DUTIES AT SEA-Maintaining the accommodation of the ship (cabins,laundry and messroom.)Maintain clean and tidy in crew and diver's launches in entired accommodation area as well,set up the tables and meals service(breakfast,lunch and dinner),encharged with supply and inventory .Organize station,ensure that guest requests, beverages, condiments etc. are promptly fulfilled.Open and serve wine,water and champagne. Prepare the cocktails.Prepares a good mise-en-place to ensure that my station is ready when guests arrive.Provides personalized service (remembers guests names and preferences). Assists guest in ordering by describing the menu. Takes guest orders, obtains orders from the galley and ensures prompt delivery to guest. Maintain clean and in order in dinning room,set up and meals service(breakfast,lunch and dinner),ready to pull the chair for the ladies when guest arrive and depart.Serve beverages.Silver service and polish. Responsible for a station of 8-12 stateroom.Provide personal assistance to guests and aim to exceed their expectations.In ambarcation day escort guests to their stateroom,carry their hand baggage and explain stateroom amenities and layout.On the first evening of the cruise ,after greeting my guests on the station explain the service I will provide including my duty hours.Take care of guests laundry requests,taking it to and from the laundry and presents laundry bill to the guests.Striping and recovering of beds as per schedule and standards,change towels twice daily and replenish bathroom supplies.Pick up

glasses,china,cutlery,,tray’s,etc. when left in staterooms by guest’s.Bring these to designated washing facilities area.Empty wastebaskets ,vacuum and scrub floors,clean shower,sinks and toilet boils.Clean the walls,ceiling and windows,including mirrors,draperies,carpets and room accessories,polish the brass and other metals. general cleaning in all the guests cabins,helping chief stewardess to make the necessary list for guests and crew and making the inventory,receive the provisions when the chief stewardess is busy.making laundry service(washing & ironing) when was necessary.Report for duty on assigned times following my superiors instructions in line with the  Company’s Rules and Regulations. Report and folow up all defective equipments,fixtures and supplies.
