• At LMW Textile Spinning Machines: He increased the Top line from Rs 350Cr to Rs 2000Cr; At LMW CNC machine tools he turned around a loss making enterprise of Rs 45Cr sales to a

profitable enterprise with Rs 125Cr Sales in two years. He has long stints in Senior positions with Eicher Motors and Royal Enfield

• He has Successfully Implemented Lean Manufacturing or Toyota Production System (EI, TQM, TPM & JIT) at Eicher-Mitsubishi, Royal Enfield Motors, Eicher tractors and LMW and achieved

400% increase in productivity, 10X improvements in defects and 50% cost reduction.

• In the sphere of R&D he was instrumental in transforming and reducing the product development time by 50% i.e. from 7 years to 3 years

• He is also an Executive Coach and Trainer and a CII Senior Assessor evaluating leading Indian organizations for EFQM Business Excellence Award.

He brings over 30 years of experience in the Machine tool segment, the Automotive corporate and the consultancy segment. He specializes in supporting the clients in the development of the

Special Purpose Machines and Automations to the customer specific requirements for both Manufacturing and process industries. He also specializes in the Industry best practices specially in the

Lean manufacturing systems and management which include the Integrated Management System.

• He has been a part of various engagements which includes.

• Design of Special Purpose Machines for the metal cutting applications to customer specific requirement . ( Machine tool Industry work experience).

• Design development and project execution of the metal cutting Special Purpose Machines useful to machine the brass metal inserts of the Tire tube valves.

• Part of the core team in Quality Management Systems with the area of responsibility in the preparation of APQP ( Advance Product Quality Planning), PAP ( Production part Approval

Process), FMEA ( Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) both for Design as well as Process, and part of the team to conduct Inter Quality Audits in compliance with ISOTS 16949.

Anantharam brings over 32 years of experience in automotive corporate and consultancy service. His specialization is in Materials purchasing process, Supply Chain Management for outsourced

items, departmental continual improvement of material handling process leading to improvement in movement, lead time reduction, maximum inventory turnover and lowering inventory levels.

He has been a part of various engagements which including.

• Material movement, layout planning, Fixing of material levels and maintaining the stock, spearheading of Supply Chain Management for outsourced items

• Spearheading the Materials team in the continual improvement of the material handling process leading to the improvement in the movement, handling, lead time reduction, maximum

inventory turns over and lowering the inventory

• Spearheading in fixing the process measurable for Materials department, leading the team to implement TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance) and Lean initiatives in the Materials area

• Engineering services in the field of Material Management

Vinay Kumar Bachhawat: FCA, DISA, B.COM

He specializes in Risk Based Audit approach and provides deep insights to the management in setting up of a strong function. He has serviced clients across various industries including Banking &

Financial Services, BPO, KPO, Manufacturing and Retail segments. Having started a career in Finance , he moved over to Risk Management.

• Senior Manager Risk Management in Securities Services with Standard Chartered Bank Scope International where he pioneered the Risk Management function and enabled process

migration of high risk and complex activities migration to India, he led the implementation of 6S in his department, Design and Implemented a Capacity Management tool, KCSAs, KPIs and

developed an emailing tool for which he was awarded a coveted award from the CEO of Scope International and this tool was rolled out across various locations in SCB.

• As Senior Manager Operations Control for the Asia-Pacific region in RBC Investor Services, he was involved in successfully setting up the Operations Control function across APAC,
