Biemmedue S.p.A., founded in 1979, is the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of space heaters, professional dehumidifiers, and industrial cleaning machines. CONSTRUCTII SI EVENIMENTEThis family includes mobile space heaters for temporary mobile or emergency heating, outdoors or indoors, at a relatively low price and, most important, without need of installation.These heaters are easy to handle and move, sturdy, reliable, and flexible, making them perfect for the building sector (yards, construction projects, etc.) and in temporary structures or shelters (tents, tensile structures, etc.).These are generally single-fuel-fired products (diesel or gas) with wheels and/or handles, and fit with accessories for a wide variety of applications.This family includes:

FIRE: diesel-fuelled, with integrated burner, heating by radiation. These models are characterised by the absence of moving air: the flame generated by the burner heats the parabola, which, thanks to its high temperature, stops and burns all combustion residues, guaranteeing clean combustion and 100% efficiency. They are used for heating very large spaces (warehouses, industrial sheds, yards, open spaces, etc.) or where suspended dust particles must be avoided.

GE: diesel-fuelled, with integrated burner, heating by direct combustion. Combustion residues are expelled with the hot air produced by the generator and contribute to its heating, making these heaters 100% efficient, i.e., they transform all of nominal input power into generated thermal power. They are the most economical models, including with regard to operation. On the other hand, they can be used only in ventilated rooms.

Aceasta familie include generatoare de aer cald mobile pentru incalzire interioara sau exterioara, temporara sau de urgenta, avand preturi accesibile sineavand nevoie de instalare. Datorita manevrabilitatii, mobilitatii, fiabilitatii si flexibilitatii acestea sunt perfecte pentru sectorul constructiilor (santiere, cladiri, etc.) precum si pentru structuri sau adaposturi temporare (corturi, structuri intinse, etc.). Aceste produse sunt de obicei mono combustibile (motorina sau gaz) dotate cu roti si maner si pot fi echipate cu diverse accesorii pentru a face fata unei game foarte mare de aplicatii.Din aceasta gama fac parte:

FIRE: alimentat cu motorina, cuarzator integrat, incalzire prin radiatii. Caracteristica ce distinge acest model este lipsa miscarii aerului: flacara generata de arzatorincalzeste parabola care datorita temperaturii ridicate opreste si arde toate reziduurile combustiei,garantand o combustie curata siun randament de 100%. Aceste generatoare pot fi utilizate pentruincalzirea spatiilor foarte mari (depozite, hale industriale, santiere,spatii deschise, etc.) sau in locuri unde particulele de praf suspendate trebuie evitate.

G E : alimentate cu motorina, arzator integrat si ardere directa: reziduurile combustiei sunt evacuate odata cu aerul cald produs de generator si contribuie laincalzirea acestuia, din acest motivacest generator are un randamentde 100%, transformand toata puterea nominala a arzatorului inputere masurata. Acestea sunt cele mai economice modele, chiarsi in ceea ce priveste functionarea.Pe de alta parte acestea pot fi utilizate numai in spatii bine ventilate.

JUMBO e JUMBO SCUDO: heating by indirect combustion. These large units for high-volume spaces can install an external burner running on diesel, LPG, or methane, and can be fit with an axial or a centrifugal fan which, in addition to being very quiet, ensures greater pressure, a feature recommended for installations with ducts.

GP: powered by high-pressure (1.5 bar) LPG, with integrated burner and direct combustion. There are two versions: with flame manual start (M) by piezoelectric, and au-tomatic start (A) with a control unit that connects to a thermostat that controls starting and stopping. They are usually connected to LPG tanks, which makes them easy to handle and very economical.

EC e PHOEN: diesel-fuelled, with integrated (EC) and separate (PHOEN) burner from ventilator. Heating by indirect combustion with a heat exchanger that expels fumes through a chimney connected to the outside. Therefore, they can be operated in closed rooms. On the other hand, they have higher cost and efficiency of about 90% due to the heat lost through the chimney.

O parte din caldura se pierde prin cosul de evacuare.

J U M B O si J U M B O SCUDO :cu ardere indirecta, utilajede mari dimensiuni pentru spatii mai voluminoase, pot fi echipatecu arzator extern pe motorina, GPL sau gaz metan si pot fi dotate cu un ventilator axial sau centrifugal care il face mult mai silentios si asigura un debit mai mare de aer. Se recomanda utilizarea acestora cu tuburi flexibile.

GP: alimentate cu GPL de inalta presiune (1,5 bar), cu arzator integrat si combustie directa. Sunt disponibile in douaversiuni: cu pornire manuala (M) si electrod piezoelectric si cu aprindere automata (A), gratieunui panou de control conectabilla un termostat care permite pornirea si oprirea automata a utilajului. De obicei sunt conectatela butelii de GPL, ceea ce le faceusor de manipulat si economiceinexploatare.

EK: these have a structure similar to GP models, but run on elec-tricity. Instead of the burner they have electrical resistors that heat the air conveyed by the fan. This characteristic makes them suit-able under all conditions, even in closed rooms. On the other hand, they have limited thermal power and are generally used where low-cost electrical energy is available.

IK,OK: powered by electricity like EK models. These have no moving air because heating is generated by radiation. Ideal for localized and precise heating.

E K : structura similara cu ce-a amodelelor GP, alimentate cu energie electrica. In locul arzatoruluiau fost instalate rezistente electrice care asigura incalzirea aerului circulat de ventilator. Aceasta caracteristica il face potrivit pentru utilizarea in orice conditii chiar si in spatii inchise. Pe de alta parte, ele au o putere termica limitata, in general sunt utilizate acolo undeenergia electrica este disponibila laun cost mai redus.

IK,OK: alimentate cu energie electrica la fel ca si modelele EK, aceste nu misca aerul, incalzirea seface prin radiatii. Ideale pentru incalzire localizata si punctuala.

Biemmedue innovation patent pendingThe innovation of the BM2 generator lies in the adoption of a specific BM2 burner, that substitutes the traditional ones on the market (Ecoflam, Riello, Lamborghini, etc.). This allows the elimination of the ceramic fibre refractory cone to be found in the combustion chamber of similar machines and to replace it with a multilayer cone consisting of three concentric cones which are cooled by a fan that, at the same time, generates the flow of air necessary for the fuel combustion and the flame. Thanks to this innovation technical problems related to the fragility and brittleness of ceramic fibre have been eliminated. Furthermore there is an improvement in the cooling of the outer covering of the generator.

Inovatie brevetata BiemmedueInovaţia generatorului BM2 constă în utilizarea unui arzător dedicat BM2, în locul celor tradiţionale care sunt pe piaţă (Ecoflam, Riello, Lamborghini, etc.). Acest lucru permite eliminarea conului refractar din fibră de ceramică prezent în camerele de ardere la maşini similare şi înlocuirea sa cu un con multistrat compus din 3 conuri concentrice a căror răcire este asigurată de un ventilator pentru a genera fluxul de aer necesar pentru arderea combustibilului şi pentru a rezulta flacăra. Combustion chamber with four smoke revolutionsThe combustion chambers are manufactured using AISI 430 stainless steel with aluminised steel heat exchangers to guarantee a better heat exchange with the cooling air. In model EC 55 and EC 85 the new combustion chamber with four smoke revolutions allows increasing the heat exchange inside it, and so the combustion smokes cooling, obtaining in this way an output of almost 90%.

The feature that makes this series unique is that it has a special BM2 burner, that replaces the traditional ones that are on the market (Ecoflam, Riello, Lamborghini, ...) or the integrated systems that are used on cheap machines where the combustion air is generated from the air of the fan-motor.

This family includes mobile space heaters for agricul-ture and breeding applications. They solve numerous problems in heating structures such as greenhouses and stalls, where an inexpensive investment is a pri-ority. In general, these heaters have hooks or brack-ets for installation on the ceiling and/or a support for installation on the ground.The burner can be integrated or separate. Heaters with integrated burner are not recommended for use in spaces that are dusty, dirty, or low in oxygen, whereas those with separate burner can be used in these types of spaces provided a sheath is connect-ed to the burner with a snorkel intake to pull in fresh air from the outside. This family includes:

GE/S: in painted steel, diesel-fuelled, with integrated burner, direct combustion. Combustion residues are expelled with the hot air produced by the generator and contribute to its heating, making these heaters 100% efficient, i.e., they transform all of nominal input power into generated thermal power. They are the most economical models, including with regard to operation, but can be used only in ventilated rooms.

EC/S e PHOEN/S: in painted steel, diesel-fuelled, with integrated (EC) and separate (PHOEN) burner from ventilator, indirect combustion. These heaters have a heat exchanger that expels fumes through a chimney connected to the outside. Therefore, they can be operated in closed rooms. On the other hand, they have higher cost and efficiency of about 90% due to the heat lost through the chimney.

AGRICULTURA SI CRESTEREA ANIMALELOR

Din aceasta familie fac parte generatoare de aer cald dedicate aplicatiilor din agricultura si cresterea animalelor. Ele vin sa rezolve mai multe probleme legate de incalzirea spatiilor cum ar fi serele si fermele unde costul investitiilor este crucial. In general aceste generatoare de aer cald sunt proiectate cu carlige pentru a fi suspendate sau suporturi pentru a fi instalate la sol. Pot fi dotate cu arzatoare integrate sau separate. Pentru generatoarele cu arzator integrat nu este recomandata utilizarea in spatii cu mult praf, slab oxigenate sau murdare. Pentru acest tip de spatii este recomandata utilizarea generatoarelor cu arzator separat dotat cu un kit snorkel pentru admisia aerului curat din exterior. Din aceasta familie fac parte:

EC/S si PHOEN/S: structura din otel vopsit, alimentare cu motorina, arzator integrat pentru modelele (EC) si separat de ventilator pentru modelele (PHOEN), ardere indirecta: foloseste un schimbator de caldura cu un cos de evacuare care poate fi scos in exterior, potfi folosite in spatii inchise, in schimb au un cost mai mare si un randament de aproximativ 90%, o parte din caldura se pierde prin cosul de evacuare.

GE/S: structura din otel vopsit,alimentat cu motorina cu arzatorintegrat si combustie directa: reziduurile rezultate in urma arderiisunt evacuate odata cu aerul cald contribuind in acest fel incalzirea spatiului, fapt care duce la un randament de 100%, transformandtoata puterea arzatorului in puteretermica masurata. Sunt cele maiieftine modele, inclusiv si in exploatare, dar pot fi folosite doarin spatii ventilate.

GA: in stainless steel to resist corrosive agents typical of stalls, powered by high-pressure (1.5 bar) LPG, with integrated burner and direct combustion. Equipped with an automatic start thanks to a flame control unit that connects to a thermostat or climat computer that controls starting and stopping. This is the most economical heater for greenhouses and stalls.

GA/N: in stainless steel, can be powered by low-pressure LPG or methane (20-30 mbar), with integrated burner and direct combustion. Can easily be driven by a remote control unit. As opposed to the GA, these run at low pressure and can always be installed indoors regardless of the current regulations.

BH: in stainless steel, indirect combustion, with external burner, in diesel version and in LPG/methane version. These round burners are very compact and easy to inspect thanks to a special method for reaching the burner. As standard, all models have a snorkel connection to pull in fresh air from the outside and ensure perfect combustion.

GA/N: din otel inoxidabil, alimentat cu GPL sau gaz metan presiune joasa (20-30 mbar), arzator integrat si ardere directa. Poate fi controlat usor de la o telecomanda. Diferenta fata de modelele GA este data de faptul caacest model este alimentat cu gazla presiune joasa, poate fi instalat inspatii inchise indiferent de reglementarile in vigoare.

BH: din otel inoxidabil, cu ardereindirecta, dotat cu arzator extern, este disponibil in versiuni pe motorina, GPL si gaz metan. Forma rotunda a generatoarelor le face foarte compacte si usor de intretinut datorita metodei speciale de inspectare a arzatorului. Toate modelele au ca si dotare standard conector pentru kitul snorkel pentru admisia aerului curat din exterior si asigurarea unei combustii perfecte.

GA: construit din otel inoxidabilpentru a rezista mai bine agentilorcorozivi specifici fermelor, alimentare cu GPL presiune inalta (1,5 bar), arzator integrat si combustie directa. Dotat cu aprindere automata, gratie unui panou de control flacara conectabil la un termostat sau la sistemul de climatizare pentru pornirea si oprirea generatorului. Este cel mai econom generator pentru sere sau ferme.

FARM: in galvanised steel, with indirect combustion. These large units for high-volume spaces can install an external burner running on diesel, LPG, or methane, and can be fit with a centrifugal fan which, in addition to being very quiet, ensures greater pressure, a feature recommended for instal-lations with ducts or in very long buildings.

EK P: powered by electricity. Instead of the burner they have electrical resistors that heat the air conveyed by the fan. This characteristic makes them suitable under all conditions, even in closed rooms. On the other hand, they have limited thermal power and are generally used where low-cost electrical energy is available and where there is a small area to be heated.

FJ: in stainless steel. These ventilators are generally used together with heaters to ensure good distribution of hot air throughout the room.

FARM: din otel zincat, cu ardereindirecta, utilaje de dimensiuni maripentru spatii foarte voluminoase,pot fi dotate cu arzator extern pemotorina, GPL sau gaz metan precum si cu un ventilator centrifugal care are o functionare mai silentioasa si garanteaza un debit mai mare de aer, este recomandata instalarea cu tuburi flexibile mari pe distante foarte lungi.

EK P: alimentate cu energie electrica. De fapt, a fost inlocuit arzatorul cu rezistente electrice care asigura incalzirea aerului impins de ventilator. Acest lucru il face potrivit pentru utilizarea in spatii inchise. Pe de alta parte, acesta are o putere termica limitata si in general este utilizat in locuri unde curentul electric estedestul de eftin. Este potrivit pentruincalzirea spatiilor mai mici.

FJ: constructie din otel inoxidabil. Aceste ventilatoare sun utilizate impreuna cu generatoarele de aer cald pentru a face o mai buna distributie a aerului cald in toata incaperea.

VERTIGO: alimentato a gasolio, con bruciatdiesel-fuelled, with integrated burner, tank, and ther-mostat. This compact heater can be used in small spaces such as garages, machine shops, laborato-ries, etc., and can be moved easily whenever necessary.

CONFORT: diesel-fuelled with sep-arate burner, integrated tank and thermostat. They are fit with a cen-trifugal fan which, in addition to being very quiet, ensures greater pressure, a feature recommended for installations with ducts or in very long buildings.

INDUSTRIALEThis family includes space heaters that cannot be considered completely mobile and for emergency use because they all require minor installation work. They are normally used for traditional heating (ware-houses, industrial sheds, laboratories, factories, etc.) and, thanks to the low cost of the investment, they are an excellent alternative to conventional heating plants. These heaters have a vertical structure and are all with indirect combustion, using a heat exchanger that expels fumes through a chimney connected to the outside. Therefore, they can be operated in closed rooms. On the other hand, they have efficiency of about 90% due to the heat lost through the chimney.This family includes:

Prin urmare pot fi exploatate in spatii inchise. Pe de alta parte aceste au o eficienta de 90% datorita caldurii pierdute prin cosul de evacuare. Din aceasta familie fac parte:
