An innovative carriage The era o li eless and always chaotic workshops is over once and or all. Today workshops should betidy, and the look o equipment and a pleasant atmosphere in the work environment play an ever moreimportant role. A model example o this new generation is Eu oPLUS , the carriage o modern design,recognizable by so t and clear lines. Its round edges prevent injuries in the event o accidental collisionsand represent an additional sa ety eature or the carriage as well as the environment. A number o in-novative solutions and the use o top-quality materials make it a multipurpose product, which will ul lthe expectations o even the most demanding users.

The lockis positioned inside the frame, withinthe outside edges of the carriage. Thus, wheninserted, the key cannot be damaged and due to

its flexibility it does not cause obstructions whenhandling the carriage.

Pull-out shelf (290 x 350 mm) can be used tosupport documents or other items. When notneeded it can be simply pushed back in. Load

capacity is 10 kg.

The plastic platehas a special design, makingthe work surface 20 % larger. It is also recessedby 10 mm so that small parts do not accidentallyroll off the carriage. The plate also features threestorage recesses.

New 400 mm ball-bearing slidesare of higher quality compared to standard models.This means load capacity increased by 10%,while the drawer still runs smoothly andalmost inaudibly. Drawers can be taken outeasily with a simple push of the plasticsafety buttons.

Carriage cornersare strengthened by anti-shock rubber protectors, protecting the carriageand the environment from damage.

Perforated sheet steel on the side wallsis a convenient place to hang tools and otheraccessories.

Side walls havewaste baskets.

The carriage islacquer coatedto enable a firmgrip and resist rusting. Metal parts of the carriageare doubly protected byecological coating with cadmium and lead free colour. The basicblue colour (RAL 5015), combined with grey (RAL7036) gives the carriage an attractive and distin-guishable look.

Durable 125 mm diameter wheelswith asafety brake enable mobility and stability, evenif rolled fully loaded over a cable. Proper rollingstability is very useful especially on unevenworkshop floors or in the yard.

Safely stored A special eature o the Eu oMASTEr carriage is slide cover plates with a locking system.Underneath them is a large storage sur ace, suitable or storing larger tools. The closedcover plates are simultaneously a use ul work sur ace, since each part o the cover has aload capacity o 80 kg. Just underneath the cover plates is a handy slide drawer and whenthe covers are slid to the side we get a large, well-organised space or putting down tools.

Besides the basic Eu oMASTEr model, two other models with one or two shelves in the

middle are available. The carriage coveris made of two parts witha load capacity of 80 kg each when closed, and32 kg when open.

Order both inside and out Di erent areas o work require di erent workshop equipment, but all have one thing incommon: there is never enough storage room. There ore Unior has developed a modulartool chest system that can be adapted to ft the requirements o the room and the user. The chests can be combined with other Unior equipment put the chest onto a carriageand you get a real mobile tool cabinet!

The lockis placed on the front side of the coverso that, when inserted, they key causes no ob-struction when closing the drawers.

250 and 400 mmball-bearing slidesare of higherquality compared to standard models and enablehigher load capacity, while the drawer still runssmoothly and almost inaudibly. The drawers can betaken out easily with a simple push of the plasticsafety buttons.

The large, 5-compartment chest, comes withthe possibility of adding 100 mm diameterwheels (model938/5M). This model is alsoequipped with a useful handle for easier ma-noeuvring of the chest.

The chest can be moved with the help of ovalhandles, positioned at the sides. They are ergo-nomically designed and are installed inside thechest frame, causing no obstructions to objects orpersons in the surroundings.

Large tool chestscome with7 or 8 drawers, available in twodifferent heights. The module is665 mm wide.

Tool chestwith a door has twolow drawers and a large storagespace, suitable for bigger tools. Itis fairly narrow, so it does not takeup much space.

The 390 mm highcabinet can beadded under the bench work top.It is suitable for storing larger workpieces and tools.

Adding a4 drawer chestwill notreduce the work surface becauseit can be placed under the benchwork top.

Legsupport can be added to thebench when modules underneathare not needed. The support canendure heavy static and dynamicloads, making the bench robustand durable.
