PROJECT

BUSINESS FORUM ON TEXTILE AND LEATHER/FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY FOR THE BALKAN COUNTRIES – SARAJEVO 2007

I DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The Project is composed of two components such as: 1.1. Business Forum titled „How to prepare industry of textile, leather and footwear of the

Balkan countries for the access to the EU market“. This Forum should give right directions to the companies within production of textile, leather and footwear how to prepare and overcome all difficulties in relation to the EU market. During the Forum, companies members of the chambers of Romania and Bulgaria whose countries become the EU members in January 2007, will try to explain and present all essential problems they experienced related to the EU market so as the manner how to approach this market. In cooperation with the Liaison Office an international experts (from Germany) within this field will give lectures and the Chambers in BiH will prepare introductory addresses and the Forum conclusions.. The Agenda will be defined by the working group in charge for all activities in relation to the Project along with the consultations of other ABC Chamber members.

1.2. Organization of the Presentation of the Balkan companies The exhibition will be titled as the BALKAN FASHION. It will be organized in the same premises as the Forum. It will last three days. It will be organized in the period October 22-24, 2007. Enclosed:

POSLOVNI FORUM „ KAKO PRIPREMITI INDUSTRIJU TEKSTILA, KOŽE I OBUĆE BALKANSKIH ZEMALJA ZA IZLAZAK NA TRŽIŠTE EU“

Ciljevi: Ovaj Forum bi trebao dati smjernice kompanijama iz Regiona koje se bave proizvodnjom tekstila, kože i obuće kako da se pripreme i najlakše prevaziđu teškoće vezane za tržište EU. Tijekom rada kompanije iz Privrednih komora Rumunije i Bugarske čije su zemlje postale članicama EU od 2007.god. bi pokušale što kvalitetnije približiti i objasniti suštinske probleme vezane za tržište EU kao i način kako se pripremiti za izlazak na isto. Tokom Foruma organiziraće se bilateralni razgovori preduzeća kao i prezentacija proizvoda kompanija iz oblasti tekstilne i industrije kože i obuće koje uzmu učešće na Forumu. Sem toga, organiziraće se pres konferencije i štampati odgovarajući promotivni materijali koji će predstaviti sve zemlje/komore/kompanije. Potrebno je da preduzeća, zainteresirana za učešće na Forumu i prezentaciji, popune priloženi obrazac i dostave na naznačenu adresu najkasnije do 17.09.2007. godine. Organizatori
