The call aims to co-fund transnational projects to prevent, inform about and combat violence against women, young people and children linked to harmful practices

Legal status: Applicants and partners must be legally constituted public or private organisations, or international organisations. Non - profit: The applicant must be non – profit oriented. This will be assessed on the basis of the statutes of the organisation, in particular whether those allow for the possibility to distribute profit to members/shareholders. Bodies and organisations which are profit - oriented shall have access to grants only as partners.

This call will fund activities on: • mutual learning, exchange of good practices, cooperation activities; • awareness -raising, information, dissemination activities. Projects must take a child centred approach and/or a gender - sensitive approach depending on the end beneficiary target group. The projects should be multi - agency and where service delivery involves government authorities they should include formal government engagement for each participating country. This will be taken into account when evaluating the quality of proposals.

In order to be eligible for a grant, the applicant must: • be a legal entity, public or private. Such organisation can be: -non-profit organisation, association, NGOs; -public body at local, regional or national level; -university, foundation • be registered in one of the 28 Member States

Creșterea conștientizării și promovarea atitudinii pozitive față de cultura antreprenorială; Implementarea de programe și servicii inovatoare pentru încurajarea antreprenoriatului și dezvoltarea culturii antreprenoriale; Încurajarea antreprenoriatului prin servicii de sprijin pentru inițierea unei afaceri.

Furnizare cursuri de calificare si recalificare a angajaților; Acordare de sprijin și stimulente angajaților în vederea participarii la FPC; Sprijinirea angajaților pentru validarea cunostințelor dobândite anterior; Acordare de facilitati pentru persoanele „greu de motivat” (adultii necalificați sau cu un nivel scazut de calificare).

În cadrul acestei cereri de propuneri de proiecte, solicitanți eligibili sunt: 1.Furnizori de FPC autorizaţi, publici şi privaţi; 2.Centre autorizate de Evaluare şi Certificare a competenţelor profesionale; 3.ONG-uri ; 4.Organizaţii sindicale şi patronate; 5.Asociaţii profesionale, camere de comerţ şi industrie.

Activităţi eligibile În conformitate cu prevederile Documentului Cadru de Implementare a POSDRU 2007-2013, în cadrul acestei cereri de propuneri de proiecte sunt eligibile următoarele categorii de activități: 1.Sprijinirea angajaţilor în vederea participării la FPC pentru obţinerea unei calificări sau pentru creşterea nivelului de calificare (respectiv trecerea de la un nivel de calificare la un alt nivel superior), inclusiv asigurarea costurilor de transp ort, hrană pe durata desfăşurării formării, stimulente menite să îmbunătăţească participarea eficientă a angajaţilor la FPC prin finanţarea bazată pe
