    Ediia 2014 a Concursului Enescu (1-27 septembrie) a transformat timp de trei sptmni Bucuretiul i Romnia ntr-o platform pentru tinerii artiti talentai care vor s i fac intrarea pe scena internaional.

    CE aU CTIGAT TINERII ARTITI?

    O COMPETIIE CU GREUTATE, ORGANIZAT LA CELE MAI NALTE STANDARDE INTERNAIONaLE

    Singura competiie de muzic clasic din Romnia recunoscut de Organizaia Festivalurilor Internaionale i una din cele mai provocatoare i mai dificile pentru tinerii artiti. Patru seciuni de concurs: Vioar, Violoncel, Pian i Compoziie. Peste 40 de concerte i recitaluri. Juriu format din 25 dintre cei mai consacrai muzicieni din lume i din Romnia.

    Nivelul Concursului din 2014 a fost fr ndoial mai ridicat dect cel al ediiei din 2011, att prin calitatea juriului, ct i prin faptul c am avut nite artiti finaliti extrem de bine pregtii i de talentai. Alan Weiss (SUA), membru n juriu la Seciunea Pian, considerat ca fiind

    unul dintre cei mai de seam pianiti ai generaiei sale.

    Ediia 2014 a Concursului Enescu a fost pur i simplu perfect. Augustin Len Ara (Spania), membru n juriu la Seciunea Vioar,

    unul dintre cei mai apreciai profesori i soliti la nivel internaional.

    Concursul internaional de vioar George Enescu se situeaz astzi n prima lig a concursurilor din lume i concureaz, ca importan, cu Indianapolis (SUA), Jacques Thibaud (Frana), Wieniawski (Poznan-Polonia) i Kreisler (Austria). Florin Croitoru (Romnia), membru n juriu la Seciunea Vioar, solist i pedagog, apreciat ca unul dintre cei

    mai distini violoniti romni.

    CONECTIVITATE I VIZIBILITATE

    Manageri de top din muzica clasic internaional, direct conectai la eveniment; Public larg i de specialitate la Semifinale i la Galele Finale; Trei dirijori din Japonia, Romnia i Germania au dirijat recitalurile finalitilor, alturi de Orchestra Filarmonicii George Enescu; Transmisii live pe site-ul Festivalului i Concursului Enescu urmrite din ntreaga lume; transmisii live n faa Ateneului Romn; Campanie dedicat social media Souls of Enescu , cronici ale semifinalelor i finalelor pe site-ul Festivalului, flux continuu de tiri cu focus pe tinerii artiti participani.

Peste 1.800 de materiale generate n media naional, 221 de postri pe bloguri, Facebook community 34.000 de persoane (n continu cretere), vrf de reach al campaniei social media - 45.648 de persoane; Peste 64.000 de vizitatori unici pe site-ul festivalenescu.ro n timpul Concursului; cu accesare din ntreaga lume: 55% din Romnia i 45% din strintate (6,27% din Germania, 5.80% din USA, 3.98% din Japonia etc.)

    Urmtoarea ediie a Concursului Enescu are loc ntre 3 i 25 septembrie 2016, la Ateneul Romn i la Universitatea Naional de Muzic din Bucureti; Patru seciuni de Concurs vor fi dedicate celor trei cele mai importante instrumente solistice, precum i compoziiei: Vioar, Violoncel, Pian i Compoziie; Artiti de marc vor face parte din juriul internaional: Peter Donohoe Preedintele juriului de pian, Natalia Gutmann i Arto Noras (Seciunea Violoncel), Peter Ruzicka (Seciunea Compoziie), aclamata violonist de origine romn Silvia Marcovici i singurul romn angajat vreodat al Academiei Regale de Muzic din Londra, violonistul Remus Azoiei (Seciunea Vioar); Multiple oportuniti extraordinare de promovare i de lansare n carier pentru tinerii artiti; Alturi de tinerii artiti, vor susine recitaluri i membri ai juriilor internaionale, muzicieni-reper n muzica clasic internaional de astzi: Peter Donohoe pian (22 septembrie), Pierre Amoyal vioar (16 septembrie); Detalii n timp real pe www.festivalenescu.ro i pe pagina de Facebook a Festivalului i Concursului Enescu: George Enescu Festival.

    Concursul Internaional George Enescu seciunile Violoncel, Compoziie, Vioar i Pian este deschis tuturor participanilor, fr deosebire de cetenie, nscui dup data de 1 august 1983.Nu se acord nici o derogare de la aceste limite de vrst.Concursul are o etap de preselecie care se va desfura n perioada 15 30 iunie 2016.

    Pn la data de 1 iunie 2016 candidaii se vor putea nscrie online, pe site-ul competiiei: www.festivalenescu.ro/competition/apply.

    Aplicaia va consta n completarea unui formular care va conine urmtoarele documente:

    Copie a certificatului de natere Scurt prezentare (data naterii, studii, concursuri, recitaluri, premii) Dou fotografii recente color (6 cm x 9 cm) O recomandare a unui profesor cunoscut Confirmarea achitrii taxei de participare O nregistrare video reprezentativ de maximum 5 minute.

    Fiecare candidat va primi confirmarea sau refuzul, respectiv invitaia oficial de participare (unde este cazul) pn la data de 15 iulie 2016.

    Semnarea buletinului de nscriere la Concurs oblig fiecare candidat s accepte prevederile actualului regulament. Candidatul trebuie s fie liber de orice obligaii n timpul desfurrii Concursului.

    2 TAXA DE PARTICIPARE

    Taxa de participare la Concursul Internaional de pian, vioar i violon-cel George Enescu este de 100 Euro. Pentru concursul de compoziie taxa de participare este de 50 Euro/lucrare.

    Taxa de participare nu se returneaz n cazul neprezentrii, retragerii sau eliminrii n etapa de preselecie.

    3 CONDIII DE PARTICIPARE

    Costurile de transport sunt n sarcina candidatului.Pe perioada participrii n Concurs, organizatorii asigur gratuit cazarea n hotel a candidailor.Camerele vor fi puse la dispoziia candidailor cu o zi nainte de tragerea la sori a fiecrei seciuni a Concursului.Fiecare candidat va trebui s se prezinte la Secretariatul Concursului cu o zi nainte de tragerea la sori.

    4 PRESELECIa CONCURENILOR

    Va fi organizat n perioada 15 - 30 iunie 2016. Preselecia va fi asigurat de juriul de specialitate al Concursului.Rezultatele vor fi anunate pe site-ul Concursuluiwww.festivalenescu.ro/competition pn la data de 10 iulie 2016. Pentru fiecare seciune vor rmne 48 de concureni. Dup anunarea rezultatelor, concurenii vor primi din partea Comitetului de organizare confirmarea oficial de participare la concurs.

    6 JURIUL

    Juriul i desfoar activitatea dup Regulamentul Concursului,respectnd spiritul Statutului Federaiei Mondiale a ConcursurilorMuzicale Internaionale.Juriul decide ctigtorii pentru fiecare seciune a Concursului.Juriul i rezerv dreptul de a nu acorda premii; deciziile juriului sunt definitive. n caz de paritate de opinii, decizia preedintelui este hotrtoare.Pe durata participrii n Concurs, candidailor le este interzis s-i con-tacteze pe membrii juriului.

    5 TRAGEREA LA SORI

    Tragerea la sori se va desfura cu o zi nainte de etapa I a fiecrei seciuni de concurs, n prezena unui membru al Comitetului deOrganizare al Concursului i va stabili ordinea intrrii n Concurs.Ordinea tragerii la sori poate fi modificat, n caz de for major, doar de Comitetul de Organizare al Concursului.n cazul n care, n momentul tragerii la sori, din motive independente de voina lor, unul sau mai muli candidai sunt abseni, acetia vor fi programai n ordine alfabetic, n ultima zi a primei etape de Concurs.

    7 REPETIIILE

    La solicitarea candidailor Seciunilor Vioar i Violoncel aleConcursului Internaional George Enescu, organizatorii vor pune gratuit la dispoziia acestora cte un acompaniator. Solicitarea va fi trecut n buletinul de nscriere. n acest caz, fiecare candidat va avea la dispoziie dou ore de repetiii cu pian pentru pregtirea fiecrei etape.Repetiiile suplimentare stabilite de comun acord cu organizatorii vor putea fi solicitate contra cost. O or suplimentar de repetiie cost 50 Euro.Candidaii care sunt nsoii de un pianist acompaniator personal vor specifica n Buletinul de nscriere numele i datele de contact ale aces-tuia. Cheltuielile de transport i cazare ale acompaniatorului personal vor fi suportate de ctre candidat.

    8 PREMIILE

    Juriul decide premiile care se vor acorda la fiecare seciune aConcursului.Juriul i rezerv dreptul de a nu acorda unul sau mai multe premii.Premiile acordate la fiecare seciune a concursului sunt indivizibile. Nu se acord nicio derogare de la aceast regul.Premiul I se va intitula Marele premiu al Concursului Internaional George Enescu.Valoarea premiilor pentru fiecare seciune de interpretare a Concursu-lui Internaional George Enescu ediia 2016 este:

    Pentru seciunea Compoziie a Concursului Internaional George Enescu - ediia 2016 se acord urmtoarele premii :Premiul pentru seciunea de muzic simfonic - 10.000 Euro Premiul pentru seciunea muzic de camer - 7.000 Euro

    Semifinalitilor i finalitilor Concursului, juriul le mai poate acorda:- premiul pentru cel mai bun acompaniator strin al Sonatelor pentru vioar i pian de George Enescu n valoare de 4.000 Euro.- premiul pentru cel mai bun acompaniator strin al Sonatei n fa minor pentru violoncel i pian de George Enescu n valoare de 4.000 Euro. - premii din partea partenerilor i sponsorilor.- serie de concerte organizate n cadrul stagiunii de concerte a filarmo-nicilor din Romania.- Concert organizat n cadrul Festivalului i Concursului Internaional George Enescu (2017 / 2018)

    Premiile pot fi cumulate.Organizatorii Concursului Internaional George Enescu i rezerv dreptul de a televiza, radiodifuza, fotografia, filma i nregistra pe su-port audio-video toate interpretrile din cadrul etapelor Concursului, inclusiv concertul final. n aceast situaie, candidaii nu beneficiaz de onorarii.Premiile vor fi anunate dup terminarea etapei finale a fiecrei seciuni.

    VIOLONCEL

    1 CaLENdaRUL CONCURSULUI

    Concursul de Violoncel are dou etape eliminatorii, semifinala i finala concertul cu orchestr.Tragerea la sori se va desfura n data de 3 septembrie 2016Etapa I (eliminatorie) se va desfura n zilele de 4, 5 i 6 septembrie 2016. Durata programului: aprox. 25 de minute.Etapa a II-a (eliminatorie) se va desfura n 8 i 9 septembrie 2016.Durata programului: aprox. 40 minute.Semifinala se va desfura n data de 11 septembrie 2016.Durata programului: aprox. 40 minute.Repetiia cu orchestr pentru etapa final a Concursului va avea loc n data de 12 septembrie 2016.Finala concursului, concertul cu orchestra, se va desfura n data de 13 septembrie 2016.Rezultatele fiecrei etape vor fi anunate de ctre Secretariatul Concursului la finalul acesteia, imediat dup deliberarea juriului.

    2 REPERTORIUL CONCURSULUI

    Programul prezentat de candidat n Buletinul de nscriere n concurs rmne definitiv i nu poate fi modificat.Fiecare candidat i stabilete ordinea de prezentare a lucrrilor din pro-gramul fiecrei etape.Toate lucrrile vor fi interpretate din memorie, cu excepia sonatelor cu pian i a lucrrilor compuse de George Enescu.

    Un concert aparinnd unuia dintre compozitorii: Dvorak, Elgar, Prokofiev (Simfonia concertant n mi minor op. 125), ostakovici (Concertul nr. 1), Enescu (Simfonia concertant op. 8)

    1. O lucrare, la alegerea candidatului, dintre:- Schubert: Sonata Arpeggione- Mendelssohn Bartholdy: Sonata op. 58 nr. 2 n Re Major 2.     Concursul de vioar are dou etape eliminatorii, semifinala i finala concertul cu orchestr.Tragerea la sori se va desfura n data de 9 septembrie 2016.Etapa I (eliminatorie) se va desfura n zilele de 10, 11 i 12 septembrie 2016. Durata programului: aprox. 25 minute.Etapa a II-a (eliminatorie) se va desfura n zilele de 14 i 15 septembrie 2016. Durata programului: aprox. 50 minute.Semifinala se va desfura n data de 17 septembrie 2016.Durata programului: aprox. 50 minute.Repetiia cu orchestr pentru etapa final a Concursului va avea loc n data de 18 septembrie 2016.Finala Concursului, concertul cu orchestr, se va desfura n data de 19 septembrie 2016.Rezultatele fiecrei etape vor fi anunate de ctre SecretariatulConcursului la finalul acesteia, imediat dup deliberarea juriului.

    2 REPERTORIUL CONCURSULUI

Mozart: partea I cu caden a unuia dintre Concertele pentru vioar i orchestr nr. 3, 4 sau 53. Paganini: un Capriciu la alegerea candidatului

    Un concert pentru vioar i orchestr, la alegere, aparinnd urmtorilor compozitori:Beethoven, Mendelssohn-Bartholdy, Paganini, Brahms, Ceaikovski, Sibelius, Prokofiev, Sostakovici (Concertul nr. 1), Lalo (Simfonia Spaniol), Bruch, Haciaturian, Dvorak, Elgar, Vieuxtemps (Concertul nr. 5), Bartk.

    Finala (cu orchestr)

    Etapa a II-a

    1.     Concursul de pian are dou etape eliminatorii, semifinala i finala concert cu orchestra.Tragerea la sori se va desfura n data de 15 septembrie 2016.Etapa I (eliminatorie) se va desfura n zilele de 16, 17 i 18 septembrie 2016. Durata programului: aprox. 20 minute.Etapa a II-a (eliminatorie) se va desfura n 20 i 21 septembrie 2016. Durata programului: aprox. 50 minute.Semifinala se va desfura n data de 23 septembrie 2016. Durataprogramului aprox. 40 minute.Repetiia cu orchestr pentru etapa final a Concursului va avea loc n data de 24 septembrie 2016.Finala concursului, concertul cu orchestra, se va desfura n data de 25 septembrie 2016.Rezultatele fiecrei etape vor fi anunate de ctre Secretariatul Concur-sului la finalul acesteia, imediat dup deliberarea juriului.

    1. O sonat de Beethoven la alegerea candidatului (cu excepia op. 10/1, op. 14/1, op. 14/2, op. 49/1, op. 49/2, op. 78, op. 90, op.106) 2. O lucrare la alegerea candidatului a unui compozitor al secolului XX dintre: Rahmaninov, Prokofiev, Scriabin, Debussy, Ravel, Bartk, Jan-acek etc. (cu excepia studiilor de Rahmaninov i Scriabin)

    The 2016 George Enescu International Competition for Cello,Composition, Violin and Piano is open to participants of all nationalities, born after August 1st, 1983. No exception to this age limit is accepted.The competition starts with a pre-selection round that will take place from June 15 to 30, 2016.

    The application form can be uploaded on the website:www.festivalenescu.ro/competition/apply.The deadline is 1st of June 2016.

    The application shall include:

    Copy of birth certificate/ID/Passport Short biography (date birth, studies, competitions, recitals, awards) Two recent color photos (6 cm x 9 cm) Letter of recommendation from an outstanding professor Bank receipt certifying the payment of the participation fee A representative video recording (5 minutes)

    2 PARTICIPATION FEE

    The participation fee for the Cello, Violin and Piano Competitions is in amount of 100 Euro. The participation fee for the Composition Competition is in amount of 50 Euro/work.

    3 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

    The competitors will travel at their own expense.The organizers provide free hotel accommodation for the competitors while they are still engaged in the competition.Rooms will be available one day before the drawing of lots associated to each Competition.Each competitor shall register with the Secretariat one day before the drawing of lots.

    4 REHEARSALS AND PRACTICE

    The preselection process will be from 15 to 30 June 2016.The preselection will be provided by the expert jury of the competition.The results will be announced on the websitewww.festivalenescu.ro/competition until 10 July 2016.After announcing the results, competitors will receive the officialconfirmation of the Organizing Committee of the Competition.

    6 THE JURY

    The Jurys activity is based on the Competition Rules, following the instructions of the Statute of World Federation of Musical International Competitions.The Jury decides the prize winners of each Competition.The Jury reserves the right not to award a prize; its decisions are final.In case of parity of opinions, the president of the jury takes the final decision.Any contact between the jury members and competitors still actively involved in the competition is forbidden.

    7 REHEARSALS AND PRACTICE

    For the Violin and Cello Competition, an official accompanist will be at the disposal of the competitors if such request is specified in their application form.In this case, each competitor is entitled to rehearse for two hours with the accompanist, for each round. Additional rehearsal time may be asked for and will be paid by the competitor. One hour of additional rehearsal costs 50 Euro.Competitors who bring their own accompanist must state their full name and contact details in the registration form. The accompanists transport and accommodation costs are supported by the competitor.

    5 THE DRAWING OF LOTS

    The drawing of lots will establish the order of playing in the competition and it will take place one day before the First Round of eachcompetition, in presence of one member of the Competition Board.In case of an extreme situation, only the Competition Board is entitled to change the order of playing.If one or more competitors will not be present at the draw due to anunexpected situation, they will be scheduled by the Competition Board in alphabetical order in the last day of the First Round of eachCompetition.

    To the semifinalists and finalists of the George Enescu International Competition the jury may award the following prizes:

    - A prize in amount of 4.000 euro for the best foreign accompanist of the violin and piano Sonatas composed by George Enescu;- A prize in amount of 4.000 euro for the best foreign accompanist of the cello and piano Sonata in f minor composed by George Enescu;- Prizes from partners and sponsors;- Series of concerts with the Romanian Philharmonics;- Concert during the George Enescu Festival and Competition (2017/2018). - Prizes may be cumulated.

    The organizers of the George Enescu International Competition reserves the copyrights for all TV and Radio broadcasting, photographs, filming and recording of all the performances within the rounds of the Competition, including the final concert. In this situation, the competi-tors will not receive any special fees.

    Awards will be announced after the Final Round of each section of the George Enescu International Competition.
