Successfully Implemented Lean Manufacturing or Toyota Production System (EI, TQM, TPM & JIT) at Eicher-Mitsubishi, Royal Enfield Motors, Eicher tractors and LMW and achieved
400% increase in productivity, 10X improvements in defects and 50% cost reduction.
• In the sphere of R&D he was instrumental in transforming and reducing the product development time by 50% i.e. from 7 years to 3 years

• Design of Special Purpose Machines for the metal cutting applications to customer specific requirement . ( Machine tool Industry work experience).
• Design development and project execution of the metal cutting Special Purpose Machines useful to machine the brass metal inserts of the Tire tube valves.
• Part of the core team in Quality Management Systems with the area of responsibility in the preparation of APQP ( Advance Product Quality Planning), PAP ( Production part Approval
Process), FMEA ( Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) both for Design as well as Process, and part of the team to conduct Inter Quality Audits in compliance with ISOTS 16949.

items, departmental continual improvement of material handling process leading to improvement in movement, lead time reduction, maximum inventory turnover and lowering inventory levels.
He has been a part of various engagements which including.
• Material movement, layout planning, Fixing of material levels and maintaining the stock, spearheading of Supply Chain Management for outsourced items
• Spearheading the Materials team in the continual improvement of the material handling process leading to the improvement in the movement, handling, lead time reduction, maximum
inventory turns over and lowering the inventory
• Spearheading in fixing the process measurable for Materials department, leading the team to implement TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance) and Lean initiatives in the Materials area

Vinay Kumar Bachhawat: FCA, DISA, B.COM
