Stagiul de practic va viza urmtoarele aspecte:
1. Cunoaterea general a domeniului i companiei n care se desfoar practica:
domeniul de activitate sub aspectul caracteristicilor, produselor i serviciilor generice, situaie a pieei, competiie i firme concurente;
compania economic sub aspectul obiectului de activitate, activiti desfurate, capacitatea de producie/desfacere, uniti proprii, numr de angajai, volum de activitate, poziie n piaa de profil, situaie de afaceri;
obiectivele de dezvoltare i modernizare a companiei economice2. Domenii i probleme legate de activitatea companiei:
relaii manageriale i sistem organizatoric (organizare structural);
derulare de operaiuni i organizarea interioar a instituiei (organizare procesual); studiul sistemului actual de management-marketing
principalele organe si posturi de conducere
principalele interdependente dintre activiti, compartimente i posturi
rolul funcional al fiecrui compartiment i post de conducere, obiectivele i activitile sale;3. Aspecte funcionale ale activitii companiei:
3.1. Aprecierea activitii de marketing
Fluxul tehnologic pentru dezvoltare portofolii de produse i oferte;
Campanii de marketing;
Fluxul tehnologic pentru gestiune clieni i contracte;3.2. Aprecierea activitilor operaionale i comerciale
Fluxul tehnologic pentru gestiune aprovizionare, stocuri i vnzri/livrri; Fluxul tehnologic pentru producia proprie (produsele si/sau serviciile obinute); Alte aspecte ale activitii companiei : resurse umane, cercetare etc;
Asigurarea calitii produselor i/sau serviciilor la nivelul companiei;

IV. DESCRIEREA UNUI PROCES, FLUX TEHNOLOGIC SAU ACTIVITATESe va avea n vedere urmtoarea structur a lucrrii individuale:
1. Elemente teoretice succinte de prezentare a procesului, fluxului tehnologic sau activitii;2. Modul n care s-a realizat cunoaterea procesului, fluxului tehnologic sau activitii la nivelul companiei;3. Prezentarea metodologiei de lucru la nivelul companiei: metodele tehnicile i instrumentelor folosite n derularea procesului, fluxului tehnologic sau activitii;4. Observarea modului in care elementele teoretice studiate in se regsesc n procesul, fluxul tehnologic sau activitatea urmrit n cadrul companiei;5. Probleme identificate, impactul acestora n plan managerial/operaional i soluii propuse pentru o eficien sporit a procesului, fluxului tehnologic sau EVALUARE A STAGIULUI DE PRACTICCOMPETENELE OBINUTENivelul competenelor dobndite
A. Competene instrumental - aplicative:12345
1. Utilizarea corect a metodelor de lucru alese;
2. Realizarea corect a lucrrilor specifice corespunztoare profilului partenerului de practic;
3. Dezvoltarea abilitilor de relaionare(comunicare, lucru n echip);
4. Dezvoltarea altor abiliti necesare adaptrii la mediul profesional:
- utilizarea calculatorului i programelor specifice de lucru;
- utilizarea limbajului adecvat categoriei de persoane de care se ocup;
- utilizarea corespunztoare a documentelor folosite n firm ( legi, fie, formulare, rapoarte, proiecte etc.);
- utilizarea corect a unor metode, proceduri i instrumente de lucru specifice companiei);
- familiarizarea cu diferite circuite ale: informaiilor, documentelor, deciziilor, raportrilor ierarhice etc., din companie;
- familiarizarea cu circuitele funcionale ale companiei;
- utilizarea protocoalelor specifice companiei (domeniului) - locale, naionale sau europene;

- dezvoltarea atitudinilor empatice fa de clieni, parteneri, colegi;
- cultivarea responsabilitii individuale, colective i sociale n companie i fa de clieni, parteneri, colegi;
- manifestarea responsabilitii fa de propria persoan, prin nsuirea bunelor practici;
- capacitate de optimizare i eficientizare a activitii proprii n perioada stagiului de practic;
- capacitate de iniiativ i creativitate, armonizare a climatului de lucru,.

Precizri suplimentare:
Proiectul de practic va cuprinde 20-25 pagini (documentele anexate completate de student, vor reprezenta pn la 50% din lucrare) i va fi prezentat la susinerea colocviului.
Practica se finalizeaz cu susinerea COLOCVIULUI DE PRACTIC, la care studenii vor prezenta:
a) Adeverina eliberat de unitatea la care au efectuat practic;
b) Caietul de practic - completat pe parcursul perioadei de practic;
c) Proiectul de practic, ntocmit detaliat, n conformitate cu precizrile prezentate la punctele II i IV.
Componentele b i c vor fi spiralate sau incluse ntr-o map de plastic.
