The anticorrosive solution is established according to agresivity classes for environment in witch the building will be built and used, and according with it’s estimated lifetime. Classification after environment agresivity  Agressive athmosferic env ironments classifies according to STAS 1 0128/86, in four classes of agresivity against steel constructions. The agresivity class of the environment in witch is located an d used the bulding is established according to: -phisical stage of the agressive factor -environment type Closen building with storehouse destination is of agresivity 1m = nonagresive ( attach 1 – chart . 4 – GP 035 - 98) Establishing the solutions for anticorrosive protection For agresivity class 1m the anticorrosive protection sistem chosen is by painting with air drying film. From protection recepies exemplificated in “ Ghidul de protectie , executie si exploatare ( urmarire , interventii ) privind protectia impotriva coroziunii a constructiilor din otel – indicativ GP 035 – 98 “ i t had been chosed the sistem made of: - ground G5162 Ac oxide red painted in tw o coats with one coat of 30 micr ones thikness - glaze sup erpolilac E5046 in tree coats of paint w ith ones coat of 40 micrones thikness. The coverege has an estimated lifetime of 15-25 years. The beneficiary can choose, with designer’s agrement, another preotection sistem from guide “ GP 03 5 – 98 “sistem that is agremented . 3.Surface preparation . Surface preparation it will be made in factory using sand cleaning, after that we have a 1 grade cleaning according to STAS 10166 /1 ). For covering sistems aplication by painting it has to be created an environment with forword conditions: -no dust -lowest concentration of agressive gases -air temperature and pieces that ask potection between 5 and 40 ° C -relative umidity of the air under 70% according to STAS 10702/1 4. Protection aplication .  The covering paint coats application will be made before the elements are assembled to the construction. It is acceptable that the last coat to be applied after the asembling proces.

The protection sistem will be aplied with the brush, the roll or air brush, according toindications given by the paint producer.

The first coat from tha painting coverage sistem will be painted after maximum treehours after the prepairing of steel surface .

Each paint coat has to be continuos , withouth wrinkle, air locks, exfoliation, cracks,

irregularities. Each paint coat color has to be uniforme along all the surface of the elementand the colour tone has to be different from each paint coat to be albe to check the number of pait coats that were painted.

The paint coats numer from the coverage sistem , aplied on steel pieces surface hasto realise the minimum thikness provided , includin corners and edges (170 microne -chart. 5 – Guide G035-98 ).

 After painted elements are assembled, the protection paint coat stage will be checkedand if it is necessary some local remedies will be made or a paint coat for general finishingwill be aplied.

 All the rules in effect regarding environment protection and the work protection rules ,according to laws and instructions in effect, and also P.S.I. must be respected at the

execution of anticorrosive protection
