Capitolul 3 prezint clasificarea, condiiile impuse i construcia sistemelor de frnare.

All road vehicles are equipped with a braking system that is tailored depending on the type and destination, serving to reduce speed or stop the car in the shortest possible time. It is of particular importance for the safe conduct of the movement.Made up of five chapters, the project presents the braking systems until now. However, the emphasis is on the technical conditions for checking the brake performance and efficiency of its vehicles by testing.Chapter 2 presents general considerations concerning the testing of vehicles, including concepts and definitions, classification tests, which are presented on the stand of sample tests and road tests.Chapter 3 presents the classification, construction conditions and braking systems. Here are presented and rod drive mechanisms of the braking system and additional braking systems. In chapter 4 experimental research including brake tests of a sample vehicle bench where he used two sets of tires, new and used at different working pressures. Also in Chapter 4 are classified also road tests based on emphasizing the performance of this system. The test results were surprising, on the development of vehicle brake performance tried the variation of tire pressure. The last chapter presents the personal contributions used for the project, the conclusions that emerged from the work on the study, while suggesting some future directions of development.
