Stalpii au 60x95 cm la baza si ajung la 60x60 la partea superioara.Placa de 12 cm din beton usor reazema pe grinzi precomprimate de pana la 14,40 m deschidere la 3,00 m interax si 45 cm inaltime.Etaje 1-13: tub perimetral continuu;Etaje 14-43: 4 cadre perimetrale legate cu grinzi Vierendeel, care creaza efect de tub si sustin consolele de 7.50mEtaje 44-60: 4 cadre Vierendeel, cu retrageri de 3,00 m la et. 48 si 56.

In timpul proiectarii conceptuale au fost studiate 3 sisteme structurale: outrigger cu
centuri, sistem diagrid si sistemul mega stalpi cu mega contravantuiri.
Sistemul diagrid s-a dovedit cel mai avantajos tehnico-economic.
