2. Prezentarea detaliata a contextului intercultural
3. Analiza detaliata a managementului resurslor umane in context international / intercultural (gestiunea aspectelor legate de personalul expatriat: selectia, recrutarea, motivarea, insotirea, repatrierea expatriatului; gestiunea aspectelor legate de munca in echipe multiculturale, comunicare, rezolvarea conflictelor)
